I can confidently say that this is my least favorite McDonald’s. The drive thru ordering screen has been busted for longer than my daughter has been alive. The people are rude or ignore you, and I’m pretty sure they hold your food until it is cold then give it to you. Nothing was good. The double cheeseburger was so deconstructed that it was essentially two half cheeseburgers. And to top it off the order was wrong. I am sure I forgot something, but my brain can only hold so much negative at once.

My niece door dash every time but the food keeps getting worse and worse each time. Meat is always dry on quarter pounder w/ cheese. I wonder how long it's been sitting there. Believe I'm done with Micky D's food.

There was a long line in the drive through, and so a couple of friends and myself went into the dining room. There was a line of about 5 or 6 people already waiting, and about 15-20 minutes after we stood in line, an associate or manager in a grey shirt came out and spoke in a loud voice "My dining room is closed." There were no signs stating that this was the case, and at least one of the registers at the front were open. Very confusing, and bad customer service.

Food good and fresh. Only complaint is young lady who delivered curb side just handed me the food and said “Here!” No thank you or have a good day just “Here!” Probably some additional training needed.

We waited 20 minutes for our food, and when we went to check on it, the order had been lost (I'd ordered at the kiosk in hopes to speed things along - wrong!). But after they were made aware of our "missing" order, they did get it out to us right away.

I had to wait longer than normal for only 2 small plain fish sandwiches. It took 20 -25 mins and no line inside. The reason i went in no line and long line outside.

The gal working the cash had about as much personality as a wet blanket. You should never put these types of individuals as the 1st person you encounter. She looked like she would rather be anywhere but there. The service was quick though and food was decent, plus I got a larger shake then usual, so that was a plus. There was a packet of ketchup laying on the floor though that anyone could have stepped on and someone even pointed it out to an employee and they didn't even bother to pick it up. I don't understand what is wrong with this generation being so lazy and unwilling to do anything outside the most minimum work.

Never get fresh food rude employees only go to get drinks

The employees were running around like crazy making people feel like they were in the way. One of the employees talked down to me like a child because they put orders up without calling the name and I put the wrong order back. They need to slow down and treat customers with respect

Does not listen to what you want when you order your food. Rarely gets order correct in drive thru

Went true drive true, repeated the order twice and still did not get what I ordered, and it was only 3 items, really need to get some employees who want to be there 👎👎👎
