I was so scared to come here based off reviews but it was SUPER quick and friendly! I’d go back again. I scheduled an appointment online and got in and out in 5 min.

Made an appt yesterday because of flu symptoms, first time at the Little Clinic. Hayden(sp?) was a one-man show and provided better customer service than every business I’ve been to in the last month, AND my own PCP combined!…professional, friendly, efficient, very impressive. Thanks!

My 70-year-old mom was rudely turned away for a Covid test because the woman working there said the computer system was down. My mom was extremely ill and couldn’t make it to another location. Customer service was zero—I know computers being down is frustrating but that’s NO excuse—and my mom’s health certainly didn’t improve from her lack of support. Being turned away was NOT an ethical option.

Was greeted with a death glare before I ever opened my mouth. Also they make you set up a whole appointment to get a blood pressure reading. Not when you're looking at me like that I'm not!

I was quoted a TB test would be 2 $30 fees and just received a $150 bill in the mail. Do not trust what they say bill wise and I will report this

I debated writing this review b/c the receptionist, nurse, and doctor were so nice to me. Genuinely. But I just didn't feel listened to. I would've wanted to do this more privately but the follow-up survey didn't have anywhere to write comments. I came in w/ a piercing infection (ear) which they diagnosed as a keloid. B/c I have a medium/brown skin tone I know that redness doesn't show up very well but I told them the jewelry hurt when I twisted it, it was filled with fluid, and I felt the infection tug when I moved my face. I just wanted a prescription for antibiotics It was later diagnosed (somewhere else) as infected. They were very nice but at some point I felt like a child begging adults to listen to me. I decided to write this review b/c if anyone else needs help for something serious (but not life threatening) like I did, this might not be the place.

We make appointments twice a week ahead, come, wait for 30 minutes, and then first time they said they out of vaccine, second time she tried to send us for store pharmacy, and after she said they have only one bottle for 10 doses, and clinic will close soon, so we should come another day. I asked why they make online appointments available at that time? At that day? No answer. Maybe you’ll lucky to have vaccine like a walk-ins, but online appointment guarantees you NOTHING!

I have been to this location on more than one occasion, and have always been pleasantly surprised at the prompt and courteous service for a walk-in medical clinic. Jacky and her associate were most friendly and handled my medical concerns with compassion and concern that rivals a primary care provider's office.
