They’re decent on certain days. I often find my orders wrong when I order the same thing literally every time I go in & i even ask the people behind the counter to make sure it’s a certain way and it still comes out wrong. It’s only when certain managers/employees are there that my order is right. My biggest complaint is the fact that at night during work we run there to get something quick to eat and my tacos come out like the one in the picture EVERY time. It’s the main thing that makes us not want to come back.

The place just has no atmosphere no matter how u look at it. Get your food to go through the drive through. I go here a lot and about half the time,I have to park and go in because they forgot something. They are always nice and fix the problem. The food taste great and the prices are cheap enough. Handicapped spots are right up front.

The cashier never skipped a beat... when he didn't have customers he was sweeping the dining room and wiping tables even asking how we were... it was restaurant quality at fast food joint... it was nice... should have tipped him

This is one of the best Taco Bell’s I’ve been to in a long time. Very clean. The customer service was amazing, very friendly staff inside and through the drive thru and extremely quick even when short staffed. I’d give more stars if I could. And the food was fresh and tasted delicious. Thank you Taco Bell of brownwood, keep up the good work.

We ordered the veggie mexican pizza with no cheese. He even confirmed exactly what we wanted on there. After eating the first piece we saw the meat on it. I haven't eaten meat in 5+ years. My other food, ordered with no cheese or sour cream, also had both on it. Our order has been wrong every time.

What's going on?? I have ALWAYS enjoyed my taco bell tacos However my last couple of visits I am questioning your taco meat! I must ask , are you the Taco Bell Franchise now adding ground chicken to the taco meat mixture ?? My tacos seemed to have less meat and had the texture of ground chicken. (I don't like chicken much ,never been a fan).Thanks for your time.

Love their soft taco with all the goodies on it. I stop there most everytime I go to Brownwood..lots of good quick "junk food" and always nice folks working.

This has to be the only Taco Bell I've been to in my life where you don't have to wait a ridiculously long time for your food if you order in the lobby. My only real complaint is that the lobby never seems to be open for breakfast hours. I don't drive and I prefer their breakfast menu.

Frozen tomatoes on one taco Supreme, then just zero tomatoes on the other one. Ordered cinnamon twists.....didn't get them, either. So bad, I didn't even do the online survey, as I won't be back.

They need to train employees on customer service but everything else was fine.

I go here weekly and usually never have problems but today there was one car in front of me so they weren’t busy but when I got home my husband had a big piece of cardboard in his crunchy taco and my soft taco had meat on half and cheese on the other half! Wake up people and do better!

Worst service ever. Listening to the staff gossip and complain and serving themselves while not serving customers was remarkable. The 2 kiosks were occupied when we arrived. They don't accept orders at the counter so I let them know I was ordering through the app on my phone. They bagged our meal & set it on the counter without effort to alert us. The employee placing her order in the picture was eating her meal when the man who came in after us (before her break) complained he was still waiting for his burrito.

Refused to take my order, and said I had to use the kiosk to put in my order. The kiosk has ling lines, and takes twice as long because I and most others don’t know how to navigate it. I Hope the food isn’t as bad as the service

Some days this place is good and others it is like sad. You go in and you cannot order your food at the counter with a live person but at a kiosk. You can get help from a live person but for the most part it is on the kiosk.

They never give you any sauce when you go through the drive thru and you can ever get service when you walk in and if you do they at like you just intruped something that was more important then their job.

Did not order anything. We were told, by one of the several employees standing idle behind the counter, that we would have to use the kiosk to place our order. If I had wanted to use the kiosk, I would have just ordered via the mobile app. I know that eventually this will be common in most, if not all, fast food restaurants. Regardless, we left and went elsewhere. I have no intentions of going back. It's not healthy food anyway, so it is for the better. Thanks Taco Bell.

Placed an order online for lunch and drove to pick it up. When I got there the store was closed with a sign saying they didn't have enough staff to operate. My card has already been charged, but I can't get my food. I called to let them know and was told to try to get my refund through the app. When I try cancel the order in the app, nothing happens. The screen just freezes. This is pretty frustrating because ALL of these issues are avoidable. First, staff your store appropriately. It's really not that hard. Second, if you fail to staff your store appropriately then the LEAST you can do is turn off online ordering so people aren't being charged for food that they have no way of picking up. Let's use some common sense please. I absolutely will not be back to this location.

Slow service but the food is just like any other taco bell small serving of meat but what can you say get what you pay for

Today me and my fiancé and are roommate went to Taco Bell on Sunday October 23, 2022 and we went through the drive through and ordered 2 nacho fry deluxe box’s and a regular nacho fry box and when we got to the window we did not get are regular box and when we talked to the manager she was very rude and inconsiderate and had a horrible Attitude we had to pull around to the front of the store to go back inside and get are regular box this was the worst service I have ever had at Taco Bell and if anyone else has had horrible service like this speak up this was unacceptable and to make it worse are food was cold as soon as we got it this was at 3:40 on October 23, 2022

They consistently get order wrong & are typically rude when you point it out. Does this place have a manager??????

Good Mexican pizza. The taco supreme was good but just a little more meat would have been better.

I came in with a large group of people, 15 on total. For being as big of an order as it was the order came out pretty quickly. There was one worker in particular that was running around making sure everything was good and we had what we needed. There was such a kind staff. I work in fast food myself and can understand the stress of having that many people at once, but they did an amazing job.

I don’t normally leave reviews… but every other drive-thru in bwood takes 10+ min.. I go here daily and they have my order ready to go by the time I get to the window every.single.time. Tonight I waited no more than 5 mins due to a technical difficulty, but was apologized to multiple times by the staff. They then put my order as a priority (could hear them yelling to get it done first in the kitchen lol) I just feel like their service always goes above and beyond and deserves 5 stars!!👏🏼

Always a #1 fan of taco bell. Now fair warning this is not your dose of authenticity this is pure unhealthy delicious "fake authentic" Mexican food. Mexican American yummy fast, in a hurry, food. I always go with $5 or less and gorge myself on like 3 burritos off the under a $ menu. Overly worth what you're paying. Check out their slushes and why, no, no, i did NOT add a shot of liquor to mine. Who in the world would put kinky vodka in a drink from taco bell?!?

I'm not sure who that lady was that was working back there. A shift manager? I love her positive attitude and positive reinforcement. God bless her in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, to spread the good news, love is the way.

I walked up to the door at 9:00 pm to be told by an employee that they were closed. He told me the drive thru was open so I waited behind two cars in the rain and finally reached the intercom. No one would talk to me so I waited to finally get to the window to order only to be rudely confronted by an employee that said they would not wait on me because I was a walk up customer? I waited 15 minutes in the line in the rain to buy food and cannot be waited on because I was not in a car? How does that make sense? I am a paying customer who waited patiently in line. I will NEVER GO TO THIS TACO BELL AGAIN! Rude!

Listen this is the kind of food we all seek out to make ourselves feel a little better at 2am on the way home from the Pub. However this was one of the fanciest tacobells I have ever visited.

I asked for mild sauce with my online order. The guy said it was in the bag. Mild sauce was not in the bag.. how do u eat 5 burritos without mild sauce. 🤔 its like this everytime. Ruined my dinner thanks

I love this place always quality food but service was a bit slow.

As a former employee I can say there are roaches in the kitchen area. I observed staff not using proper hand hygiene. The management is rude, especially if you have to deal with Kalea. Some of the stuff is excellent, but a lot are non caring and just there for a paycheck. Not the well being of other human beings. I would not recommend eating at this location.
