Cute well maintained mall. They had a neat staircase and a few good little food places :D including a little chocolate factory shop!

The best indoor mall near Boulder, CO, with a fine movie theater. The parking lot surprisingly became essential service as incident command for the Marshall Fires. So technically, this mall helped save the community. Good on them!

They have reinstalled seating areas which had been removed during the height of the pandemic so it is more pleasant for anyone taking a breather or waiting for their partner. More vendors are reopening on the food court. Shopping seems robust for a weekday afternoon. Still feeling the absence of a great cafe like when Nordstrom was there or even Starbucks. Coffee choices very limited.

12/19/21-I remember all the hype around when this place first opened. The outside of the food court area used to be prettier, but when they remodeled it they destroyed how it looked. They also seem to have a hard time keeping resturant. The chicken place is gone, the greek place is now something different, the sushi place is gone, and then they also had another restaurant closed. The one good thing about them is at present they do have a good amount of sitting areas which is great for older people or people with disabilities. They do have a good variety of stores.

We stopped there to get a quick bite to eat. I stopped @ the perfume shop to get a bottle of Gucci Bamboo. My favorite perfume right now and the guy was really cool b/c he took $50 off the original price. So I was happy about that.. Other than that I didn't walk around.

Womens bathrooms by Old Navy are a freakin mess. Half of the doors won't close, sinks won't drain. With all construction he parking lot is utterly ridiculous. Put up a no-outlet sign if your going to close off entire lanes of parking or provide signs for parking. Food couet has very good options.

Everything else about this mall is great…except the bathrooms, they’re all so dirty and gross and there’s also hardly any toilet paper in any of the stalls. The toilets look like they haven’t been cleaned in forever and there’s trash all over the bathroom floors. Whoever’s job is to upkeep the bathrooms either doesn’t care or doesn’t have enough resources to do their job properly/getting paid properly. (Also CERTAIN people should learn how to pick up after themselves too..) IDK do better PLEASE, this is so unhygienic!

This is a big place. There is the normal big department stores. And a eclectic number of smaller stores that cater to specific needs. You could easily spend a day here. But be advised wear comfortable walking shoes cause you will be walking. All in all it 2as a good experience and worth your time to explore.

Found ease of maneuvering around mall. Great set up and good selection of stores to browse in and shop. Currently there are less consumers than expected. Retailers stretching out for business.

A beautiful mall with many shops. Very few unrented boxes, so the shopping is good. Great food court.

Good mall, lots of good stores. Forget Cinnabon though, they wouldn't let me order, told me I had to make a reservation... Whatever that means. It's a pastry shop that doesn't want to sell stuff, good luck other places sell them.

Great place to shop and hang out! Except wear comfy shoes if you’re planning to be there for more than an hour. The floor resembles a cobblestone path so if the soles of your shoes are thin, your feet will get tired and achy quickly.

Like all malls nowadays, it’s a bit empty. The renovations have been great however, renewing the escalators and parking lot. It’s a clean and well kept facility.

Nice mall. However, how in the heck are SO MANY escalators broken?! You need to walk halfway through the mall to take either stairs, elevator, or the one working escalator, then walk the other way back to get to the store you want. So they're either too cheap to repair them, or its a tactic to get shoppers to walk all over the mall to see the stores and, just maybe, buy things they didn't know they wanted/needed. You'd never guess malls are dying after walking into Flatiron.

Wonderful mall! I really missed going to a mall where all the stores are still open... most malls now adays have very few open...not this mall. Great to walk around ...beautiful big fountain outdoors. Would come again!

The fair was fun! Rides are just overprices but that’s probably at every fair. When you calculate each ride compared to tickets it was up to $7 a ride, kind of absurd

Great mall! Almost every space is open. I would go back.

I really love this place cause there's so many cool places and really good boba place. Totally check this out with your friends to hangout. Loved the fact that this place is connected with Macy's ✨

Crowded on weekends. food court is ok, few vegan options are available. Good indoor kids play area.

Always busy, but a fun place to visit. They had a Nintendo event going on while we were there. A bunch of kids able to play video games. Nice selection of stores and nice environment.

I like this mall - it's big and has a nice selection of shops. Great for walking around and passing time. I also like the food selection at the food court - very unique and the Charley's is delicious. My one complaint are the Refreshed kiosk people at the mall - they are very aggressive with their sales tactic in selling overpriced shoe cleaner and make the mall experience a sour one from time to time!

This mall is one of my favorite indoor malls in Colorado. As a child that grew up with indoor malls I love how this mall is a wonderful option in all seasons whereas the outdoor malls are typically only good in the summer. This mall has a lot of fun stores including, lunch box, that you cannot find anywhere else north of the mall. I like that there's a lot of options to choose from in the food court and that there's a ton of different small vendors that you can shop with on your way to each store. This is also a great mall because it has a children's area and a really nice outdoor section that leads to the movie theater. Overall I highly recommend this small especially if you love indoor malls.

We like Flat Iron Crossing. Decent sized interior mall with several outdoor businesses. Semi upscale with plenty of eateries. Parking lot is large but does get filled on weekends. There is currently construction taking place which does jam things up a bit but only on one corner of the property.

Downstairs has the nicest family bathroom I’ve ever seen! They have the private bathroom itself but they have a little lobby waiting room area with changing tables built into the walls and chairs for families waiting! Never seen anything like it before and it’s exactly what we needed

I went here with my family after spending some time at Cherry Creek mall (good) Flatirons Mall (bad) collectively had the rudest group of employees I have ever experienced. I do not recommend coming here. Some of you might be like jeezes what happened well after spending some time in bath and beyond which I also do not recommend I was told to go shop online for deals instead of just honoring in the store. This mall vanilla as all heck. Stay away.

Interesting mall, it has department stores and a nice outdoor area. Plenty of specialty shops and places to eat and get snacks. I honestly don't really eat at any of the restaurants in the food court but other people seemed to enjoy them, there was a long line at each in the middle of a Saturday. It is a little out of the way, but a nice change if you frequent the other malls in Denver.

It's a great mall but more and more of the stores are becoming the same thing. Still a great place to go and kill some time. I just wish they still had outlets in the food court to offer a place to get a little work done as well. But overall it's a pretty clean, active mall with many good stores.

I personally love flatirons mall. I commonly go there to train with other service dogs. I’d say overall it’s a great place to shop and train our pups. My only real issue is the lack of care for fake service dogs. We’ve had many dogs try to attack/ bark at our working dogs and flatirons does nothing. So do be mindful of aggressive pets in the mall they won’t remove them. Otherwise enjoy your shopping trip!

Excellent Mall with future potential. Really excited about the upcoming development and hope it brings back more traffic. While online shopping is great I still personally enjoy shopping in person. I like that they have brought in a lot of seating and tables to sit at throughout the mall. As a small business owner it is nice to take care of some shopping then have a place to sit and get some work done. Always looking for a coffee shop or place to work outside of the office. Hang in there Flat Irons. As mentioned I hope the new development gives you that needed lift. Malls are fun. Look forward to this one growing!

Overall nice mall. Generally quiet, and while some stores are closed, there is still a lively atmosphere to the overall mall. Generally kept very clean. Fun play space for kids near the Macy's and plenty of food options.

Love this mall.... there is something for everyone....My kids love it here...the only gripe is that restrooms are placed afar... so be prepared to walk a mile or run if you get nature's call.

This mall has mostly high end stores, which was kind of expected. I do enjoy that it is slightly smaller than some other malls I have been too. This doesn’t feel as exhausting to get from one end to the other. I am happy to see food court all open again.
