Great clinic! I have consulted the following practitioners in the past year and they have helped me reduce my symptoms effectively. Patrick (physio therapist)- He is very friendly, compassionate, and motivational. He consistently ensures my comfort during treatments along with tailored exercises and stretches that have ease my symptoms. he also shared a lot of knowledge about physiology. Charlene (massage therapist)- She treats every patient as a friend and her session is always fun. She’s experienced and her massage technique is precise and effective. Heather (Kinesiologist)- I have been seeing Heather for the ICBC rehabilitation treatments and she has helped me a lot with building my muscle strength with multiple exercises. With each session, she introduces new routines and sets achievable goals. My endurance has notably increased under her care. I strongly recommend both the clinic and the mentioned practitioners to anyone who might be interested.

It's not too often that I post a review, Patrick absolutely earned it! I came in with an injury to my ankle which Patrick was quickly able to diagnose and provide meaningful treatment options for. He was patient, asked great questions, and made me feel very much at ease. He ensured that we made great use of our time together, and even followed up by email after our meeting (wow!). I had several massages here due to back pain. They gave me a proper consultation and taught me some stretches to help with my lower back pain at the end. Their massage therapists are very professional and friendly. Especially, Charlene’s massage really works. I felt better after had her massage right away, and back pain was gone immediately. Love this clinic, lots of various services offered, very welcoming, accessible, evening appointments available. Shout out to Mark Yun who does myofascial release. So ouchy but good ouchy.
