Ordered only to be told, we don't have the cups for the gravy. The sides were limited to three, non of which we like. What is chicken tenders without gravy? Seriously. Every time we stop here they are out of something, not enough tenders etc. Management needs to be shook up here a little. But we love the food. And the cashier was very cordial.

Terrible customer service! 4 people deep in line and the guy behind the counter was too worried about talking/ flirting with a girl than helping us. He didn't acknowledge us, I got his attention and he called our for someone else to help. She was annoyed by the way. Then they were out of chicken thighs. Went to Popeyes across the street and had perfect servic and good food!

Although it is one of the best chicken places in town flavor wise the rest of it lackes some personality and depth, do to fast hire to employees loss rate.

Really over priced for what we got. The rolls were smooshed like someone sat on them, same for the buns on my sandwich. Maybe they ran out of cups but the ones they gave us, the kids refused to stay on. I doubt I will ever return here.

I ordered the 3 the catfish combo and A thigh to go with it. In my combo I had Mac and cheese. I can say the Mac and cheese tasted great! Sadly to say the chicken was better then the fight. SO They need to stick with chicken alone.

Used drive thru. They were out of carbonation in drink machine. Food was good, although my fish was very greasy.

The reason why I rated you all a 1 star is that the food is trash I mean that there just sums it up My first & last time, lady that took my order was rude Got to the window to pay she gave me a receipt that wasn't mine and did not even get the order right 🙃

It was an okay atmosphere. Only one employee made me feel welcome while the others disappeared to the back. Mrs Wendy had amazing customer service and was so kind. She would be the reason I'd be OK with spending $16 for 4 small sides. Other than her this place is not worth the money due to food being stale last time we came. The sides This time were better than the last.

Wasn’t open at the posted time. This place not only has a management problem but that would stem from an owner problem. 3.6 stars and still no improvements? Cant blame Covid. Cant blame no one wants to work. Other places are fully staffed or still short and open on time or have no issues. This is a lack of leadership from the people that own it.

The food was awful chicken was cold and seem like it was pre-heated we went back to the drive through to show them how it looked and they didn't answer so we had to go inside and show them

Ordered 3 pieces chicken got two tiny one bite pieces that was shorter than my pinky finger with mashed potatoes watered down daughter was crying asking for more 17$ down the drain with a tea that was layed out and watered down!

Fish was under cooked the chicken was okay okra was over cooked not a good day overall the service was the best on this visit.

I got chicken straps and they were fresh and warm. Gravy is great. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Atmosphere was pleasant because other customers seemed happy.

Went to Golden Chick because Taco Bell wouldn't take my order in person. They insisted that I use their computer. Customer service at Golden Chick was great! Thank you!

They made us wait to order at 2nd window but let everyone who ordered sit at 2nd window and wait for their food. Why not have them pull up and take the next person's order? I was 3rd car in drive thru and waited over 10 minutes before driving off.

Love this place they are kind and courteous. Wendy, Tara, and the evening crew are awesome

We went on Friday evening and dinned in. Fish was excellent but Green beans were dry and looked old. Service was great and quick but trash was on floors and tables. Drink machine was broke and looked dirty. They were very busy with drive thru people and no other dinners were inside. Bathroom was closed and ice cream machine has been out for over a year. It just looked so run down inside. We have been going there for several years but after seeing how dirty and broke it has become we won’t be going back. The ladies were so nice that’s it’s a shame you can’t fix and lean up the store

I wish I could give this place no star the staff was very rude told that I was wrong about what I was order then lie to me about everything I will not be going back to the place

Nevaeh made my experience an absolutely awesome one!!!! Her attention to detail, courtesy, kindness and understanding was of 5 STAR EXCELLENCE! The other two employees, including the cook were extremely helpful too! My service experience, my food and my interpersonal experience were all "HOT OFF THE PRESSES 🔥🔥🔥🔥". Most disgusting place I've been in a long time. Bathroom was very dirty and when I bought it to the attention of the clerk He was very disinterested in trying to fix the issue. Food was not very good and everyone behind the counter was either snacking or standing by socializing. Even the lobby was in need of cleaning up.
