I've had horrible back issues since I was around 18 years old and without the help and knowledge of Alex and his team, I wouldn't have seen the improvements I see today. I wouldn't go anywhere else! I always recommend my friends and family to go to M.B. because I know they'll be in good hands!

(To say the least) If you are looking to get a relaxing massage or deeper osteo service I highly recommend MB health centre. I have referred some friend who were seeking urgent care and there was someone available for same day appointments. Definitely worth your time and health!!

I've been seeing Benjamin for spinal decompression and manual therapy since last spring. I came to him desperate because I could barely walk without experiencing pain from a herniated disc, and after 5-7 sessions I was feeling great and working out again. I still visit once a month for "maintenance" and haven't had any problems. I consider myself lucky to have found this place!

As someone who works a physically demanding job I need my body to be working at 110% all day so when I woke up one morning unable to get out of bed it was a living nightmare.Just one session with their very friendly and amazing staff I felt like a new man who could dance through their front door.
