Ordered tonight using Skip the dish. Everything was good....not great, but good. The reason I'm posting a review is because of the almost $14 dollar ceaser salad that was literally less than a cup of salad. I find this to be a complete rip off and unacceptable. Hope this review is read by the owner or manager so that they can make the salad an acceptable amount for the price.

The best Greek food in the lower mainland. The staff are super friendly, the service is amazing the food is even better. The place does not disappoint. The souvlaki is always on point, but another favorite of mine is the Kotta fillo. The lamb is one tender and falls off the bone. There is too much good stuff here not to slowly work your way through the entire menu. The owner is very friendly and very welcoming.

Today we visited a restaurant of Greek cuisine! We are very satisfied, everything was very tasty the portions are big and very tasty 😋👍 ! The restaurant has very friendly staff the attitude towards customers is very friendly and they serve orders quickly😀. The restaurant is very comfortable and always clean. Great place for greek food. Have been to this place for years, and its always impressive. The waitress/staff are very nice. They were quick to fill up our drinks, and taking plates away, making this and even better experience! Big portion sizes, and flavorful meals! Had the vegetarian lasagna and it was delicious. The bacon wraps for an appetizer was also fantastic.

This past June 13 a dear friend celebrated his birthday and we chose this great restaurant. We were greeted as usual with smiles and friendliness although we did not have a reservation. The food is abundant and delicious. We all had dishes to take home from our delicious dishes. I did mention to our server that my friend was celebrating his birthday and they brought his cake slice and sang the happy birthday song to him. We certainly enjoyed our time there and have a great memory of that day. I took photos of our dishes. I had the chicken cordon bleu , it normally comes with choice of potatoes or rice but I asked to have just veggies and it was perfect. I am avoiding carbs lately; someone else a chicken breast linguini and a beef dish I forget the name. All was FAN-TAS-TIC as usual. I have been at this restaurant several times before and I always like to taste something different, as I KNOW all will taste delicious.

I highly recommend the Greek Island Restaurant! It was ladies night ( 7 Shades of Beauty) out and wow what a fantastic time we had lots of laughs and great memories! Our server Makayla was great we had lots of questions about certain items on the menu and she took her time to help us. The house wine was good and at a reasonable cost. The food was tasty and very enjoyable.Those are all the qualities of a GREAT restaurant! We will be back!!!!

Has amazing time celebrating my birthday to night. Every thing was amazing. They even brought me dessert and sang happy birthday !

The restaurant is conveniently located in Langley city centre at 2686 Langdon St. It emanates a friendly atmosphere: waiters and waitresses approaching customers with a smiling face. Good service. What impresses me most is the Greek setting! Once you push open the door, you seemingly enter a dreamland of ancient Greek with white marble statues and mythological images in fancy purple golden lighting. Food is fantastic! I love their Greek dressing for salad - “Umm, ca sont bon!” and “ces’t delicieux!”

Food was great as usual and the server was very friendly. However, their cocktails and Beef Tenderloin Souvlaki were not good. We ordered El Chapos Margarita and Mojitos and none of them were tasty at all. Beef Tenderloin was leathery. Rack of Lamb is the best in town!

The best restaurant in mainland. Variety of food options for all ages and different taste. Have been coming here once or twice a week. I am originally from Toronto but have been coming to Vancouver for work and every single time I come to Vancouver, I make sure I visit Greek Island Restaurant. As you can see from my plate that nothing is left…not because the portion is small but because the food is super delicious. The portions are enormous but like always I finish it all. Our waitress, Jule was amazing at her job and made sure that we had everything in our table. Thank you to everyone at Greek island restaurant for the amazing service and delicious food.

You can never go wrong with a date night out to Greek islands! Our server was amazing and very diligent about making sure the food did not contain any of the food allergy ingredients.

Management went above and beyond to insure my family and I were taken good care of after a minor mishap, would absolutely recommend this establishment to anyone, best chicken souvlaki in town

I bought dinner for two, and I feel it's a fraud to take your money. We purchased chicken souvlaki. I paid 32 dollars for this. It was a takeout. The quantity of food was less than a half subway that charges me $5, and the quality was worse. I had a few time greek food before, so I am not eating a new dish or first time. Except for chicken, everything else was a mess in taste. I can cook better than this at home. If you spend this amount in any Indian or Chinese restaurant, four people can fill their stomach two times a day. Suppose you don't want to spend a fortune. Don't go there. I do not recommend it to anyone.

When we were at parking I thought it is closed..Looked for main entrance door which is not quite visible at first go.When we entered this place surprised me.Beautiful ambience, quite a happening place for a date or weekend dinners.I never check any reviews before going to a place as everyone has their own experiences😀. We ordered 2 drinks - Caesar and long island. Caesar was amaaazzzing.Long island was average.. Not even served in a highball.So again the drink quantity was less. A starter we ordered- Ouzo prawns - 2/5 Very very less quantity if considered price and taste. Taste was very average.Nothing special about it. For Mains- We ordered a platter for 2 Portion size was Too big- I don’t think anyone can finish that size of platter in 1 meal😂. 1 would rate 4/5. There was a beef item too that we replaced with extra chicken skewers. Spanakopita was amazing- must try here❤️ Lobster tail with butter was good Rest all other food was fine but a bit SALTY for us.I mean I normally consume good amt of salt but here it was on much higher side for me.. Overall - 5/3 for my experience. The manager was good enough coming to each table for feedback.Servers were good.Food was served quickly so kitchen team was fast. Yes, I will recommend it to others.Just make sure to order drinks to sip on drinks while eating to reduce the super salty food taste.

Absolutely amazing experience! This was my first time going to Greek Islands Restaurant. It was super clean, given how busy it was and the service was impeccable! Didn't have to wait very long to be seated. After we ordered, we were served our appetizers in about 10 - 15 minutes! Super delicious food and great value for how much you get. (Total was around $50 for 2 people + tax and tip) I was shocked at how fast our food came and I appreciate how kind (and genuine) the servers were. I will definitely be coming back to this restaurant next time I'm in the neighbourhood. 10/10 service!

I enjoyed the Cajun Chicken Burger it was incredible, it was served on a fresh kaiser bun and real chicken breast nothing processed which is great. Service was excellent given it was a birthday party with a large group. The restaurants all have very beautiful and unique decor.

From the moment you walk in, you realize that this place is amazing. The staff is wonderful. They welcomed us with bright smiles. The tables setting felt amazing. With so many amazing choices on the menu, it was so hard to order. Once we decided, the salad arrived and tasted amazing. The chicken and lamb were cooked to perfection. Dessert was super yummy. I mean this place is just a solid 10/10 all day. It starts with the owners being so involved in everything. You just feel like your at your families place. I even watched them sing happy birthday to customers. Everyone has an eye on what’s going on and the attention to detail and how each table is doing is impressive. The atmosphere is absolutely stunning and I feel like I’m sitting in Greece. Top notch food goes without saying !. Also, even though they have great drinks I was super pleased when the owner offered me a virgin banana margarita. finding good virgin drinks can be tough !. My husband and I look forward to coming back.

It was me and my GF 1 year anniversary. After doing some quick searches we decided on Greek Islands in Abbotsford. What an incredible experience we had. We ordered the greek platter for 2 which included multiple items. Everything was top notch. Best greek potatoes and rice I have ever had. They even presented us with an anniversary dessert which was incredible too. Our server Serena was an absolute pleasure in every way possible. It is so nice to find a place that takes pride in their food and service like this place does. Well done Greek Islands..thank you for a wonderful night. See you again soon!

Amazing customer service, always delicious food. The bacon wrapped BBQ chicken appetizer is AMAZING, I usually turn it into a meal ♡ the spinach & artichoke dip was a perfect appetizer coupled with my cream of tomato soup. Next time will be drink and desserts! I bet they're wonderful too, keep ya posted!♡

Delicious food, great service, awesome staff! This was my first time eating at Greek Islands, not sure why I hadn't tried it before! The food was delicious, well cooked and carefully prepared, with very diverse flavour. Definitely a restaurant I will be returning to with guests in the future! The décore is classy and elegant, and gives you the impression that you've left Canada to eat abroad. The staff was amazing, very friendly, prompt, and a great attitude. Highly recommend you try eating here at least once, you will want to come back again soon!

This family owned establishment is a must for anyone who wants more than a typical chain restaurant can offer. They're servers enjoy serving you and will make adjustments without hesitation. Their goal is making sure your experience is top notch. I've dined here during mostly special occasions and not once have I had a complaint. Well maybe other than they're always so busy. Prices are honestly low considering the quality of food delivered. Meals are never bland and the meat is never over cooked. Greek Islands remains one of my top tier places to eat

We decided to stop in and have a nice Greek dinner, we didn't make any reservations but were still able to he seated immediately. The restaurant unfortunately only has one female bathroom, one male bathroom, and one family bathroom. It is nicely decorated and the blue lighting accents really pop out at you. The bar looks amazing but I didn't see any chairs or how you would sit there for drinks? The service was great, fast and made multiple visit to check in with us. The food came out relatively quick although the Greek salad was topped with thousand island dressing I believe, which I have never experienced on my trips to Greece but maybe that's what they decided they liked? The rice had a good flavor to it but was fluffy like when you make minute rice and not to my personal liking. Their tzatziki seemed like it had to much dill and no cucumber. Again maybe it's just different from what I personally have been accustomed to. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for those who are looking for a fun night out of fasting.

Absolutely fantastic experience. We are a family of 4, came in to celebrate our daughters 21st birthday. Our server was engaging and attentive, the food was unbelievable, and the owners went out of their way to make our evening extra special. Highly recommend.

Thisnisnorobabky the best Greek I have had in years. We had a platter for 2 which had chicken souvlaki, roast lamb, spanakopita, Greek meatballs, calamari, rice and potatoes. Homemade pitas and side soup or salad for 52.00. Great value. The only thing Iwould not do again is the sagonaki. Although good it was overpriced (15.99) compared to many other places and the portion was average. The taste was good though. Definitely will be back though.

Best Greek food in Fraser Valley! Their house made Greek dressing & tatziki sauce is to die for. Homemade, delicious soups made daily. Go there & expect to leave full, with Leftovers for lunch the next day! The owners are super friendly & treat their customers like family. Always a pleasure to eat at Greek Islands! 5 stars.

Ordered takeout for the first time and everything was sopping in oil... The salad was taking a bath in dressing, the rice was slippery AF with oil, mushy veggies and the chicken breast was still pink inside! Oh and the "homemade" soup looks basically like the leftover drippings. Called owner and he was very apologetic...offered to redo meal that night which I declined and comp me a free meal next time. We'll see
