When
we
arrived
at
approximately
2200
me
and
my
kids
were
tired
and
had
an
event
to
be
at
early
the
next
morning.
The
front
desk
clerk
who
checked
us
in
had
been
sitting
in
the
room
where
breakfast
is
served
having
a
beer
with
another
person.
She
was
slurring
her
words
telling
me
what
they
serve
for
breakfast
in
the
morning.
They
couldn't
find
the
luggage
carts
(2)
and
she
did
try
to
locate
them
but
couldn't
find
any.
She
was
nice
but
I
think
tipsy.
We
got
up
to
the
room
and
the
floors
looked
like
they
hadn't
been
swept
in
weeks.
I
noticed
a
dead
roach
among
the
floor
debris.
There
was
a
poor
attempt
to
update
the
room
like
a
bad
paint
job,
poor
repair
jobs
on
the
walls
and
around
the
bathroom.
The
beds
were
so
sad
and
hard.
The
comforter
had
spots
on
it
as
if
it
was
melted,
upon
closer
inspection
the
fabric
was
disintegrated,
like
you
could
see
through
it.
I
was
so
tired
and
the
kids
had
just
fallen
on
beds
and
right
to
sleep
so
I
just
booked
a
room
at
another
hotel
and
decided
to
leave
in
the
morning.
I
am
a
light
sleeper
anyway
so
I
finally
laid
down
but
couldn't
sleep
due
to
high
winds
in
the
area
that
were
blowing
through
my
window
and
sounded
like
a
plane
flying
by.
I
did
record
this
so
no
one
will
think
I
was
being
dramatic
about
it.
The
cold
wind
was
also
coming
into
the
heating
and
air
unit
under
the
window.
The
toilet
also
kept
sounding
like
it
was
flushing
and
I
went
to
see.
I
guess
when
other
guests
were
flushing
it
sounded
like
mine
was
also
flushing.
Needless
to
say
I
didn't
get
much
sleep
for
maybe
a
couple
of
hours.
When
I
went
to
check
out
in
the
morning
a
woman
who
had
on
some
black
scrubs
went
to
the
computer
and
the
other
clerk
with
a
labeled
polo
stood
by.
I
assumed
the
lady
in
scrubs
was
a
house
keeper
and
was
clocking
out,
the
other
woman
asked
if
I
was
checking
out
and
if
I
needed
a
receipt
and
I
said
yes.
I
told
her
I
was
canceling
my
second
night
and
she
went
to
the
printer
and
gave
me
my
receipt
and
they
both
just
went
about
their
day.
I
was
so
upset
and
tired
I
did
not
confront
them
about
the
issues
they
didn't
seem
like
they
were
very
worried
anyway
that
I
was
canceling
my
second
night.
For
spending
$130
+
I
expect
a
lot
better
quality
of
room.
Hope
this

else
to
not
have
the
same
experience
we
did.
I
am
not
sure
how
this
hotel
has
the
rating
it
does.
