Sadly they completely changed the toddler area. More fun things to do but the lighting is bad and you have to duck down to even enter. I had my 12 month old with me and was very frustrated as the sign clearly states 3 & under, yet many bigger kids were running through and almost knocked over my daughter. The attendant in the area just sat there and said nothing. They also started charging for adults now which is ridiculous. We used to love this place. Not worth the money :-(

It's OK. Better if the parents could actually play on the playground with the kids. My 2yr old grandson is bigger than the normal 2yr old and likes to explore but he can't do it by himself. He was limited to the "baby" area. He got boredšŸ˜ž. So did I.

A fun place for the kids! My three boys had the time of their lives here on vacation. We will definitely come back again next time weā€™re in the area! The place was also well lit and super clean! The only downside is that parents are not allowed to go up with their little ones past the main area so the larger play area may not be best for a 2 year old because of this since parents couldnā€™t shield their child from bigger kids. Since my youngest is 3, this wasnā€™t a problem for us, and my kids still had a blast! Be advised that you have to purchase their socks for $2/pair (even adults if stepping on the play area on the main floor), but they are reasonably priced so itā€™s not the end of the world.

Not worth it now that they RAISED THE PRICES AND LOWERED THE AMOUNT OF PLAY TIME! Kids used to love it here and we went often but now they hate and we wont ever be coming back! They changed so much inside and took away the huge ballpit! Parents are no longer allowed to play with the kids unless you pay full price BUT ONLY allowed to be on the bottom level! Just ridiculous that they ruined a perfectly good place.

WASTE OF TIME 1. It took them 15 minutes to check us in 2. They wonā€™t let us in, with a 2 year old, to help without socks 3. Once we have socks, we were told we still can not go in because Adults not allowed in kids zone but wanted us to pay for socks from #2 4. No one to help a 2 year old on a slide, so it is a SAFETY RISK will not RECOMMEND this place for parents with little kids. CREWS, kids, were quite unfriendly at least with us. Not sure if they are rude like this or just us being brown they were like this.

Instead of a birthday party, we had a big play date here tonight. The girls at the front desk were amazingly kind, helpful, and patient with our group of 7 kids. It was clean and they had a blast, we will definitely go back!

Had a Birthday party for my 2 year old here. Had never been before, but it seemed like a really fun place for kids. The photos donā€™t match what the place looks like now. So first of all, no where on the website does it say parents canā€™t accompany their small children on the play equipment. The whole idea of the birthday party was so she could play on this really fun equipment, but she canā€™t go do all of it alone. The toddler area is just meh, and small, definitely not worth the price of admission. One of the teens that worked there offered to take my two year old into the larger 4 story play area and help her so she could go on a slide, since I was forbidden even though he was larger than me. Well, I finally agreed since itā€™s her birthday and the toddler area does not hold a toddlers attentionā€¦ well, shockingly, as soon as she gets up the stairs he looks at his watch (not even joking) and says ā€œbreak timeā€ turns around and takes off leaving my small child in there BY HERSELF and scared. I watched him not only leave her in there by herself, he took his socks off and left the play area completely! I canā€™t even make this stuff up! The other issue is there is no wheel chair accessibility for the upstairs birthday party rooms, their ā€œaccomodationā€ is to set up a table downstairs, away from the party in the middle of the arcade for the disabled person to celebrate aloneā€¦ because disabled people donā€™t mind being excluded right? or the disabled person can be carried up the stairs (by you)ā€¦. My Vietnam Vet father in law was not impressed by either idea, and frankly no child should be either. Not ok! Seriously, do better Kidā€™s Planet.
