I tried to place an order for a ~$75-100 bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my sister’s grave in honour of her birthday. The cemetery referred me to this florist. I needed the flowers to be dropped off to the cemetery’s caretaker at the gate, but the woman on the phone kept asking for my sister’s phone number for delivery, despite the very obvious fact that she isn’t exactly able to take phone calls. We went back and forth a few times regarding a service (there isn’t one) and my sister’s phone number (again, there isn’t one). I was already on the verge of tears when she stated she was confused and “that [sister] is the dead person, right?” When she said it the second time, I couldn’t keep my composure and hung up. Placing orders via the phone can be confusing, but it seemed straight forward to deliver the flowers to the cemetery’s office. I hoped for better tact and care when dealing with loss and something so personal. Instead I was brutally reminded of my sisters death every step of the way.

I recently ordered a floral arrangement and chocolates for delivery. Given that I live in Ontario it was difficult to select a company from so far away. What I can say is that I received exceptional customer service from Brookswood Florist, and that they took the time to ensure that they fully understood what my wishes were for delivery. I received a call from the loved one that I sent the delivery to and she stated that the flowers were absolutely beautiful, but that she had to remove the flowers away from the window as the humming birds were attempting to get to the flowers from outside of the house.

Wonderful service. Flowers are beautiful and healthy, and the chocolates look delicious. I can only hope my wife will share.

I ordered the flowers for my son's wedding being held in my backyard, I was doing the brides bouquet myself (I'm not a florist) Crystal ( the new owner) was very nice and helpful! Three days before the wedding when one of her suppliers let her down and couldn't deliver what we ordered, she went above and beyond and did a whole lot of extra work at no extra charge to make sure I was happy. What she did was beautiful! Thank you Crystal! I would highly recommend Crystal and Brookswood Florist!

The flowers from this shop are simply stunning and exceptionally beautiful. When I needed flowers for my mother, I discovered this shop through Google. Although the pricing was a bit higher than I had expected, the sheer beauty of the flowers more than compensated for it. Moreover, supporting local businesses is always a worthwhile endeavor. I highly recommend visiting this shop for your flower and chocolate needs.

My fiancé bought me the most beautiful bouquet from this florist. It was so nice to see so many different flowers I hadn’t seen before. They were also a great price compared to other florists. The flowers last 3 weeks as well! Would highly recommend this place.

Not really impressed with the service and what i got for what i paid. The lady was rude answering questions about the flowers then was throwing the flowers i chose like its a garbage then what she just put together was bad i have to fix it when i get home. Not impressed at all;(

Ordered some flowers for my mom’s birthday. I live in a different province and have been using this florist for years. This year’s flowers were exceptional and gorgeous. I am very pleased with them and it made my mom’s day special. Thank you Mihee.

When I was ordering for my aunt I did not expect much. But when I saw the picture of the flower my aunt got It I was very much impressed. Mostly I was very happy that my aunt was so taken by the arrangement of the flowers. Absolute pleasure shopping at this florist. I wish I could give 10 stars.

Paid $100 per dozen for premium long stem roses. 2 dozen red and yellow were delivered within hours, beautiful at first, gorgeous! Within 4 days the red roses had opened slightly the heads were drooping. The yellow roses didn’t droop, but they didn’t open at all either and the petals just seem to be drying out. When we brought this to the Florist’s attention they told us that they’ve never ever received any complaints in 20 years and the fact that these roses are failing within a week is our fault as the customer. We were asked if we had kept them watered. Duh, of course! We have trimmed them twice, and kept them well watered in a shady spot. This isn’t our first rodeo. We know how to keep cut roses going up to 3 weeks. Our advice is to take your business somewhere else.

Highly recommended! This place is the best. Family run, beautiful flowers and reasonable prices. Mihee was amazing! She is so friendly and the flower bouquets were so beautiful! I could feel how she loved flowers and her job. My mom who received the bouquet were so happy with it. Thank you making really nice and lovely bouquets and I will definitely come back for another one. Additionally, they put so much effort to deliver the order on time! They even gone beyond as to make the delivery personally. I would recommend her service to anyone and everyone. Thank you!

I asked for all pink flowers, soft pink and when delivered there was purple in it.

I called Brookswood Florist to order a sympathy floral arrangement and Mihee was so friendly and easy to chat with. I asked for a bright floral arrangement with an emphasis on daisies and that's exactly what was received. The arrangement was beautiful! What was most impressive is that the arrangement was received the same evening! I wasn't expecting it, however it was such a nice surprise. Top notch customer service! I will go back any time I need flowers.

Beyond impressed, Mihee went over and beyond. I ordered flowers for the MIL from America. I was able to speak to Mihee directly to discuss the potted Orchid arrangement for same day delivery. We had concerns with them being delivered in the cold. Mihee called me directly to make sure the flowers were received (after she knocked and phoned the MIL upon delivery & was unsuccessful in reaching the recipient). I am beyond impressed with the customer service provided. On top of that, the arrangement exceeded my expectations fully. I love that I can order direct and don't have to deal with the giant floral distributors that have screwed over me and the smaller florists that they represent.
