Ray was phenomenal! She was one of only 3 employees working this evening and there were easily 10+ cars in the drive thru consistently, in addition to at least 5-6 parties waiting in the lobby. She remained calm, cool and collected. My daughter and I hung out and waited for our food, it did take longer than expected but we can’t complain when only 3 employees were working. They were doing their best and trying to fulfill the orders, in addition to door dash orders as quick as they could. I felt it was important to share she was doing the best she could when quite a few people were frustrated due to the wait. She didn’t get upset or flustered, many people would in her situation! Ray, thank you, you were very kind. She deserves a raise!

Absolutely awful. First off they didn’t even have seasoning for the nacho fries so we got plain fries and then barely gave us any cheese in either of the cups we got with the fries. I asked for no tomatoes on my nacho fry “nachos” and it had them and it’s supposed to come with guac but didnt. Our soft tacos were so sad and neither had much meat on them. And on top of that my husbands NACHO FRY BURRITO had literally 1 fry and black beans when I asked for none. I’m usually pretty forgiving but literally every item was messed up in some way. I even placed an online order so how? Going to call tomorrow since it’s midnight and explain what happened cause this is ridiculous.

I'm not one to rate fast food restaurants but I think this location deserves it. From reading other reviews I must be getting lucky but every time I come to this taco bell location (drive thru) there are long lines but never much of a wait. They always get my food order correct and don't make a big deal if I ever forget to add something to my order. The food is obviously what you'd expect from fast food but you can tell it wasn't just thrown together badly; they at least seem to kinda care about presentation here. And lastly, when i have come here late night, they're actually open and still taking orders unlike others who claim the "system is down." This review is really just to say this location is run better than most of the taco bells around.

They no longer take your order. It's kiosk only. That also means they never come out and clean the tables. Food on the floor and tables. If they get your order wrong. They totally ignore you. You have to yell to get their attention. Or maybe call the phone. Maybe that's more appropriate. Since face to face human interaction is frowned upon.

the meat tasted expired, they gave so little meat inside the Taco, I can't believe they would serve something so horrid. My husband loves Taco bell, but we will no longer go back

I ordered online and pulled into the drive-thru to see 10 cars waiting ahead of me. I sat there for about 10 minutes before I got out of line so I could park & go in as we hadn't moved at all. Upon walking in, I was informed by another customer that she'd been waiting for 20 minutes already and hadn't received her order. There were about 6 other people waiting as well. Apparently, they only had 3 people working that night. Trying to run drive-thru, inside register and cook. Taco Bell needs to do better. Putting their employees in that position is not acceptable, and probably why they have so few. After waiting for around 20 minutes, I got my order. They had locked the doors and were closing early (around 8 pm) due to low staff.

Made an order for door dash Saturday night for some food with chicken and by early Sunday morning I was feeling ill. Called the next day to be told to call in the morning then hung up on. Talked to the manager Monday morning who said they didn't have any other calls about it. Didn't really seemed upset about it or concerned. Never ordering from here again

Actually service was good. I did everything myself except cook it. Also dining in all tables cleared of trash but none cleaned. 3 passed us going in so not able to answer questions As we could go smoke outside the door.

Food was not as expected and sloppy this is the second time in a month that not all components of my burrito were in it and it was falling apart. The service is excellent I just think a bit more time could be spent on getting an order correct VS getting orders out fast.
