Best Sportchek I have visited. Great deals and range/variety of products in a large, tidy and clean location. Online pickup and curbside order process are flawlessly easy compared to their other branches. Staff are also friendly and approachable.

I am extremely disappointed with the treatment and service I got today. My little toddler was trying on a Nakamura balance bike. We were trying to test if the height of the bike fits him already as we had the same Nakamura balance bike for our eldest son when he was 2 but have given it to someone else. This Sport chek personnel approached me in a very not "customer-friendly" way and told me that my son is not allowed to "thread the bike around" and I was disappointed and surprised as I didn't see any signage that mentions that. We've been to Sportchek in Tsawassen and Metrotown, tried their balance bikes before without any problem and in fact that's where we purchased my eldest son's balance bike. I am having this rant because as a customer of Sportchek and Atmosphere, I felt treated like trash! I was about to buy that bike but changed my mind! Your staff shpuld be trained better than this!

If you are looking for anything sports related this is the store for you. Greeter at the front is very knowledgeable, make sure to ask him/her if you are there for something specific. It will save you lots of time. There are three floors of goods and merchandise. If something is not in stock sales associate will help your ordered it online and have it delivered to you for free. Cash line moves very fast even during busy times.

Went here to buy rollerblades and I was told they were closing in 5 minutes, no one offered to help or anything just yelled rudely that they were closing soon. I went back the next week and there was a great staff member John Mark (I think that was his name). He was SO helpful and attentive. He helped me find some rollerblades that fit my budget and needs. Hire more people like John!

Great experience and atmosphere overall, very good selection of outdoor and indoor shoes. The front desk cashier staff aren’t the best behaved, but the staff that assist with selection and inventory are very friendly and help you find what you need. The best at this store at the department managers, who went above and beyond to make sure we were helped and were fetching sizes when their colleagues were busy. I felt like my business was appreciated at this store and I will return again soon to get more pairs. We ended up buying 2 pairs for ourselves and 1 as a gift. You can also ship shoes to home if they don’t have your size, try them out indoors and return in-store if the size isn’t a perfect fit - just make sure you don’t wear them outside. Association with Triangle rewards always gets some discounts for current and future purchases. Plus, if you catch a sale at this store, the price - it’s better than most other stores in the city!

Been in multiple times, spent 600+ on gym gear, swim stuff and bags in last 4 weeks. Got followed closely by security every time I was in. So today I went in and explained he always follows me and I always purchase and today maybe he could not and he told me I was a “good Man” and kept following me. I feel more uncomfortable every time I go into this shop so it’s gonna have to be my last! Please tell this guy how to do his job.

Sport Chek is a three-story sports, clothes and equipment retail shop that has gathered many famous sport brands on the same roof for the convenience of its customers. In one of my visits I purchased a pair of running sneakers at a reasonable price for the discount from the store, and I’m very satisfied with my purchase. In my last visit, I inflated a basketball and tried snowboarding boots and the staff member Hamid was extremely helpful and very friendly and helped me find the right size for the boots.

3 levels filled with apparel, accessories, sports & outdoor gear. There was a lot of staff available for assistance pre-Christmas and fitting rooms with lounge seating for shopping companions that need somewhere comfy to wait. A great source for last-minute gifting as there's something for everyone, even lounge wear & bevy containers for non-sporty couch potatoes. My exchange of an online purchase went smoothly.

A huge sports store with everything you can think of. They have bicycles, socks, badminton racquets, tennis racquets, ski, snowboard, hockey, outwear, shoes, sandals, flip flops, slides, shirts, sports wristbands and many more items. They have three floors full of various items. They are located in downtown Vancouver and easily accessible. The service could have been better by having customer service reps more accessible and helpful.

I have been to Robson Sport Check a couple of times.I want to point out my great experience with their bike department. Walt,Nick,and Lucas are so friendly and helpful.They all did their best to assist us and I really appreciate that!! No tennis gear at all. No shoes, clothes, racquets, string, nothing. Staff walk by you like you are invisible when you raise your hand for help. Other than that, perfect place to go if you want some peace and quiet and to be left alone.

Good experience here! There are a lot of staff, so it’s fairly easy to find someone for help (though they might be busy helping other customers). The staff were very helpful, and helped me order the clothing I wanted online since it was out of stock in store.

This branch is indeed the biggest Sport Chek here in Vancouver! I like how really organized this branch is. Lots of selections and very accommodating staff!

I have made three purchases in the past 6 months here, and though it can be busy, the staff are willing to help and actually care about the advice they are providing. I have had several terrible experiences and Sport Chek Broadway, including one today. I had visited the Broadway location to use a gift card, and the employee at cash refused to honor the card because it was 11 hours expired. She offered no alternatives, was curt with her message, and refused to escalate it to anyone else to hear my concern. I got in my car and drove straight downtown to the Robson location where a junior staff member immediately acknowledged my concern, and had the decision-making power to honor the gift card. The stark contract between these two locations can only be a reflection of the management culture. I was so disappointed in a large branch trying to nickel and dime me and the Robson store - with their common sense approach to service - saved the day. Great selection of shoes here, 3 floors to provide a wide variety of sports/products. Impressed with the layout and general staff knowledge. Will only visit here in the future. Thanks!

I went in for running shoes with only a limited idea of what I wanted, and Rylan was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to give me a brief overview of what the brands offered before directing me to which specific models were best for my price point, elaborating on their features and any common complaints he'd heard from customers about them. Very happy with the service I received!

Just got my Adidas Freak.1 from here with the big help of Lucas! I’ve tried couple of different models from different stores but this guy literally didn’t focus to make sale but listening me and helping me to find the best product for me! He was a rare staff to bump, especially in sportive product retail stores!

This store has a variety of clothing options! The collection of shoes they offer is great as well! We visited this place a few minutes they were closing and still were able to get what we wanted! Came here today with my kids to get rain boots and although they didn't have any on display, we asked if they had any. Kiran went in the back and helped us find rain boots that fit perfectly for both kids. We were in and out literally within 20 min...and that includes trying on different pairs/sizes and ~5 min in checkout line & paying! I don't think we've ever gone shopping for kids anything and been in and out so quickly! Kudos to Kiran for being so quick and efficient!! Now, we've got more time together in our weekend doing activities that my kids enjoy vs shopping and that means A TON to us!! Thanks Kiran & Sport Chek!!

Came in for trail runners with no idea what to get. Was helped by a really nice and helpful staff member (Alvin, I think his name was. He was wearing a pony tail.) Gave 4 options in my size that were all comfortable in a range of styles and checked back to see how I was doing multiple times. Really took the stress out of shoe shopping in a pandemic.

Great selection on footwear and clothing. Excellent customer service form the young lady helping us find what we were looking for. Don't waste your time on the over priced stores further up Robson, this store has all the brand names and clearance items at fair prices.

I had the best customer service experience in my life with their department manager Valt. I had difficulty to find a suitable ski boots in the winter He spent time with us to find them. He is so knowledgeable, kind and helpful.

This is my favorite sportchek location, has 3 floors and you can definitely find something , plus the staff are very friendly and kind! I was in the fitting room and she would come up to me to see if i need any other sizes! Wonderful customer service👍🏻👍🏻

Store was well organized unlike other ones in suburbia. Level 2 - floor workers don't seem very interested in the job. Cashiers were great. Young Asian gal with blond hair working July 15 shift around 230pm at till was especially engaging.

This is the worst Sport Check BY FAR! Manager Bruce thinks he owns the store, is extremely rude and creepy. He made my daughter feel uncomfortable after making comments about her appearance.The management at this store is extremely unprofessional and sloppy. His colleagues covered for him and excused this behaviour. They made several mistakes in our purchase of sports equipment and refused to take responsibility. Bruce treats this job like a highschool popularity contest and caused drama between other staff members in front of customers. I don't recommend coming to this store!

Giving this location 5* mostly because of our very positive experience with shop assistant John who was amazing helping my fiancé to buy new ski boots. He spent with us 30+ minutes explaining every single detail and finding the right ski boots for her ski level and comfort level. Thanks John, you were probably the best sales person we ever met in our lives!!

It was so weird, today I made a phone call to ask hold one pair of shoes for me (because only 3 left). The lady over the phone said no on hole service. But January 29 I did make a phone call , they did hold for me.

I went into Sportchek an hour before closing looking for ski boots and Walt went above expectations to get me setup. Even though he was managing 5 other groups and attending to other store matters, Walt was able to help me find the right ski boot according to my comfort and ski experience. If anyone is in need of ski/snowboard gear, go find Walt on the 3rd floor.

Service is horrible, the products there are nice but you must be good looking for things by yourself and hope that the size you want is the one outside. I had to run around trying to get an employee’s attention

Finally I didn't buy anything but the guy that was helping me with the winter boots was super nice and patience! Great staff!

I really love this place! Laurence from the ski department treated us amazing and assessed us in buying the right products for the right price. I really enjoyed this visit thanks to him and I really enjoyed his conversation and bright energy.

I would like to thank Bruce and his team in the service department. He went out of his way for me and had jerseys ready and named tagged for my neices in record time. Thanks so much. Your a great guy.
