I
don’t
know
why
but
every
time
I
come
to
this
exact
tropical
smoothie
I
always
expect
something
different-
and
by
that
I
mean
a
better
experience
than
the
last.
Today
I
went
DT
and
waited
in
the
long
line
and
the
lady
repeated
my
order
correctly,
but
for
some
reason
the
guy
at
the
window
didn’t
receive
that
I
guess?
So
he
had
to
put
it
in
the
system,
asked
for
my
order
again,
and
then
made
it
so
that
when
my
boyfriend
paid,
he
HAD
to
leave
a
tip?
I
have
never
seen
that
happen
at
any
Tropical
Smoothie
so
I
find
that
rude.
Might
I
add,
he
also
didn’t
give
me
my
printed
receipt.
So
we
leave
the
DT
once
I
get
my
order,
and
as
I’m
ready
to
devour
my
food,
I
come
to
see
they
added
ranch
in
my
order.
I’m
vegan
so
I
don’t
eat
anything
that’s
dairy
or
meat.
So
unfortunately
I
have
to
drive
back
and
get
it
remade.
I
go
inside,
and
the
energy
here
is
awful.
I
get
the
vibe
is
messing
around
when
the
boss
isn’t
around,
and
unprofessionalism
and
impoliteness.
They
did
the
bare
minimum
by
getting
my
order
correct-
the
second
time.
They
handed
my
food
back
to
me
no
“thank
you,
sorry
about
that”
nothing
just
a
blank
stare.
And
I
say
blank
stare
because
the
guy
had
his
mask
lowered
so
that
I
can
see
his
entire
face.
I
checked
my
order
in
the
store
before
I
walked
out
and
I
said
“thank
you”
with
no
response
back.
The
amount
of
effort
as
a
customer
it
took
to
get
a
positive
experience
and
a
correct
order
was
way
too
much
apparently
and
I
hope
you
can
understand
how
upsetting
and
annoying
this
made
me
feel.
I
expect
friendliness,
positive
attitude,
and
a
correct
order.
None
of
this
mumbo
jumbo
of
lazy
work,
apathetic
attitude,
and
stealing
money.
Once
again
I
didn’t
intend
to
leave
a
tip
I
couldn’t
consent
to
giving
in
the
first
place.
