This was the messiest subpar burger. Questionable if it's really beef. Super cheap ingredients. Everything was hard to eat. Fries were flimsy and not salted. Chicken was precooked and rubbery. Never eat here. Staff was so dismissive.

Lazy rude employees, if they worked any slower they would be going in reverse. No rhyme or reason to how they get orders out. HORRIBLE !!!! You need to fire everybody and start over. Waited for over a half an hour for CHICKEN FINGERS!! Had to get a refund and leave without my food so I didn’t miss my flight , would have never though it would take more that 30 min to get some chicken fingers from a “fast food” place.

Served my 6 and 8 year old raw chicken fingers. Didn’t notice until there was one only 1 left. Absolutely hazardous and disgusting. This place should be shut down. Now we wait to see what kind of food poisoning my children are going to be dealing with over the next few days. I am livid.

Delicious surprise within the mall! The shula burgers were tasty and fries were too. After our order was accidentally taken by someone else the staff nicely remade our order fast without any problems. I liked that there werent too many options to choose from, ordering food was a breeze :).

Burger was cold and tasted old. I ordered no bun but they put it cheese side down on the plate. I scraped it and tried to put it back on top. Giving 2 stars because they did refund. I just didn't expect a "Shulas" burger to be worse quality than fast food. I only ordered the patty with cheese by itself and it was nearly $9.

Oh man, awesome burger while waiting for a plane. Great customer service, great tasting and good quality food. Good for the whole family. I strongly suggest. 👍🏻

The burger bun was hard. They rush you to leave after you have eate . There were plenty of seats for others. I ordered food and sat around for awhile. I was approached twice asking if I am okay. I would not recommend anyone to eat at this food place inside the airport

I was trouble 2 enter this restaurant saying this 2 warn others. I thought initially as this was a cook 2 order it would be better than most fast food. 😅 I ordered quite a few ahead waiting. I order a grilled chicken sandwich with sea salt fries with a lemonade which is maybe country time- 🤮 so keep in mind get receipt I'm hearing numbers called out. I'm looking 4 a place 2 sit that's not dirty unfortunately none. Thankfully I have sanitizer, so I clean & clear the area I'm sitting whenever my orders called by this time its myself & another gentleman so I asked where's my order as it's closer 2 boarding find out another customer obviously got it. So now they cook another 🙄 got it pretty quick 🤔 so eat my fries& open & bite my sandwich so each time I do the top is charred but the inside is rubbery not thoroughly cooked. So upset 2 the point warn other travelers 2 ensure their orders are cooked 2 their liking, as I spent 20 for a meal not edible thankful that my flight was delayed bcz would've been angry if my was boarding. Plus likely the ladies cooking with no fans 2 cool them off while cooking likely make them miserable while cooking; who knows. Plus no cleaning was done til the restaurant was close 2 closing as I was on the last flight out at that airport

I ordered a mushroom swiss burger and got a Fiji water. It was good, I added lettuce and tomato because it doesn't come with it. You probably have to wait a little bit because a lot of orders are coming in.

First time in this airport and at a Shula Burger. The burger was great, and the fries were okay. Service was fast and the personnel were courteous and professional. One of the better airport burgers I've had.

I wish I remembered the cashier’s name because he was awesome! He asked if I wanted light ice in my drink which was such a surprising and refreshing act of customer service. Even something as simple as that made a difference.

Typically, we stop here to grab a quick bite prior to boarding our flight. The chicken and hamburgers are very tasty. There is now a cesar salad option, which I will try next time. The seating is a little tight but great when the boarding areas are full and you need a place to sit for a stretch of time.

Average at best. A few of the workers there had a bit of an attitude, and that was due to the fact my girlfriend was paying cash. To make things worse they barely had change(like, really?!?) The cashier who did attend though had a positive attitude and a smile. Place to grab condiments, etc was a bit of a disorganized mess. The Sea Salt Fries were average, some were slightly overcooked. The BBQ burger was tasty, however the burger patty was just a bit overdone. If a place has the name Shula, it should be synonymous with the BEST. The place is a good spot if you're waiting a bit for your flight, but I would say only if you're really hungry this spot would be better.

Grabbed a regular berger and beer. Berger is very good. Stopped here because it had the highest ratings in the airport. Obviously it's the airport so seating is iffy. Would recommend people eating here.

It was pretty good I got the bbq burger, fries and a fiji water.

Really fresh burgers right off the grill, almost burned my mouth, amazing! Nice and crispy fries too! Great prices, even for an airport location. Classic burger toppings options that offers as much variety as an airport location allows. If you need a good burger between flights, this is the place to go! Right down Terminal C.

you know when you’re at the airport and you’re starving this place hits the spot and when you’re really hungry it taste really good ate while I waited for my flight

The Shula burger was bland but passable as far as airport food goes. It took them about 20 mins to prepare the burger, so it may not be the best option if you're in a rush.

The service was very very unprofessional! The front staff announced there were no more burgers. That alone as the name says Shula BURGER.. is crazy to me!…I then ordered a chicken tender meal for my son and it was the most unorganized mess in the kitchen! You must endure kindness and patience in spite of what was going on. I will NOT be returning! Management needs to step it up!!

They offer quite a selection of burgers. You can even create your own. But the meat isn't that tasty and has hard chunks in it. I ordered a California burger because it has avocado in it. However, they forgot to tell me that they ran our if avocado, so I was left with just some lettuce and the paddy for the same price.... The fries are super tasty! I'd prefer Red Robin over this a million times!

Was in the airport this morning and Brianna took care of me when I dropped my sandwich and needed a new one. She was so nice about it too. Brianna needs a raise!

The veggie burger is REALLY good - the patty is really flavorful and tender, the garlic mayo sauce is great, overall really fantastic burger. We also got fries with garlic mayo on the side which was a fantastic appetizer. Good service too!

I love the Dolphins and The late Don Shula, however there Shula burgers are of very poor quality, Dry, and not at all appetizing. Thanks Mark
