Love this place, 1- very clean 2- they make the food in front of your eyes 3- they take the time with customers to fulfil their needs. 4- I’m not fun of fats food but this place is very special. 5- pay a bit more for tacos but worth it . 6- they are nice team 👍 7- easy to park Highly Recommended. I often eat at this Mucho Burrito, their food, their experience and the staff who work are superb, nothing to say. I noticed a comment from Ariel, I was behind this customer, and from the start she was so rude with the employees, she did not warn that her son was allergic to peppers, without knowingly an employee dropped his burrito, the employee to say sorry we will do it again, she wanted a refund without hesitation the employee understood and gave her refund, in no way did the employees disrespect this customer, on the contrary they were very patient. An employee said she preferred to speak in French, and she replied "You're going to die in Quebec" in English of course. I was so shocked by this client that I was the one who asked for forgiveness in her place because I felt bad. It makes people understand that mistakes happen and that they are human like us! That doesn't mean that they work in restaurants that we should disrespect them!

The mucho burrito meat on the picture was grill, mine was burnt. And way too much rice vs the amount of pork. Also they’re not making home made brownies, they’re buying full grade commercials brownies imported from the USA, say goodbye to buying locally made food. And the brownies is not big is 80gr. Next time I’ll get my treats from somewhere else. Check the screen caps from door dash vs what I really got.

The regular size burrito was more than enough for me. The taste and the customer service were good. I can pass by one more time to try something different.

I only went a few times but the food has always been excellent, the service quick and efficient and an added bonus the place is always tidy! It’s a bit cold to my taste, but that’s just because I’m very sensitive to AC. I will definitely go back again, which is in itself a recommendation that you should go as well.

The WORST! asked specifically for no SPICY, its as if i asked for Extra spice!, tried to call to inform them of the mistake, they never answer and the voicemail is not set up. when i went in person to explain the situation, they were soo rude. I paid 30$ for a fire hot burrito and nachos! for that price they should at least give me what i ordered or at least a refund... very BAD!

Fresh & tasty ingredients for a healthy and reasonably priced meal. Careful though, as they sometimes smoothly sneak-in an upsell. Can't blame them - but they should be more transparent.

Great fast food tex mex. Love the carnitas the most. Nacho plate is also delicious. Staff is very friendly. Atmosphere is ok, just always seems to be in construction with renovations happening in the back half of the location.

I feel like this location isn't held to the same standards as the other location I've been to. The staff were pretty rude. The food was alright, but the veggies were, for a lack of better word, soupy.

Trust its a waste of money, overpriced, plus they’re so cheap when it comes to giving portions i payed around 35$ for 2 burritos and 2 drinks. They be scooping out what they picked up. And when i ask to put some more or put back what they scoop back they charge me extra. What a joke.

The food was good(I purchased a bowl) but the staff were such in a hurry that they forgot to include my churro that I paid for. Error is human so it’s not the end of the world but I hope next time I go there the service will be more hospitable.

The food is great. However the staff barely put any guacamole in my burrito and when I asked for her to put a little bit more, she charged me extra. The quality of the burritos from this location has been going downhill for a couple months now, rice is wayyyyy too salty and not as good as in other location. I want a refund, or gift card to make it right.

Came here the first time, it was good. Second time was really bad. Figured it out after reaching home so didn't contact them but the food tasted stale, very few choices and the food portion is small. Wouldn't suggest to go here for burrito bowls.

I am a huge fan of Mexican cuisine and I have to say, the burritos at this restaurant are simply out of this world. The flavors are so fresh and authentic, I can't get enough of them! Mucho Burrito always satisfied my cravings and the burritos are massive! The workers are always friendly and welcoming. Every time I visit, the staff goes above and beyond to make sure I have a great experience. They are always happy to answer any questions I have and make sure I am completely satisfied with my meal. Very sweet people!
