Perhaps the best sports store on the planet! I have shopped many times at this location. I have to go back because I have never had a bad experience. It's obvious all the staff like their jobs, know the products and know where to get it if they don't have it. What more would anyone want? GO THERE!!!

I was having problems with a kayak paddle that I bought in a totally different store in the United States. I went into Atmosphere and the store manager was extremely helpful in helping me fix the paddle with his knowledge and a few tools. Thanks for going above and beyond!!!!

BEST customer service I have received in Nanaimo for some time now. With so many business struggling to find staff these days with all the staff shortages, it was so refreshing and so awesome to receive the kind of customer care that Corynn (fingers crossed I spelled you name right) gave me. Not only did she help me decide on what I wanted (I didn't know what kind of shoe I wanted when I went in) she helped me pick "practical" shoes with a little character she seem to sense shining through my reactions. I bought a pair of Keen sandals and they are just the cutest, and, they're the most comfortable shoe ever! I also bought a pair of the coolest Merrils for my work at the playground.AND I bought Black Diamonds rain shell that is actually flattering to my ever changing "mature body type". Thank you once again Corynn. LOL And I bought the cutest plaid shirt and a pair of the most comfy and cozy socks too! Not bad considering I wasn't even sure when I went in what I was looking for. Definitely my store for sports related wear thats for sure. Corynn, thank you again for your time and your knowledge, and your overall exemplary customer service. Hats off to you Atmosphere!

I had a computer error occur with an order I placed in store on boxing day which resulted in my order being lost. After calling the general customer service number with no help I ended up calling the store. I wish I got the name of the guy I spoke to as he was very helpful, very kind and understanding. He helped me track down the issue that occurred and was able to get my order back on track right away. He was extremely easy to communicate with and I was extremely impressed with the customer service. He also said he would personally keep my order number and keep an eye on it and to connect back if I had any issues moving forward. Many thanks for organizing my order issue with such positivity - it made a potentially frustrating situation very easy to manage which I appreciated a lot. Above and beyond service :)

Rachel in the Nanaimo store Just Rocks!!! Struggled just before Christmas to get a particular size & colour Woods vest for my wife. Rachel had no fear of global supply chain issues and is working, as I write, checking out other stores. Great customer service today. I bought shoes online because there was no stock in my size in store. The shoes showed up with two lefts in the box😆 I went in and explained what happened. All the staff were helpful and great to deal with. Returned and reordered no problem. Thanks guys, keep up the great service.

The service is always amazing. Today I had to do a warranty return on some shoes and they made it so easy.

Nice clean store but no customer service. I looked at men's shoes for 15 minutes and no one approached me to help. I watched 3 staff walk by me joking with each other. I Left the store and bought my shoes elsewhere.

Good, let alone GREAT customer service is tough to find these days. Well these guys over at the is location have it covered and exceed it! Connor (manager) really turned my frown upside and down today. He was able to go above and beyond the normal call of service. Very rarely does this happen. Most don't even venture "outside the box" to solve a customers problem. Kudos to you Connor (hope that is the spelling). Keep it up!
