This store NEEDS some help. The staff are lovely, but the clientele are pigs. The store is always messy, and it has had a "fly problem" for over a year! It makes it hard to shop the side of the store where the shoes and electronics are with flies buzzing around and landing on everything. Also, someone needs to reign in the prices!! $23.49 for a jacket that was originally $21.96??? There were plenty of items priced like this. You are supposed to be a "Thrift Store"?!?

One of my favorite Value Villages I even travel across two cities to shop at this location. Five stars on organized sections and shelves are full of amazing finds I have a good time shopping there and found an amazing lamp in Furniture Italian lemon drop see pics it was very heavy pottery but I love a good workout bring it !furniture is my favorite area at this location they work hard rolling out alot of items daily you got to be strong to carry all that to the floor( or at least look it) its not a job for complainers" included pics of some of my buys at VV lately..ps Great place to find Art and lighting . I dont "worry " about expensive items Vv is great with members discount and no i dont work there lol just been a loyal customer for 30 + years .

How does the pricing work? one item even expensive then regular price! This is a FOR profit store and not a Non Profit store. SHAME on the employees, management, owners who are openly making profit from charity. Govt should ban this store!

My friend bought two picture frames. It was $7.99 each. The retail supervisor Palak changed each picture price to $15.98. I told her that I saw they were under $10 earlier and ask her to show the proof of the price. She turned on computer but there was no evidence shows the pictures matched the prices she mentioned. She said that she is the store supervisor and she could change the price and it was the store policy. She was very rude put them away and asked my friend not to buy them because I questioned the price she changed. It was a very bad experience in this store.

We donated so much of our belongings to this Value Village and it was nice to actually see what they have done to it. So many items for great price.

Wow! One of the largest thrift store I’ve ever been too. They have everything one is looking for & more. Fantastic staff, well organized and it was packed to the rim. So many aisles of great finds. Accessible on ground level with free parking.

Perfect place to get Halloween costumes for sure! I also found the Sally and Jack costumes!! By mere luck.

They've organized the sections well in that they've categorized different kitchen appliances, books, clothing, electronics, jewellery etc into their respective sections but generally aisles are messy. Staff availability is limited. That said, it's a good place to shop and get good pricing and you may be able to find some good gems here. It's nice hunting for treasures here 😁
