This place is ridiculous. I'm a truck driver and I parked behind the building and wasn't blocking anything. Then I went straight into Walmart to buy something. Less than half an hour later, I came out and found that the truck had been towed away. So I contacted the Walmart manager and they all said they didn't know anything about it and they didn't deny that the truck couldn't be parked where I parked it. They looked at the surveillance and told me my truck was towed by Zore Towing Company. I contacted Zore and they said they confirmed with the Walmart manager that they could tow it away. So I went to the manager to argue, but the manager didn't come out to see me. So I called the police directly. When the police arrived, the manager immediately came out to meet me. After discussion, they lied to me and said that Walmart does not allow commercial vehicles to be parked, and pushed me to pay the towing fee. After a while, they told me that there was some miscommunication between the towing company and the Walmart manager, so the towing company would tow my truck back. After waiting two or three hours, they sent another guy to tow my car back, but they totaled my truck when they towed my truck away. The towing company also lied to me and said it was broken before towing. I have 5 years of driving experience and have never encountered this situation in the 48 states of the United States! This is really a ridiculous thing!

Young kid at the checkout was much more interested in his music playing through his earbuds than greeting, conversing or Thanking me for my patronage. I had to spin the bag wheel around to make sure I was getting everything.

I gave this location a chance for a year but I'm done. I don't know where to start. Fighting off scammers and beggars in the trash filled parking lot or in the store, seeing LOTS of non-service dogs in the store on several occasions, filthy indoors and out, and just gross. My latest - and last- visit was a doozy. A self scan register with some sort of "liquid" all over it, which was beeping and not less than three employees looking at it and just walking away. A small dog walking around on a leash as if in a dog park, culminating with it taking a poop in the meat aisle. The owner went to produce and used a produce bag to pick up the smelly mess. Imagine this person picking up dog feces in the store is also touching the produce, the meat, the bread, deli items, dairy, EVERYTHING. I was told by a stocker that dogs are allowed in the store IF they are in a cart with a blanket set down. 100% incorrect! Even as a fanatical animal lover I was absolutely appalled. Can't make this stuff up, folks. Shop elsewhere.

PLEASE BRING YOUR MULTI USE BAGS!! The New And Improved Store is nice! The set up is great! Way way to many self check outs though, putting so many outta work, but offering quick in and outs for alotta folks!! The new Fashins and the bigger depth is great! And its alit neater too! Cleaner!

Overall, Walmart in Brownsburg has consistently demonstrated its commitment to customer satisfaction through helpful staff, a clean store, and efficient service. This visit left my friends and me with a positive impression, and we will definitely be returning for our future shopping needs.

Stockers are always in the way. They leave carts in everyone’s way and will not move so you can shop. Why Walmart will not go back to stocking shelves during closed hours is beyond me.

I purchased a 2 year warranty at the self check out for $9.95. 32 days later, I returned the item as my son preferred another brand. My warranty wasn't refunded. The manager said there was no refund of warranty after 30 days. I said ok. But, show me where on the computer screen or receipt or rules of return on the wall state thst. He couldn't and they would not return my warranty money. I don't need Walmart. Lots of competition with the same low prices.
