We love this place we stop on our way home delicious hamburgers 🥤🍔

Slowest whataburger I've ever been to. Drive through didn't move for 10 minutes, then small movement, and sitting still for another 10 minutes and so on. Getting meal took almost 30 minutes. A team member even had to come to our window and ask us what we ordered from the worker by the speaker to make sure we got the correct meal as if employees are not in communication.

This Whataburger always has a line- like most do, cause we all Love Whataburger ! I get it! Hahaha On a rare occasion, I got there no line, I got down... the ladies working there were so nice and helpful, really refreshing! Got everything I wanted and then some! Their pies, burgers, fries, teas, are soooo awesome! My wish was complete! Haha. Such great service and friendly. I appreciated it! Great restaurant! I’m sooooo glad they have a Whataburger here, one of the best burger chains here in my opinion! You can never go wrong getting a burger here! 😋😄

Late night trip through the drive thru! Got 5 meals, let the kids eat in the car as soon as we got it! My 10 year old took his last bite and said is that an eyelash so I turn the light on in the car and watch him spit this eyelash out that was in the burger! Mind you no one in my car wears them at all! Soooo gross! And disappointed! Called and let them know she said she could make me another burger…..NO THANK YOU!

I ordered a Dr Pepper shake. The lady that took my order came to the window and said chocolate shake. I said I ordered Dr Pepper and she said “oh my bad Dr Pepper shake” I taste the shake and it’s chocolate. I proceeded to tell her that the shake is a chocolate shake. She then says “no it’s a Dr Pepper shake” and I told her once more when she came back I was sure that it was chocolate and I was again told it was Dr Pepper. Then she asks “ did I pay” when I was checking to see if I even got my card back. I am now without a Dr Pepper shake and have a chocolate shake when chocolate is my lowest ranked shake on the my shake list.

I absolutely love Whataburger. Always have. Unfortunately, I can't seem to get a Mushroom Swiss burger here (in Brownwood) without that horrible sauce. The first time I asked what comes on it and was told meat, mushrooms, Swiss cheese, and a "creamy au jus" sauce. The sauce is NOTHING like au jus. It is basically mayonnaise, which I hate. When I ordered tonight, I specifically asked for meat, mushrooms, and swiss cheese ONLY. But again, my burger came with a nasty mayo-tasting sauce. So very disappointed.

On our way out of town early in the morning Christmas Eve to catch our flight in Dallas to see our son and grandbaby girl. We always go by Whataburger to get a sausage egg and cheese biscuit meal for our trip on the road to Dallas and we headed out on the road after leaving Whataburger And as we open the sack, we discovered that our sausage egg and cheese biscuits were stone cold. The biscuits were hard and cold. When we ordered, we stressed that we wanted it all fresh and hot and we’ve done this many times and this is not the first time so we were not surprised and we did not let this disappoint or ruin our trip although we were definitely disappointed in not having a hot breakfast that we paid $16 for. When you have kids running a restaurant and with the poor help that we get this day and time it’s not surprising just disappointing.

This was a very clean and expedient resturant. The gentleman who was our cashier was super friendly and knowledgeable about my "odd" requests.....and they knew how much malt to put in my drink. Super yummy. Definitely would return.

Always quite impressed with the friendly staff at the cash registers. The burgers were their usual marvelous self. We could tell they had a lot of people coming in and making large orders and it did not seem to faze them and they kept up with it really well.

Alright... so here we go... I absolutely love Whataburger! I was so excited for my fries and milkshake... my juicy burger.... well I got fries with absolutely no salt.. I mean not even a dot of salt..😩 So there is no point dipping them in my milkshake!!! My Burger had soggy tomatoes!! My Coke... oh sweet drive thru dude!! 🤦‍♀️ when you your self already had to dump the lid of excess coke then.. there is a problem!!! I asked for a napkin and proceeded do dump the excess coke in front of you again... you handed me one napkin!!!! I said one really and you were like uh... there is more in the bag.... 😂😂😂😂🤦‍♀️ 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ um... ok... I can’t even right now with y’all!! Because I do love Whataburger fries I will try again one day... but next time I think I will turn on my camera to video this greatness!! 😂😂💁‍♀️ 3 stars for making me laugh!

The food is really good here. Everything is always fresh and the order is correct. These days, that's an awesome achievement at any restaurant! Keep up the great work Whataburger!

Went through the drive-thru while passing through and ordered 2 meals, 1 meal was completely wrong and the 2nd was missing the fries. Tried calling the # on the receipt to see if we could receive a refund but no one picked up the phone. I called 5 times.

Wish I had whataburger closer to me, like a Hardee's commercial that does not disappoint. Please bring back Dr pepper milkshake.

The lady at the window was very friendly talking to me about helping her neighbor with his dog. I was traveling through, and I was very tired. She made my day nicer. The line was long and took a while only set back.

They gave me the wrong shake, when I asked for it to be fixed, an employee(Joey) said that he can’t take anything back and that it couldn’t be fixed, we told them that it was their mistake and that it clearly stated DP Shake on the cup, Joey then proceeded to attack us with his language, and accomplish the goal of making us non-returning customers as he said cuss words at us and beyond rude.

What the hell has happened to this place. Called in at 11:30, didn’t get my food till after 12:10! You can cook a steak faster than that. Where are you finding your help? It wasn’t even busy.

Edward at the counter was hands-down the BEST clerk we’ve ever interacted with at a restaurant. The service we received at this location was better than any sit-down restaurant: friendly, welcoming, and Edward was the icing on the cake! Thanks for being so sweet to the big group of Wyoming travelers, your “Texas treasure” lived up to its hype!

Went through drive through to get white chocolate raspberry milkshakes. They are so good. My new favorite flavor.

I ordered 2 honey chicken biscuits at 9:29 am this morning. Edward was the guy that took my order and was outstanding, by the way. There were at least 10 worker's if not mor, and all of them seemed to be unorganized. I watched them put orders out to be handed out to the few of us that ordered take out. I did not receive my order until 25 minutes later. The only reason it was probably no longer is because I had said something. Then the girl grabbed one of the bags off the counter and was like, "Here it is." If I didn't need to be at work by a certain time, I would most have definitely made them remake it or give me a refund. I tried to give them chances but I'm not going back.

It could be better. Service is ok. The store could be cleaned alittle more but there's Way too many flies in this store.

I placed an order at the drive through, requested a number one meal with no onions. I ate the nice hot fries as I drove home and when I got home to eat my burger, I thought great, had a sticker on the outside wrapper, no onions. I opened it and it was full of onions. I was so disappointed especially since I am allergic to onions. I felt I spent almost $10 for fries and a drink. UGH

You need to have a couple employees out scraping the driveway. We came to visit the location and was almost nit able to get in. You need to care more about the safety of your guests.

Great. Place until midnight then the lines are huge and expect to wait but its always worth the wait for a place to go get my breakfast biscut and gravy.

Worst restaurant in Brunoad. It is not clean and I would not recommend it. It's not useful

I've said it once and I will say it again! Small town Whataburgers are the best! The service was quick and polite. The atmosphere was exciting and busy. When the food arrived it was good and hot, the fries were golden brown, the burger was perfectly what I ordered. Seriously if you find yourself in Brownwood Texas don't hesitate to make a stop...

Wow, it is a Whataburger! Service was fast and friendly. I had the breakfast sausage biscuit, with hash browns & milk. Love their hash browns, super crisp and holds vast quantities of salt. Atmosphere is what you expect, mostly elderly (me) and the young. No complaints, miss this place when I'm out of Texas.

It's whataburger what I can say lol. It's not the best but it will never be the worst!!! A Texas classic and a Texas staple. I visit at least once a month probably closer to once a week lol. If you want a good fast food burger but don't want to go in somewhere to eat whataburger is your best bet.

Placed online order for dine in. Arrived and they filled drink and put food in a sack. Took over 12 minutes to receive food once was Checked in. Counter orders were being filled as fast as my order.

So I'm a new hire today, and I'm not happy with the way I was treated. Granted I have to keep this job bc I need the money. But I was refused my free meal and I don't even know why. Everyone who is hired gets a free meal for their first day and I am currently broke and I wasn't able to get food and the manager refused to give me my first free meal for my first day of working. I really hope this store starts treating their employees better bc I also have autism and if I'm getting treated this way already then good luck is all I have to say.... godbless

I've been eating here for some time now and its always great. Tonight me and my fiance decided to download the app and got 2 free whataburgers and even got to choose what went on them! Everything was perfect and this is definately a cool deal when you're low on cash and can't afford to eat out.

👎🏾👎🏾 Ordered through app and got to the store for breakfast. Told them I had a online order which based on the app should of been ready. Friend asked me to grab him some food, mind you the online order was supposed to be ready in 4-7 minutes so it should of been ready. Order a bob sausage meal and it took 20 minutes. Yeah sitting in the drive through for 20 minutes and being the only customer there. Smh. 👎🏾👎🏾

So, it seems the supply chain issues caused this location to run out of fries during lunch rush. At that time your only option was onion rings. Beyond that my food was awesome as I've come to expect from Whataburger
