Best place to get some delicious ice cream or cheesecake! So many options for treats and dips! The staff are some of the kindest employees I’ve ever met. Willow is the absolute sweetest!! Always so warm and welcoming and even had my order memorized! One of my favourite places to get ice cream. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a sweet treat and friendly environment!!

I went there with 8 of my cousins and we all loved their ice cream and donuts. We were welcomed by a lovely lady (unfortunately didn’t get her name!). She was the nicest person ever and kindly served us while giving us the best recommendations! I live 8 hours away from this place but I will definitely be going back!

A delicious and refreshing experience! . From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a welcoming atmosphere. The wide variety of ice cream flavors blew me away; from the classics to unique and creative flavors, there was something for everyone. I recomment a lot to visit and try it, You will not regret it!!

Food is delicious! They use REAL ice cream and REAL chocolate, its sooo good! It feels like I never wanna finish the food because its so good, especially their soft serves!(simply to die for!), the quality is really good and theres plenty of flavors to choose from. The owner, Carla, is the sweetest person ever, I love her energy, she’s very fun and nice. The place is very cute especially the colors! Well decorated and nice. The table are also very clean!

I had an experience with one of the staff which honestly wasn't the best. HOWEVER the response from the store owner Carla and La diperie as a franchise was top notch. They reached out to me promptly and took my review seriously. I want to thank the owner of this branch for reaching out to me to make sure that I felt heard as a customer. And i thank her for taking care of the situation, I love the ice cream here (cookie dough dip was amazing) and I'm confident in this stores dedication to providing a good experience.

Ice cream is delicious and prices are ok. -1 star because we can't get iced coffee, shakes or frappes even though they are on the in-store menu.

This is one of the best places I’ve ever been to. Their chocolate dips are to die for. Totally recommend going here and trying out their different variety of flavors!

Last night I took my kids to this gelateria, and I was very disappointed. First, the ice-cream is exactly is mcd0n@ld's one, but with some some fruity sauce/syrup. The syrup I took, was lacking a flavor and did not look real, but artificial. Second, for 2 small cups, 1 medium and one cone, I paid ~$30, which I believe, extremely expensive! be aware $$$$$ - for nothing!

Delicious! The chocolate dips were heaven sent. I couldn’t even decide which flavor I wanted. That just means i’ll be going back every week for a different flavor. The staff is amazing and helpful. Trust me when I say trying this is a must!

Absolutely love this place for ice cream! The staff is amazing and so friendly and the ice cream and other desserts are also very delicious. They even offer vegan options like they mango ice cream that’s made with oat milk! SOOO YUMMY!!

Great ice cream starts with great service! Very welcoming staff as soon as I came in. Absolutely delicious soft serve dip in a cup with dark chocolate and tiramisu sauce topped with crunchy Bischoff (thank you for the yummy suggestion)! Real ice cream, real chocolate and genuine hospitality... I'll be back!

Went in as a big group and we had a lovely experience! The ice cream was delicious and the real treat was the owner, who patiently helped us out and was so kind. 11/10 - would drive 8hrs back for more:)

First off, they’ve recently moved to DDO St jeans off of lake. I went in today for the first time and immediately realized they don’t have AC!!! An ice cream place without AC!!!. The heat in the store was unbearable and your ice cream was already melting after it being served to you. I feel bad for the staff to have to work in that heat, it was pretty busy and they were clearly understaffed (2 people on a Sunday afternoon) The store looks like a warehouse as it hasn’t even been fully renovated. First and last time for me!

My husband wanted a cone but the ice cream was too soft. The first time the girl tried making a cone, the ice cream fell over in her hand. The second time the girl tried, it fell over in the pot of chocolate. We then settled for ice cream in a bowl but the chocolate was so hot that when it got hard , it froze in hard clumps and was hard to eat. They also didn't have the popcorn topping my husband wanted. The girl didn't charge us for one ice cream since we couldn't get the cone we wanted. That was nice but we were still disappointed with the overall experience.

The ice cream, cookies and the owner are amazing! Visited this establishment yesterday. The very happy and friendly owner served us. The mango ice cream is made with oat milk. It was fabulous - creamy and not too sweet. We drizzled it with dark chocolate which made it even better. The owner also gave us chocolate cookies to try. Best cookies ever.

Besides the fact that the ice cream and the dozens (!!) of dipping options are excellent, it's the SERVICE where this scores 5 stars for me. Carla and Anika are usually the ones behind the counter when I go, and it's all smiles and pleasant conversation as they're serving the finest ice cream in the West Island. HIGHLY recommended!!

Carla and her team are AMAZING! Anika, who offered a great suggestion of the banana dip was so friendly during our visit today. The treats are always so yummy and the service, even when it’s busy is always with a smile! Thanks for this great snack place in the West Island!
