I went twice trying to pound something(first my watch and then my tablet) and turn me back both times. Really bad customer service I do not recommend this place. Save time and go somewhere else.

Scammers. They act very suspiciously and try to investigate you as if they're FBI, every time we made a payment the amount was always different and they'd come up with some odd reason and all run to back and have a discussion and come back and change the amount back down. Very obvious and unprofessional. Everyone in there wants to scam.

Avoid this location by all possible means. 2 months ago I got a loan on a great working push lawn mower. I got it out today with fresh oil spilled all over it blowing out white smoke. Definitely not the condition I had brought it in to begin with. The manager is denying any fault in his mistake and now today took action with the main supervisor. My property has been mishandled and they are not taking responsibility.

I gave em a star just to tell the owner or who ever runs this bussines. No help. There was an old fat man sitting who knows if manager or wtv. Had to ask for help bacause no body came to ask me if I needed it something and a little girl just told me "we all bussy" she was just wrapping a nintendo switch super busy. They do have what I was looking but the 3 people lack of everythin. No energy, no need to work in a customer service place. Stay home instead. Store #6181.

I went by a couple of weeks ago to look for a cooler. A friend recommended the place. I was greeted by a nice young lady. She was helpful and kind. Always with a smile. I didnt buy anything that day, but the customer service was great. Will definitely recommend this place to my peers.

Worst place ever. They are not professional at all. My son bought a PS4 controller and was told by the female worker that he had 24 days to return if it had any problems. My son tried charging the controller and it never once turned on and on his day off he went to return it or exchange it and was told that the policy was a only 24 hour return. The employees told him that they cannot do anything if the workers that were working that day give wrong information
