We were looking on google for good seafood restaurants and we came across The Crab House and tried it out! Let’s start with the pros. The food arrived quick, the customer service was great, the cleanliness and environment of the place was great, and presentation of the food was also good. Now with the cons. First of all, the food was pre made. If you are looking for cooked after order food, this may not be the place. You may find their soup in restaurant depot for instance! But other than that, this is an okay place! My family enjoyed it, and we’ll go there again. I hope this helped you!

Not a bad place! Hidden place off 120th and it’s nice to have a sea food boil place near by! Service was kind and friendly, I give props to our servers who served us. We went during lunch. The reason for my 4 star instead of 5 was the rice we ordered was pretty dry and there wasn’t enough flavor for our meal. We got all the flavors and did medium spice but wasn’t enough for us. Regardless still not bad for the combo we got which was combo A! I would come back for sure again!

Service was ok, food came quick and drinks were refilled. We enjoyed the food too, we ordered crab cakes, coleslaw and a snow crab and shrimp boil. We enjoyed it. The coleslaw was a bit heavy for my taste, but the rest of the food was delicious. Pricey, but that is to be expected.

I had the most incredible dining experience at the Crab House! The ambiance was great. The menu was a seafood lover's dream come true, offering an array of fresh and delectable dishes. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the seafood boil I ordered. Every bite was a burst of flavors, and the sea food was just fresh. you're celebrating a special occasion or simply seeking an exquisite seafood meal this sea restaurant is an absolute must-visit!"

The rolls were okay, I wish it was more flavorful. The seafood boil was amazing! We had the all in one seasoning. I've had this type of food from other restaurants in Colorado, Texas and California and this is the best tasting.

First trip there, very impressed with the quality of food. Waitress was fantastic. She was very attentive and friendly. This location could use some updating. I believe it was an old Village Inn. Regardless of that, I definitely will come back. My wife had the chicken tenders that she stated were better than Canes, I had the Cajun boil with crab legs, mussels, shrimp, and sausage. A lot more on the menu to explore.

OK so, I rarely write reviews unless something is exceptionally good or exceptionally bad, and this place is a combination of the two, I think. The food? Decent. It probably would have been a lot better had it not taken almost an hour and a half to make it to our table. Now, I know what you're probably thinking, it was a Friday night, it was busy. Well yes, it was a Friday night, but it was NOT busy. We walked in and got a table right away, and half the place was empty. We ordered drinks, the bar made them, they got to our table. Nothing surprising there. I probably would have had another had our waitress bothered to come by and check on us AT ALL, other than dropping the appetizers off about 15 minutes after we ordered them and to bring us the check much later. Honestly, it looked like she was afraid to come over to our table, especially once the 45 minute mark had come and gone and we were still sitting there hungry and getting agitated. Hell, I wouldn't have wanted to either if I were in her shoes, but if she would have let us know that the boil-in-a-bag meals would take so long to actually make it to us, we probably would have ordered something different, or at least another appetizer or two and definitely more drinks. Bigger bill, more tip money, it all follows, but no, we were just ignored. Womp womp. For the price of the meals we got, I would have hoped for at least a little bit of courtesy if the kitchen was short staffed or whatever (not that we were informed), but hey, my wife wanted to go to Crab House so we went but we won't go back. For the time it took for us to wait for our food, we could have gone down to a similar restaurant in Aurora (or maybe in western Kansas), ordered, ate and been back home if traffic wasn't too bad. Oh well. Fool me once, shame on you. I won't be fooled again. The takoyaki were pretty good.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! It was disgusting how filthy the place was. The overpriced, small portions seemed either frozen, rotten, or just terribly made! We order a “pound of crawfish” but got a plastic bag filled with less than 10 crawfish and several potatoes to weigh it down. Overall, it was just a miserable, underwhelming, and disappointing experience and I will never be going back!
