I want to give 0 , a new shop that they combine shop for kids, woman and man.Poor service mind didn't change from the woman's Zara shop. The cashiers, discriminate against me(black hair) quite obviously. They are treated differently between white and Asian people. It is not 1st time that happens to me in this Zara shop.

We took some pictures to get the feedback to my family about my clothes and clothes that we were about to offer as a gift, and we were told that we “cannot be taking pictures in the store”. Maybe there is something to hide… I did not feel welcome and comfortable in this store

Reasonable prices and fun fashion! I underpacked first my travels and found great basics and some pops of color to make my travel outfits work!

Nice place but almost only English speaking personal almost no speaking dutch or french.

First they were extremely distracted talking to each other at the cashier that forgot to take off the alarm pin from jeans, so i have to return next day. And next day, while taking off they completely destroyed jeans, without saying a word! Which left me with destroyed jeans i can not change anymore. Zara should have more trainings for their employees with an explanation what customer service is.
