I am typically not the Starbucks drinker. However I missed out on my morning coffee and decided to go get Starbucks this morning. I waited in line for about 5 minutes before it was my turn to order. The way the Starbucks is set up is that once you get through the drive-through lane there is no outer lane that you can get out of to go around. So as I'm ordering I wanted a large ice coffee and the lady informs me that they only have small cups available. I feel like I just wasted 20 minutes of my life waiting in line and for my order to get this coffee that I really didn't even want and then paid almost $12 for along with 2 cake pops. Just think it's ridiculous how the prices keep going up but the customer service keeps decreasing. If this was the case that they knew they did not have c z⁰ sizes of cubs then a sign it should be posted that way people are not wasting their time or money. Maybe it's just me today without getting enough coffee and maybe I'm just being a Karen but I feel For $12 order on a Small coffee and 2 cake pops that the quality of the communication and customer service should be way better

STARBUCKS INSIDE UNITED SUPERMARKETS: i would rate 10 stars if i could. A barista named Bonnie is truly the best! I never complain about my $9 coffee anymore because now it finally taste worth it!!! Just heaven in a cup!!! Every time I stop by Brownwood, I always make sure to stop by at this one! ⭐️

I just ordered an Iced Honey Oatmilk Latte from this Starbucks (inside United), and it was delicious. The service was fantastic as well. The poor lady at the front was working by herself for a bit (until her coworkers came a few minutes later), and you could tell she was a bit stressed by the orders flowing in. Regardless, she kept a smile on her face, was very patient and friendly, and made sure to let her appreciation for our patience be known. She's probably one of the sweetest baristas I've ever had the pleasure of ordering with. Her coworkers seemed friendly as well :) I wish I could've got their names so I could mention them, but I had to hurry and leave right as the thought popped into my head. So! To those who worked the shift at around 4:45-5:00 pm on Tuesday, September 28th... Thank yall. Hope you can rest after work! Will definitely come again. Thank you, Lexi

Very helpful barista. Took my order and entered it in the computer so it would be cheaper being customized. Very impressed!

Nice staff but messed up my order so bad it took 30 minutes and a trip inside to get a pastry and simple latte.my LaRue was still wrong and tasted awful.

It's soon good but geeze,$7 for coffee. Love it anyway.

I love Starbucks. I've been to them all over the world and never had a problem or bad coffee/tea. I have heard many complaints about the cost, but they are comparable to all the other coffee shops. The shaken espresso with oat milk is delicious. Anything with matcha is delicious here. The wraps are great and so is the bread. The staff is friendly. I have nothing but good things to say.

People like to say Starbees is expensive, but I say $3 for a venti medium roast is quite fair. 👌

They were packed when I arrived, full parking lot and a long drive thru line. However the staff were very friendly and efficient and I received my app order much sooner than quoted.

Best iced americano I have had in a while. It was clean and service was great. + they had a baby changing table in bathroom which is always hard to find at Starbucks.
