I'm sick of the noise and lack of the complex doing anything about it. I was just woken up at 2:10 am from people splashing, laughing and talking incredibly loud. My window is closed. I shouldn't be hearing any of it. The lack of respect for the noise ordinance is insane to the point management won't do anything about it. It's turning into a ghetto. I have a list of times and dates documented of people being disrespectful with disregarding the pool closure.

Lived here for 13 months. Not exactly a place to call home. The security of the whole place is gone. When I moved in things seemed to work better.. Now, the locks on several doors are broken allowing access to anyone who wants to come in. The doors either slam or don't close, no in-between. The parking garage exit door broke sometime in Sept or October of 2022 and they decided to never have it fixed which allowed for cars to drive through the exit. Yes, I saw at least 3 people driving through on different days. The 4th floor on the north parking structure is falling apart, they did finally place an orange cone over it, I guess to dodge liability if something happened to someone. My car was stolen from the "secure" parking garage in December. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I waited until I knew they could not add additional charges on my account to post this, but 10/10 do not recommend.

I’ve lived here for like 5 months. It’s great, very nice, quiet, amazing units. But, rent is already insanely high. Instead of just making money off the very steep rent, they throw a ton of other fees on. The 40 dollar trash service you can not opt of out of ridiculous, and is way higher than what the service most likely costs to the complex given everyone pays it. The parking garage fee of $25, on top of paying through a third party system already, is also not needed or at the least should be less. They say it’s for maintence but they just powerwash the garage every many months. There is so many other charges loaded on top, if they want to hold tenants longer they should really reduce prices. Every person moving out has said they are due to costs. Also. Why are the extremely bright parking garage lights installed to face towards the apartments, instead of down or towards the garage? It’s extremely bright even shining through blinds. I don’t think anyone enjoys having such bright lights shine in at night. OTHERWISE, I do enjoy how quiet it is here and the amenities, very cool nice staff, the unit, etc.

Going on my third year at Summit, I'd recommend this complex overall. The grounds are nice, there's a good dog community here, people are friendly. I've made a few maintenance requests over the years and they're all handled promptly and thoroughly. I like the gym and pool area and Summit is located near a cute walkable neighborhood in Superior which is nice too. When I was searching several years ago it was one of the cheaper complexes but I don't know if that's still the case. Overall good experience here and I would recommend it to others looking for a place to live in the area. I would say the only downside is that it's been difficult to reach the office staff sometimes, they will ignore you and blow you off if you aren't persistent with them which is unfortunate, and there are many dog owners who consistently don't clean up their dog's poop, and the hallways are super perfume-y to cover up bad smells in the carpets. It's enough to cause a headache, but I am grateful the hallways are closed in and not exposed to the outside for safety reasons. The office staff seems to have been enforcing a few things recently too like making sure people don't leave their trash in the hallways which has made shared spaces much more pleasant, but that was gross for a while. Parking garage is covered which I'm grateful for in the winter. Four stars from me, and I can honestly say I would recommend the complex overall.

It was great I love the dog friendly community. Maintenance team is awesome, super fast response time. Leasing office gets back to me quickly as well. Food trucks are so much fun. I love the pool and hot tub it’s well kept. So many perks to being a resident here. The neighbors are a hit or a miss, but that’s out of the apartments control but overall it’s been a great 2 years. A lot of the negative experiences stem from disrespectful neighbors which again are out of the leasing offices control. Sometimes people leave “free” stuff out but the maintenance team usually cleans up after people daily. To each their own BUT for how much I pay in rent I LOVE the summit.

Big time shout to Kennedy Mobley! She was so knowledgeable, friendly, and professional! Because of her dedication, we were informed and obliged in such a manner that got us a new dream apartment!!! So happy to be apart of the summit family! And it's all because of her!

Kennedy was an amazing help! She really helped us find exactly what we were looking for. And stayed in contact with us regarding the unit we wanted! She stayed on top of it! We are very happy with our new home!

A great location with friendly staff! The place comes with great amenities included, in my opinion they have the best value and quality for the price compared to surrounding areas, including at-door garbage pickup from Garbage Grabbers every morning. I definitely would recommend!
