The pool is open for dogs each Wednesday at 7pm in the summer, until August 23. Nice group of people.

A beautiful and clean park with privacy for couples and a respectable place for families. There is also a place for children and adults and a variety of activities and places for games and scooters... I highly recommend going to it to spend fun times with friends, girlfriends or family. It has a pool for water games for children, a basketball court, large green spaces and shade trees. Beautiful

One of the best dog parks in Ottawa.

This is the section of Sylvia Holden Park that is dedicated to children with swings, a play structure, and wading poll that is open in the summer. You can also find a basketball court tucked away behind the play structure. A perfect place for children to play and family/friends to have a picnic.

The perfect spot to spend the summer, especially for kids and families. There is a nice wading pool, including a separate little one for kids! There are swings, sand, playground structures, basketball court, tons of shade and trees, and lots of benches! Once the kids are finished at the pool walk over to the nearby playstruture and splash pad. Lots of options to eat at Lansdowne as well. Enjoy!

Very nice park sandwiched between lansdowne and the canal. A couple of small baseball diamonds accompany a spacious dog park. We'll fenced in play area for dog owners

Sylvia Holden Park is fun for the whole family. I have been visiting often with my wife and child for years now. There are two sets of swings (one for baby's and toddlers and one for older children), a basketball court, a sandbox playground that is fun for all kids, kids swimming pools in the summer, and lots of green space for picnics. There is also a baseball field and a dedicated fenced in dog park where our furry friends can roam free.

It’s nice and very recommended to enjoy your weekend with your family there

Beautiful family park and wading pool

Visited twice with summer camp kids. Water was a great temperature compared to other city wading pools, clean too! Lifeguards were okay, somewhat friendly. It's a large enough pool to accommodate a group of 50 camps kids, plus members of the public comfortably. :)
