    Never been disappointed until I came to Brownsville. I opened the bun to add Chick-fil-a sauce and noticed the chicken was small and thin, bacon was burned and only one lane open. Tell the manager to take some advice from Francisco in Harlingen. A third of my sandwich was literally just bread, cheese and bacon. Now I know which location they were talking about on the radio that was slower than McDonald's.

    I was the only vehicle in the drive thru & I had to say good morning/hello 3X to get a response. On top of that, they get my order WRONG, meanwhile the girls in the window are laughing amongst themselves instead of ensuring good customer service and clarifying the order. I called to resolve it and I’m told the only solution is to drive back to get it replaced. It’s always this location that continues to disappoint. Train your employees better Alex Aviles, the high standards Chick-fil-A thrives on are not being met at this location.

    I don't hate this place bit after a long day of errands I treated myself to one of my favorite restaurants but my order was missed up i ordered an original market salad the way it comes with an additional spicy chicken filet and paid the normal price i do but this time the salad was missing the chicken sadness... keep it mind this is a meal I share with my wife to calorie control...

    We got both our combos yesterday a #1 & a #3 and paid extra to make our fries large and half of them were missing from both combos. This is what we got and they were cold as well. So disappointing not visiting this location anymore.

    The drive thru is super slow. I watched 5 cars go by me waiting to order. Then the young man said his card reader was broken he then told me to wait. I was tired of waiting. I proceeded to the window. At the window I ordered and was told they did not have what my wife wanted. I appreciate what Chic-fil-A stands for. But this was bad. Not a fan.

    Good when you get your order right. Multiple times have gone and left out both 5pc chicken nuggets and other times ordering my Cobb salad and didn't get any sauce. If done right it's always a good Chick-fil-A experience. But this one is poor and lacking quality control for drive through. Do better Chick-fil-A.

    They were not autism friendly today. My son wanted a kid’s meal and the drive thru lady asked 8cnt or 5cnt. My son very enthusiastically said 8, which the lady I’m sorry we only do 5. So to an autistic kid, that’s like giving him something and then taking it away. My son was starting to get upset. So I explained this to the lady, and she said she can’t modify my order. Asked the manager, came back again and said that she can’t modify my order. Finally I said can I pay for an 8 count and you put in the kid’s meal. She said no. I said can I put it in the kids meal myself? I explained this to the manager, Isaiah Leal, who said in a dismissive tone, “but you got your 8count.” They don’t care how children are treated at this place and we are not coming back.

    I parked in a convenient space not far from the entrance. An employee inside opens the door as I enter and welcomes me with a smile. It’s cool inside; super clean; plenty of seating; flowers on the tables; spotless actually. I had already ordered online, so I pick a table, enter the table number onto my order, and relax. It’s comfortable. Friendly. Well-lit. I go to the restroom to wash my hands. Again, super-clean. Satisfyingly hot water and soap. The automatic paper-towel dispenser works perfectly. I return to my seat, past a dozen employees behind the counter and kitchen, working hard; doing their best; good energy. Soon another employee carrying a tray approaches: “Pete?” he says. “That’s me,” I say. “Enjoy,” he says. The food is delicious. Hot, fresh; actually does look like the picture. A full compliment of condiments, napkins, and utensils are also provided. I thank God for the food, and say to myself, “This place is awesome.”

    Ordered a twelve piece chicken nugget meal…the meal was more like popcorn chicken and the price was almost $10 for the meal. Chic fil A should be ashamed of itself scamming its customers by charging premium prices for miniature pieces of chicken nuggets…what the hell, not good business taking advantage of your community by charging premium prices for such an unappealing product and unacceptable product offering!!!

    Drive-thru order. Got my food took 7 minutes. No in front nor behind me. Food was cold and all bread. Called to see if they can fix problem but they only picked up the phone and left it on l, only to hope I would not call again. Service was a no go. Can't blame the food it does not cook itself.

    Definitely not returning to this Chick-fil-A !! ordered a chicken sandwich deluxe and the chicken patty had a horrendous texture almost like plastic! For my safety I did not consume it. spend the rest of my work shift on an empty stomach… Thanks Chick-fil-A !

    They took like 45 min to bring out my order which was the basic chick fil a sandwhich meal. Also customer service is horrible. Do not recommend! Go to another chick fil a instead of this one.

    I've been to Chick-fil-A many times in my lifetime and 90% of the time the food is fresh and juicy. Chick-fil-A is consistent with its quality and the food isn't overpriced. There are rare occasions where you get a dry chicken patty or cold fries, but I'd say these occurances are once in a blue moon. Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite if not my favorite fast food place to eat and I'll definitely be returning.

    I used to try to come here for lunch but they take absolutely forever no matter what you get. For example I sat in curbside for twenty minutes while they prepared a salad in which I did not get to eat because they took to long and I did not have time to eat it. Thank you for nothing.

    The quality of the food and service is great, but they are slacking on quantity, doesnt matter what size of fries you order it will come with the same amount as an small portion. Large fries are always half empty.
