My aunt came over for the holidays. She had booked online when she arrived they told her no rooms were available when she asked how to cancel the front desk staff threatened to call her the police if she didn’t leave. They didn’t let her borrow the phone to call to cancel the reservation online they didn’t let her call from the chairs in front of the front desk. The drink desk worker scram at am at her and told her “I’m serious I will call the police if you don’t leave now” she came to the car really scared. Do not recommend this place to anyone.

Not worth the price of the room. Reserved two rooms, ac’s in both rooms did not cool rooms up. Dirty sheets, cheap towels and not enough towels per guests in rooms. Several cockroaches in rooms recommended putting all food including breads in refrigerator.

Made my reservation with no issue on booking.com. when i arrived at the property they told me that i had to wait 30 min because they did not show my reservation and there was no hot water. I was later checked in to my room where we found out that the staff remakes beds. Both beds were full of hairs, sheets and covers were stained. The ac grill had mold growing on it and the floor was so slippery as if they moped with something oily. Was switched rooms but the conditions were not that much better in the 2nd room. Was very disappointed.

service & location are great only thing that makes it hard to rate higher is the fact that the building smells of smoke , even if you book a non-smoking room , the odor is still quite prevalent :/ The elevators smell quite rancid almost mildewy with a hint of must . Besides the smell the room is exactly what I booked. With a bit of cleaning and odor control the place could be a lot better

Run down. Rooms drowned in freshener which makes the underlying mold smell worse. People - if it's clean, you don't need to stench it up with artificial scent! 1st room-no trash can (quickly remedied by housekeeping), no tv remote (replaced), no working phone, which couldn't be fixed. 2nd room-still overwhelmingly perfumed, almost all items present, (no washcloths), but I'm too tired to deal with another issue.

Stayed here one night and boy is it the last time here. There was this weird unpleasant smell throughout most of the motel, the room was okay other than some stains here or there, the fridge was disgusting looked dirty and a bit rusty, the beds weren't bad pretty okay the best thing of the motel by far. If your looking for a cheap place to stay, stay away from here.

Simple rooms. Descent for price. Signs around stating they are remodeling but not sure how long they have been in a remodeling state. Keep in mind no refrigerator, coffee maker or microwave wave in room.

Bath towels with poop stains, hair and bad smell, the two bed pillows were flats, it's call studio room for a reason, not for hotel room type...

Everything felt unsafe. We were given a room key, upon entering the room we were surprised to find an entire family staying there. They were also shocked to see us walk in. A really bizarre experience to say the least. They gave us a second room that looked like a dump. Rust everywhere, damp carpet smell, moldy AC. We asked for a refund immediately. Seriously stay away from this place!

I recently stayed at the Motel 6 in Brownsville, Texas, and was appalled by the conditions. The room was poorly maintained, with evident signs of neglect: • Cleanliness Below Par: Sheets and pillows were clearly not fresh, indicating a lack of basic hygiene. • Bathroom in Disarray: The shower contained used soap from previous guests, showcasing inadequate cleaning. • Rusted and Unusable Amenities: The in-room coffee maker was rusted and unusable. • Roach Infestation: The presence of roaches was the most distressing, pointing to serious pest control issues. This level of service and hygiene is unacceptable, especially from a known hotel chain. Immediate action is required to address these health and safety concerns. I strongly advise potential guests to reconsider their stay until these critical issues are resolved.

The hallway I am in is blazing HOT and pitch dark. This was the last hotel available during this time. I would Not have come here under any other circumstances. Phone is not functioning, there was only 2 large towel in the room, the door closes so hard and raggedy, and my key repeatedly won't work. The room is ok, it has a kitchenette. I believe this location is also an extended stay. Im so glad its only for 1 night.

I don't know why they gave it 5 stars, this place is rubbish, it smells disgusting, the beds are not cleaned, the bathroom is dirty, the toilets don't work, cockroaches and they charge you so expensive for lousy service, according to the lady, it was the best room, which one would be the worst, the garbage can The room that they gave me was only 4 hours small. We managed to sleep in this place. I even went out sick and disgusted. My family can't stand this place any longer.

Primly located, moderate priced, neat and clean, huge room, only disappoint the coffee maker in room no 263 was rusted and glass stained, we were nit ready to risk having coffee as we had to leave by 4.30 am to see the sunrise, ample parking, there is no free drinking water facility for which one has to pay for it.

Rooms are comfortable and housekeeping was always cleaning our rooms, which is greatly appreciated... lacks a few things in the room but still a nice place to stay.
