I can hardly put into words what a phenomenal time we had at the Bay! We arrived when the pool was at capacity (which could have been a major bummer) but they were in the midst of counting and assured us that they would let us know in the next ten minutes if we could enter. The staff was so patient and kind in repeating this information to the people who arrived after we did. We waited less than 15 minutes to get in and then proceeded to have a blast. It felt like a well-oiled machine. Waits were short for tubes and then short at the top of the stairs for the slide. Keeping the number of tubes smaller was a GREAT way to reduce lines and waiting - well done! Also the staff was phenomenal. One employee had so much fun splashing and playing with the kids as he did his job in the pool or at the top of the slide. All of the staff listened to my kids' wishes and didn't make them go fast if they wanted to go slow and didn't dunk them if they didn't want to be dunked. This means a LOT! Others were so kind in how they explained if someone was breaking a rule. Whoever is managing and training, you are doing a phenomenal job and your team is great. Wish we lived closer because we would be here all the time.

Perfect place for families with younger kids. They loved the water slides and had fun in both pool areas. There was a good amount of space to setup blankets, chairs and sun shelter. Wish we lived closer because we would go every week.

Can't beat this place as a fun area to enjoy the water with kids. Visited with my two kids and had a fun, relaxing afternoon!

If you want to get in as soon as it opens without waiting in a long line, I suggest arriving at least 15 min early. Kids love the place and it's small enough that you don't have to worry about where they are too much. Younger and shorter children can do all of the slides with an adult except one. Snack bar prices aren't too bad either

This is a great water park with lots of fun slides and kids love it! I am in swim team and we got to go before everyone else and it looks so cool and is so fun and we were the only ones there. Lol 😆. Great place! 50 stars if the was an option. 😁

Fun place to go swimming with family, especially if you don't want to go to a huge waterpark or just a boring pool with no slides. There are two shallow areas specifically for little kids where the water is no higher than 2ft. They sell food and drink at a concessions stand next to the entrance and the prices aren't terrible. There are lots of spots to put your stuff down, whether it be at a table under the shade, on the grass in the sun, or in a locker to keep everything safe (you will need to have your own lock to lock the locker hehe). I would recommend getting there earlier in the mid day around 10am, that way it won't be too crowded and you'll have a better chance of getting a spot with shade.

Our kids love coming here!!!!!! We have a 4yr old, 2yr old, and an 8 month baby. It's amazing for them and us!! They also have floaties to borrow for free. They let you bring outside food in. Everyone who works here is so nice!! We love coming here!!

We really love it here! But man by end of the season is the pool filthy. Like gross gross. I wish they would clean the pool- leaves, hair and all sorts of floaters around the edges of the big pool. Other than the dirty water in the big pool we love it! Having end of summer hours during the week is ideal!
