1st review: Best clinic I have ever been to! I got a pap smear and the nurse explained what she was doing at every step, how testing works, and so on. She was discreet and professional and went out of her way to make things as un-awkward as possible. Decor was warm and welcoming and the waiting room is comfortable. It's a space free of judgment, and staff is exclusively women. Everything was covered by the RAMQ. Highly recommend! 2nd review: docking a couple stars because at my second appt, where I wanted to get hormone tests, my appt was 35 min late. All of that for something that took the doctor 5 minutes and resulted in her telling me to get blood work done at the CLSC. A stark difference from my 1st experience; I did not feel like this doctor cared about me.

Truly a space by women and for women, highly empathetic and understanding of our needs, emotions and concerns. An incredibly safe space with very competent women staff. My procedure was painless free (which was my main concern) and super fast. Thank you for existing!

Un endroit ou on nous traite tous (incluant bien sur les employées) avec dignité et douceur. I recommend participating in their annual roster of activities and to generally support this clinic. If you have felt not listened to, or you had experience with medical staff that left you feeling down and ignored, this is the place where they do everything to ensure your new experience will be positive and gentle. And all women led staff, a cozy space and expertise all in one. If you are anxious, I especially recommend this place. Hust remember to be polite and treat everyone well too!

Empathy, compassion but most of all experience and knowledge.

First experience for me and the ladies really reassured me and seemed to have compassion. After the process, they put us in a bed with a heating pad and a blanket. Honestly everything makes a huge difference, they listen. Thank you so much! The only slightly less positive point is that it deserves to be more up to date, at first glance it looked a little bohemian, but ultimately I was not disappointed

Really to be honest there services are very good only for female excellent treatment for females.
