I frequent the open space trails with my pups. You have to be careful in April/May because the resident coyotes have had their babies, and they can be pretty protective of them. Keep your dogs close! Other than that, this is a great space and I really enjoy it early in the morning when the pond is glass and all the birds are singing.

I've lived across from the open space / park since 2007. Always a nice getaway for a short walk, a good run, or time with family or friends. Broomfield does a great job at improving it, while still keeping it "untouched."

This area of Broomfield Commons Park is so beautiful. AKA Tom Frost that does not have the ball fields in the South/South-east area.

Our go-to for a few miles of easy walking and exploring with our dog on trails. Well maintained, clean restrooms nearby.

Doesnt feel of natural open space. Lack of wildlife as is becoming typical of Colorado. Parks get dirty. It happens. Too often I see the cleanup is done the quick way. Take out everything-including the brush that shelters every animal in CO smaller than a moose. The rotting ugly trees go as well. Not much mulch. I've been to open spaces from Pueblo to Greeley and I see it often. (To me, golf courses are a travesty.)

This open space has an easy little trail. It is a good area for a quick walk after dinner. It has great views of the mountains giving you something to enjoys during your walk. There are a lot of prairie dogs in the field as well.

Nice trails, nice views. Pretty calm and quiet. Connects to a park with a bathroom area as well. Good way to spend an hour or two on a nice day!

Great sports facility, but parking during tournaments is ATROCIOUS!

Really well maintained open space. Just make sure to wear sunscreen as there is little shade.

Truly my hidden gem ”playground” - really a huge open space with all sorts of paths and byways across a huge area of town. This is my go-to if I need to stay close to home and want a little nature. Gravel, packed dirt, not much elevation change. Wide Open Space!! I cover it easily in my power wheelchair…just look ahead for ruts to easily maneuver around. Great view of Rockies.

Broomfield has some great parks! They're very nicely furnished and will maintained. While not directly related to the open space specifically, my favorite thing is that there are trails connecting everything!
