I don’t know why but every time I come to this exact tropical smoothie I always expect something different- and by that I mean a better experience than the last. Today I went DT and waited in the long line and the lady repeated my order correctly, but for some reason the guy at the window didn’t receive that I guess? So he had to put it in the system, asked for my order again, and then made it so that when my boyfriend paid, he HAD to leave a tip? I have never seen that happen at any Tropical Smoothie so I find that rude. Might I add, he also didn’t give me my printed receipt. So we leave the DT once I get my order, and as I’m ready to devour my food, I come to see they added ranch in my order. I’m vegan so I don’t eat anything that’s dairy or meat. So unfortunately I have to drive back and get it remade. I go inside, and the energy here is awful. I get the vibe is messing around when the boss isn’t around, and unprofessionalism and impoliteness. They did the bare minimum by getting my order correct- the second time. They handed my food back to me no “thank you, sorry about that” nothing just a blank stare. And I say blank stare because the guy had his mask lowered so that I can see his entire face. I checked my order in the store before I walked out and I said “thank you” with no response back. The amount of effort as a customer it took to get a positive experience and a correct order was way too much apparently and I hope you can understand how upsetting and annoying this made me feel. I expect friendliness, positive attitude, and a correct order. None of this mumbo jumbo of lazy work, apathetic attitude, and stealing money. Once again I didn’t intend to leave a tip I couldn’t consent to giving in the first place.

Tried this place out today and was impressed!! The guy taking the orders was polite, patient, and had great recommendations! He hooked me up with kiwi smoothie along with a Caribbean Jerk wrap and jalapeño corn. Then the cute girls at the drive through window had perfect customer service too! 👌👌I’ll definitely return and recommend to my friends.

After waiting in DT for over 30 minutes for a simple chicken quesadilla NO CHICKEN was added and all the interred stuck in the middle. The guy working DT was not professional at all and the other DT employees were walking around slower then a snail. When I called to let the crew manager know she didn’t even Apologize or anything just offered to replace it. By that time I was home and not turning around for 6 bucks. I’m very disappointed at lack of customer service and professionalism from this place. Get it together people it’s not that hard.

This place is nice, comfortable, and friendly! Not to mention- the smoothies are healthy and delicious!

The food and smoothies are really good. The service is as well. I recommend it!

The atmosphere at this location is awesome! Yesterday I called in and placed a couple of orders and asked to have them cut in 4 pieces since my family wanted to try several wraps and sandwiches. Ruby, Ariana and Hugo were very helpful! Hugo is amazing at remembering my favorite smoothie, Bahama Mama! Definitely worth it! Will be coming back for sure! The Food was delicious!

Great smoothies and staff, drive thru is very convenient and great flavors. Love that they have a promos every 2-3 months. Fun mascot!!!!

This place has horrible service and even worse food!!!! I had to honk at the people to take my order because no one was there. I ordered sweet potatoes and they were literally rotten!! They were blue green and black and looked as as if they were growing fungus. Avoid at all cost lol.

Great product made with quality ingredients. My go to is the mocha madness add collagen. The flavor is amazing and is a great pick me up for the afternoon slump. 5 star recommend!

Waited nearly 30 minutes just for 2 smoothies, and even after several reminders they still didn't make the smoothies; ended up just leaving.

I've never had a negative customer service experience at this location, and I've gone MANY times. I love the Sunrise Sunset with the Spinach and Kale Super Pack, it's my go-to. They recently had a season special that was Red Sangria, which was incredible! Every Sunday morning they have discounted smoothies from 9am to 11am. I look forward to it every week!

Sadly disappointed too many times. It depends who is working if the food/customer service is good. Sad because I loved tropical smoothie and was excited for this location. They’ve given me the wrong chips in drive through, left things out of my order completely, and put old brownish lettuce on my sandwich before… gross! On top of this I asked for a side of mangos and have been charged extra for them before. A .50 charge and mangos on my receipt with no problem. But there is a manager who won’t let me and says the system won’t let them… but they did it the day before. I explain they could actually make a profit by up charging them and they say they can’t. Sad, I guess then I can’t go to them and will be going to a local competitor instead.

We love Jordan & Aaron they were fantastic staff members from Tropical, very kind & attentive, they did a fantastic job publicizing their products while being vendors here at Trufit Sunrise Mall. Tropical is the #1 spot for smoothies! 💪🏼😍

I really enjoyed the peanut butter & banana smoothie. However, it did take a while to recieve my order, the quesadillas I order were cold when I got them and only contained 3 in total. The salsa just flat out was not good either. No chile, spice none of that was in their. Overall, I am just going to stick to the smoothies in the future. 6/10

A bunch of incompetent teens who have no idea what they’re doing. If you want to wait longer than necessary for your order and it being a mediocre rendition of a menu order then this is the place for you.
