I was hired as the maintenance engineer to help maintain the building (pool, hot tubs, air handlers, tile, room locks, etc.) The first time I met my trainer I was given the "up and down look", then he claimed he didn't have time to train, and I was put on housekeeping to help out. This kept going for a few days, I spoke to the manager and said I would return when they were ready to train. Six shifts after starting this position I was trained for about an hour. I did one door lock and changed a light bulb. The next shift I came into, my trainer "forgot" and wasn't even there. I was there every day scheduled and never once late. I think it was pretty clear from the beginning I was shoved off to housekeeping as a female. My male trainer didn't even bother with training.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and quiet, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist me with any requests or questions. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food, from eggs, cereal, bread, muffins, bagel, cinnamon rolls, oatmeal, pancakes and fruit. Everything was fresh and delicious, and the service was fast and efficient. The pool and the hot tub were also great amenities to enjoy. The pool was clean and refreshing, and the hot tub was really relaxing and soothing. I was very satisfied with my choice and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in my adult life. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive. The location was convenient for getting to Denver or going to Estes Park. The room was clean, large, and the bathroom was perfect. The finishes wouldn’t pass for a luxury hotel, but it’s incredibly practical. You have blackout blinds (they will get the room pitch black in the middle of the day) and then basically every furniture fixture has accent lighting so it’s easy to make the room just bright enough. Oh and they have breakfast, it’s simple, but tastes good, and it’s free. All in all, I’d stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable hotel that doesn’t skimp out on comfortable amenities.

June 14-15, 2022. This was by far the nicest hotel we stayed at on our two week vacation. We stayed in eight different hotels in total. Best breakfast hands down. Rooms were big and the beds were very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. No real complaints at all. I would highly recommend staying here if your in the Denver area.

Stayed here for 6 nights. The hotel was clean and well kept. The lady that does breakfast, Fatima, was delightful- she made delicious food and was smiling and happy every single day! She really creates a wonderful atmosphere! I would recommend staying here!

Liked the hotel it was rather new and rooms were comfortable and up to date. Breakfast and service was basic and consistent. The location was picked for business but there is not much near the hotel in walking distance to food or anything else. Shopping was not far as were decent places to eat. Staff was minimal but okay. Had to wait to get checked it. Pool was out of order.

Decent hotel, super small towels and fridge barely worked. Hot tub wasnt available for use when we stayed. However unfortunately my girlfriend left her necklace on the counter in the restroom (very obvious) and housekeeping "never saw it". Very disappointed in the dishonesty of the staff that work here and the overall quality of everything was average, for an extra 10 dollars save yourself some trouble and stay elsewhere.

It might have been off-season, but for the cost, it was amazing. Great rooms. Large. Clean. Noise free. Great pool for the grandkids. My highlight though was the breakfast and the breakfast lady who was extremely nice, hard working, smiling, helpful. Great breakfast too. Wonderful experience! The breakfast lady's name was Fatina. Awesome!

The hotel was clean, excellent customer service. The only thing was our last night there was not one single spot to park. We had to go around and around for a while until someone left (but that was only for one night) other than that everything was good.

The bed was comfortable and the room was nice and dark. Shower was clean and had good water pressure. The loss of a star was due to the stains on the floor and lounge chair. The service was great though and the breakfast was really great. I will be using Holiday Inn Express again.

Room and surrounding area is clean. Breakfast was what to expect from Express, nothing fancy. Good view of mountains but soon will be cover with construction next door. New area construction. I'd give it 4. Wife said 5 starts. 4.5 stars.

We just stayed for a week and it was an amazing stay. Loved the location as it isn't right next to a highway like most hotels in Denver area, flatirons mall is only 5 minutes away which offers great food and shopping. The indoor pool and hot tub was a great amenity and the breakfast was outstanding with all the different selections. The only reason for giving the room 3 stars is because there was no air conditioning and we were getting a king “suite” and it sure wasn't near the size of your regular suite you’d expect at other hotels. But the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. I would definitely stay here again.

A great hotel. Our room was clean, functional, and this hotel actually has a very good breakfast buffet. We didn't use them, but it also offers a swimming pool, hot tub. The only thing keeping me from issuing a 5-star rating is the fact our shower did not work and tub did not drain when we first arrived, and the neighbor who played his television at the volume of a Concorde, which carried through the walls. Those were minor inconveniences, so I still highly recommend this place.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Arrived around 7pm, check in was smooth until I asked for a couple bottles of water. Was told we don't have water. What sort of hotel doesn't have water? Then the room.... The toilet was broken, wouldn't fill. They left no tissues in the room, just the empty box. The clock was broken. The door wouldn't shut without being forced shut and the lock didn't work. Will not come back to this hotel.

My family and I stayed here for 6 days and let me just say, it was wonderful. Every member of the staff we encountered had a smile and were very pleasant. The hot breakfast every morning helped us start the day off right and was delicious, bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs or omelets, roasted potatoes or oatmeal plus so much more! I appreciated the coffee and tea bar available all day. The pool is smaller but great because it is indoors only, so while it snowed we enjoyed a swim. We will definitely come back here for our next visit to Denver, thanks for making our stay great!

We checked in and the couch in our room had mismatched cushions. There was also no sheets available for the food out couch which we specifically got the room for. My husband went down four times for sheets and finally told that there were none. In the entire hotel. The second day we came back and our room hadn’t been cleaned despite we spoke to the housekeeper and gave her a cash tip as we were leaving for the day. Upon checking out the manager did make it right by adjusting the price we paid which was nice and the right thing to do. My family liked the breakfast and pool. The location was convenient.
