I
am
typically
not
the
Starbucks
drinker.
However
I
missed
out
on
my
morning
coffee
and
decided
to
go
get
Starbucks
this
morning.
I
waited
in
line
for
about
5
minutes
before
it
was
my
turn
to
order.
The
way
the
Starbucks
is
set
up
is
that
once
you
get
through
the
drive-through
lane
there
is
no
outer
lane
that
you
can
get
out
of
to
go
around.
So
as
I'm
ordering
I
wanted
a
large
ice
coffee
and
the
lady
informs
me
that
they
only
have
small
cups
available.
I
feel
like
I
just
wasted
20
minutes
of
my
life
waiting
in
line
and
for
my
order
to
get
this
coffee
that
I
really
didn't
even
want
and
then
paid
almost
$12
for
along
with
2
cake
pops.
Just
think
it's
ridiculous
how
the
prices
keep
going
up
but
the
customer
service
keeps
decreasing.
If
this
was
the
case
that
they
knew
they
did
not
have
c
z⁰
sizes
of
cubs
then
a
sign
it
should
be
posted
that
way
people
are
not
wasting
their
time
or
money.
Maybe
it's
just
me
today
without
getting
enough
coffee
and
maybe
I'm
just
being
a
Karen
but
I
feel
For
$12
order
on
a
Small
coffee
and
2
cake
pops
that
the
quality
of
the
communication
and
customer
service
should
be
way
better
