First of all, I absolutely loved this store, have bought so much here and have brought all of my friends here. After this experience today I’m going to think twice about purchasing something from here again. I purchased a $35 shirt online, drove an hour and a half, and paid for parking to pick it up. After trying it on and seeing it didn’t fit, I went to the counter to return it just like their return policy says. The amount of attitude and condescension from the staff was so frustrating. They were telling me that returning the shirt wasn’t possible and that I was wrong and to read their policy to which I replied I did and it shouldn’t be a problem. They then said I needed to email someone to request a return because they don’t do returns so it would need to be approved by a manager based on the situation which I refused to do because it clearly states in the policy that I can return it. They then got on the phone with someone at the Davie location who then told them to tell me that I need to go home, email and if it’s approved drive all the way back for a return. I said that that was ridiculous because of the distance I drove and that it says no where that that is the process. I then phoned the manager at the Davie location myself and after refusing to leave and email as she said, she simply returned it for me! The entire process took over 30 mins and the staff was very annoyed at me the entire time even though I was much calmer and more respectful than they were being to me. The women at the Davie location then said to read the policy as it clearly states that all returns need to be done through email and was happy when I told her I wouldn’t be buying online from them again. I checked the policy again and nowhere does it say that this is the process. I really did not appreciate the eye rolling and sighing from staff and the unwillingness to help me while rushing to help other customers instead. It was the most unprofessional environment for a store that markets itself as a high end shopping experience. So upsetting. At the end of the day I had $200 worth of clothes on the counter that I was going to buy, but they didn’t even check me out since it was 6:01 and the store was closed despite the 30 mins it took for them to do the return.

My bf who has no experience buying luxury handbags came in to find me a gift here. The bag he was sold was in pretty horrible condition, which he was unaware of. It was such a great birthday surprise but upon closer inspection I realised this bag wasn't what it seemed. There was a sticky residue between the pockets and if you were to look inside you'd have to peel the pockets open (cringe), the paint that was used for touch-ups had bubbled, was patchy and was used over top of the silver hardware, there were strange white marks around the lip of the pockets, a circular handle mark from poor storage of the bag, and the inside was dirty, covered in debris and what I assume to be makeup from the previous owner. My boyfriend tried to contact the store manager several times but they never got back to him. He spent a lot of money on this Louis Vuitton bag and I was shocked that Mine & Yours would sell a bag in such poor condition and even more surprised they didn't disclose it had been painted or that there was water damage, etc. I thought that Mine & Yours would have better standards for bag resale and would be more customer focused.

Such a great store! Kaeli has been the real MVP helping my husband surprise me with an amazing purse and beautiful channel earrings (which I wore at our wedding)! She's very pleasant, really patient with him and guides him to find the perfect items.

Kind of a weird experience trying to consign. Walked in felt almost like pretty women when Julia Roberts walked Into the shop - eyed up and down and then was pointed to the back desk. I brought In a worn but still saleable pair of designer shoes. Was told they couldn't sell due to slight wear (it's consignment not holts lol). Took them to Turnabout and they gave me cash I hand. I would suggest bringing your items there. Staff treat you better.

DO NOT SELL OR CONSIGN YOUR CLOTHES HERE. As soon as I walked in, the ladies who worked there were frowning and staring me up and down with judgement because I guess they have nothing better to do? They also told me how they only take brand new items ( doesn’t say that anywhere on their website ) and said my items ( which were in very good condition) were not up to their standards and had the audacity to want to charge me $15 to pay to dry-clean them. I also brought 15 items and they only thought 3 of them were “acceptable ”. The lady up front thought for some reason because she works at a used luxury store that she was better than me, talking down to me and being condescending. Whatever helps you sleep at night though :) EDIT: Forgot to add that after that horrible experience, I took the clothes to Rewind on Main and got treated with respect and came out with cash in hand. Go there instead!

Honestly really disappointed. I've gone into the store before where the service was down right terrible. I had nobody greet me when I walked in, nobody ask if I needed help, or was looking for anything particular (standard retail customer service) and nobody said bye when I left the shop. Now i'm even being ignored on their social media Instagram account. The other day I reached out twice in regards to separate items that were posted on their stories. The saw, and read both messages and failed to respond. After seeing the messages marked as "seen" I decided to send them a follow up message "???" and that too was seen and ignored. I would avoid this store at all costs. I guess they don't like sales

This will be the second time that I have visited the store. I brought in five pairs of shoes, Christian Dior, Louis Vuitton, Christian Louboutin Prada so this is the first time they wanted to give me for five pairs of shoes 900 five pairs it was an excellent condition ,may be if I wore once and the sales rep told me that the shoes don’t really hold the value as much as the bags OK so I looked around the store same namebrand and shoes. We’re going for to 450 and 300 to 500 , had Chanel bags 5000 and had a scratch on it that were the same price at the Chanel for a 5400 brand new in the box from Chanel so basically you can buy brand new and that they had scratches in Warren OK so this year I brought in a I brought it in a bag excellent condition big namebrand $250. I seen the name same name brand, there and they wanted like 1000 to 2000. So I got my stuff back and I went to the turnabout on Main Street and they gave me 30% more

Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. They reply super quick on Instagram and I love that they have such a huge selection online and in store! I have been able to score some Fendi boots as well as Moschino Moon Boots (picured) at a fraction of the retail price and they were both practically new!! 10/10 recommend

This store has things that are very fairly priced, but also very expensive. Their secondhand Aritzia clothing in particular is very outdated and only half off retail. They should literally be giving some of that stuff away. In particular my last visit, I found the staff insanely rude. They never acknowledged me once (when I entered the store, or while looking around) They never asked if I was alright, or if I needed help with anything. Usually it's never been this bad. In particular what really astonished me was when I was looking at a handbag and I was digging around to try and find the price tag. One of the sales associated saw me struggling and just went about her business! Never offered to help, or ask if I had any questions regarding the particular handbag I was holding. I'm not sure if I'll ever buy anything here again. It will have to be a really exceptional piece for my business.

There were two gentlemen at the store when I walked in, the one on the floor was really nice and helpful, overall a standup guy with a great customer service. The one behind the cashier was just rude from the get go. The least friendly person i’ve ever encountered. Highly judgemental and makes you feel awkward being in the store. I’ve been quite a loyal customer here and it makes me want to shop somewhere else. Yikesssss.

Great experience buying and selling at Mine & Yours. I completed the online selling quote and received an excellent offer for in-store credit which I used towards a great item. The process was seamless. I appreciated Eileen’s excellent service and attention to detail. Will definitely return again!

My go-to consignment shop in Vancouver and actually the best (IMO) for a variety of mid to luxury items. I’ve been selling and buying here for years and it’s always a pleasure.

I’ve been a loyal customer as well as a consigner for years. I love both locations and the staff are really attentive, kind and great. Kaeli has been helping me for years and she helps ship stuff to me in California. She’s always so helpful and lovely. She treats me more like a friend than a customer and it’s overall the vibe you get from the staff here. I was one of their first customers when their first location opened across the street from me. I’ve seen moved and they have grown to be one of the best stores in Vancouver. Every time I’m in town I’m excited to check them out.

I had a great experience at the store, and would definitely come back. Kaeli is one of the best associates there, she was really friendly and helped me pick out perfect stuff for me and my friend.

So this is the used good brands shop just like consignment stores or pawnshop in good location! But they making look good! Like leave the door lucked and wait that’s make us look better!

First time tried to sell my bag with this consignment as I found them on Instagram and will be the last time.Lot of attitudes, unprofessional service from not sure if that was the manager or owner but she act liked it. Lol

Laughed at the fact they sold a clearly worn set, of a none designer label, for 5$ LESS THAN RETAIL!! From last season. And when I brought it up the basic looking sales girl was so insulted. The one guy and this edgy girl were nice but what’s up with the pricing? Didn’t feel comfortable with that experience. Its an unfollow from instagram for me. Response to Mine and Yours. I think you’ve just communicated the same thing as I’ve been told the first time. Thanks but it doesn’t feel like a move towards making things better

I ordered a Bottega Venetia small point bag which was listed as “ good condition”. I got it on sale therefore a great price! Mine and Yours was excellent with answering questions as well. The bag came quite fast and it’s literally perfect It still smells new. I’m super happy with my purchase.

On my birthday I visited the store with a friend, we both bought handbags and spend a lot of $$$ but generally my experience was way below my expectations, I felt super uncomfortable and you could feel how judgmental employees are, fake smile, fake talk just to make a sale, can't wait when you leave the store so they can talk about you behind your back. The bill should be emailed to me awhile ago but still no response for my message. Customer service is way below standard 👎

I had the privilege to visit this store when I was in Vancouver. Kaeli welcomed me into the store, showed me around and introduced me to several of the staff. Very impressed with the layout of the store, the quality of the goods, and especially the friendly helpful people working there. I have since recommended this store to many of my friends who have visited Vancouver.

Mine & Yours on Davie is my go-to for last minute luxury deals! I am a big lover of vintage jewellery and watches and so far have purchased a few very unique pieces of Chanel and Gucci that always get compliments when worn. The hand-bags selection is wide and include many collectible pieces from luxury design houses that most consignment boutiques won't take because the audience is too niche. I recommend Mine & Yours if you have discerning taste and enjoy creating a style that is perfect for you without pushy sales people.

Walked by this store many times without realizing how much of a hidden gem it is for all your consignment needs! Kaeli was absolutely lovely and helped me pick out the perfect gifts for my impossible to buy for mother. If you’re in the city I would definitely recommend stopping in.

I felt really comfortable shopping here and everyone working here was very nice. They have a lot of designer clothes, jewellery, purses and shoes but also more affordable brands like the ones carried at Aritzia. I really liked their selection of items, including the Loewe puzzle purses in several colours.

My all time favorite go-to consignment store in Vancouver! Mine and Yours has everything from designer bags, shoes, clothes, accessories and I could go on! Staff is beyond friendly & organized. One particular staff that I can say never disappoints me is Sabrina. She is organized, prompt, always on top with the newest items, very informative about the product (she knows her designers), and one thing I could never forget personally delivered one of the items I've bought during the pandemic with safe handling(which I really appreciated). Definitely would recommend Mine and Yours! The best in town!

I can not speak highly enough about my experience with Mine and Yours. The customer service was exceptional. From ths first phone call with Shaye and the many emails back and forth with Ranaa. The interactions were professional and timely yet so warm, friendly and personal. The items I ordered were in beautiful condition, packaged with care and included a lovely personalized note. Ranaa really went above and beyond in her care and concern and accommodations with my purchases. I will forever be a customer of Mine and Yours.
