of
all,
I
absolutely
loved
this
store,
have
bought
so
much
here
and
have
brought
all
of
my
friends
here.
After
this
experience
today
I’m
going
to
think
twice
about
purchasing
something
from
here
again.
I
purchased
a
$35
shirt
online,
drove
an
hour
and
a
half,
and
paid
for
parking
to
pick
it
up.
After
trying
it
on
and
seeing
it
didn’t
fit,
I
went
to
the
counter
to
return
it
just
like
their
return
policy
says.
The
amount
of
attitude
and
condescension
from
the
staff
was
so
frustrating.
They
were
telling
me
that
returning
the
shirt
wasn’t
possible
and
that
I
was
wrong
and
to
read
their
policy
to
which
I
replied
I
did
and
it
shouldn’t
be
a
problem.
They
then
said
I
needed
to
email
someone
to
request
a
return
because
they
don’t
do
returns
so
it
would
need
to
be
approved
by
a
manager
based
on
the
situation
which
I
refused
to
do
because
it
clearly
states
in
the
policy
that
I
can
return
it.
They
then
got
on
the
phone
with
someone
at
the
Davie
location
who
then
told
them
to
tell
me
that
I
need
to
go
home,
email
and
if
it’s
approved
drive
all
the
way
back
for
a
return.
I
said
that
that
was
ridiculous
because
of
the
distance
I
drove
and
that
it
says
no
where
that
that
is
the
process.
I
then
phoned
the
manager
at
the
Davie
location
myself
and
after
refusing
to
leave
and
email
as
she
said,
she
simply
returned
it
for
me!
The
entire
process
took
over
30
mins
and
the
staff
was
very
annoyed
at
me
the
entire
time
even
though
I
was
much
calmer
and
more
respectful
than
they
were
being
to
me.
The
women
at
the
Davie
location
then
said
to
read
the
policy
as
it
clearly
states
that
all
returns
need
to
be
done
through
email
and
was
happy
when
I
told
her
I
wouldn’t
be
buying
online
from
them
again.
I
checked
the
policy
again
and
nowhere
does
it
say
that
this
is
the
process.
I
really
did
not
appreciate
the
eye
rolling
and
sighing
from
staff
and
the
unwillingness
to
help
me
while
rushing
to
help
other
customers
instead.
It
was
the
most
unprofessional
environment
for
a
store
that
markets
itself
as
a
high
end
shopping
experience.
So
upsetting.
At
the
end
of
the
day
I
had
$200
worth
of
clothes
on
the
counter
that
I
was
going
to
buy,
but
they
didn’t
even
check
me
out
since
it
was
6:01
and
the
store
was
closed
despite
the
30
mins
it
took
for
them
to
do
the
return.
