The Hotel is in a great location. However, I did find the room to be very clean. There was no fitted sheet on the bed, there was a flat sheet that laid on top of a stained mattress with no mattress cover. The bathroom had extremely poor lighting with both limited counter space and hooks for hanging towels. The carpet, drapes and furniture was old and dated. I would not stay here again and recommend staying elsewhere.

We recently stayed there for three nights as a couple. The location is ideal - close to major attractions and restaurants, but tucked into a side street where you can escape the bustle and noise. The facilities are clean and well cared for. The design is modern, with a certain degree of quality. Rooms have AC! We opted for the included breakfast. This self-service option provides coffee drinks via a machine, juices, scrambled and cooked eggs, bacon, sausage, breads, cheeses, cold cuts, yogurt, cereals and pastries. The breakfast area is rather large (we never had to fight for a spot), and there is a little enclosed patio for eating breakfast or just sitting outside. (Due to weather, we didn't have an opportunity to experience it first hand). All in all, a super experience!

I have tried to arrange to stay in this hotel - booking 2 rooms for later in November, and I reached out over WhatsApp as there is no online booking available. The communication was quite terse, and, when I asked to receive a confirmation of the reservation/invoice via email before paying, I was told to "try another hotel". Very strange and very poor customer service.

Good location. Good breakfast buffet. Rooms spacious but difficult to warm. Lacking security, is possible to enter from the street and go straight to a room.

The only thing 4* here was the location. The Reception and bar area of the hotel look nice. But, as we entered our room I was really disappointed. There is mould in the bathroom and in the bedroom (window area), and there is a funny smell of mouldy place. The bed was the best thing of the room, as it was quite comfortable. The location is really good as you are within a couple minutes of most points of interest in Brugge. Cannot say much about the staff as you don't see anyone apart from time to time there is someone at the reception when someone is about to check in or check out. The rooms were not properly cleaned and the carpet in the room in a really bad condition. Besides, anything that was used on the first day (coffee, tea or shower gel) was not replaced on the 2nd day. This is my experience staying in a room on the 1st floor and based on this I wouldn't stay here again.

Great hotel, lovely rooms. The one-way roads made it hard to find though. Bruges restaurants are so-so. They all offer the same food. There doesn't seem to be a lit if different tastes in the city center.

We recently, had the pleasure of staying for 2 nights, at the Hotel Acacia, prior to departing on a bike/barge trip. We so enjoyed the warm welcome by Thomas & Sophie, and so appreciated all their wonderful knowledge & experience - in our chats & in kindly giving us a map & many helpful directions! Our room was delightful, with all the amenities we needed & the location was so fabulous! The buffet breakfast was delicious, with lots of variety....a great start to our day! Many thanks! A wonderful hotel in a fantastic location. Clean, comfortable and the staff can't do enough for you. We had a family run which was a lovely size. Comfortable bed, lovely bathroom. Highly recommended for the price.

I had the pleasure to stay at hotel Acacia in Bruges a few weeks ago. I would not hesitate to recommend a stay at this hotel. Friendly service, a nice clean room, quiet street, and located very near to the Grand Place. My hotel favs are the location, nice outdoor courtyard, and the excellent buffet breakfast.

I stayed here for a weekend. The staff is less than helpful. They don't allow early check-in. The guy is especially rude and firm. I left some shoes in the room and they never got back to me. I am guessing they helped themselves to them. Gross 🤮. The beds are comfy. Not the cleanest as there were black hairs in the bathroom (I have short blonde hair) and the toliet hadn't been flushed. It's a great location to easily access everything, and it was relatively cheap. I did a waffle and beer experience, belfry, the lake, chocolate museum, and then rented a bicycle to go to Sluis (it was a lovely ride) while there.

Spacious and comfortable room in a good location. Shower was clogged with previous guest(s) hair resulting in the bathroom flooding which I had to unblock myself 🤢. Hotel Wifi and cell signal was horrendous so I practically had no Internet while in the room.

Very central, a few minutes walk away from main squares. Within easy reach of restaurants too. Left luggage a bonus.

Nice hotel, excellent location and within walking 🚶‍♀️distance of the Grote markt, the museum, restaurants, and shops. The rooms are very big with comfortable beds, a mini bar, and a bathroom with toileteries. The hotel also has a private parking garage that can be booked in advance for a reasonable fee of €22 per day. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only negatives are the small sleeping pillows and limited tv channels.

Very good location. Rooms tired, eg my sink was cracked and the carpet a bit threadbare. Room cleaning a bit hit & miss. WiFi wasn't working despite reporting it every day. It's not awful but I doubt I'd stay again

Great stay, fantastic room and super breakfast. Parking on site which is a real plus point for Central Brugge, as the hotel is just around the corner from the main square.

Very cold rooms. They did not offer extra blankets. Staff impolite in general and did not try to help in any way when one of our group members fell ill after checkout due to a food poisoning at a breakfast restaurant. On the first day, the electricity was cut for more than two hours. Instead of coming to the spot to sort things out and to show his commitment, the owner just chilled at home. The reception's comment: "I am just an employee." This describes the mentality well.

Wonderful place. Only hitch was that I asked for an early morning taxi, and it did not show. I had to get to the train station, so the lone teenage kid working in the lobby gave me a ride on his scooter at 4:45 AM. This kid went above and beyond.

The service was wonderful. They couldn't be more accommodating. It was my birthday, and we took a getaway to Bruges for the day. My husband was disappointed with the room as he felt that he had booked something on the higher end. It was clean and served it's purpose in my opinion. The breakfast is a must! Just wish the bar would have been open. We love to sit and meet people and discuss our travels.

Stylish hotel to enjoy beautiful Brugge. I was very comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Terrific parking. Good location. To be clear; bath or shower. A handheld in a bath is useful but requires a lot of concentration or you make a big mess. Maybe it's just me.

The location is great only that its so noisy at night that you cant sleep because of the ppl in the near bar Rooms are clean Staff are unfriendly at all and like robots.

I can't recommend this hotel enough! Great rooms, reasonably priced, excellent location and the staff were WONDERFUL! We arrived too early to check in but the staff secured our bags, and before we got ourselves together to venture out they had prepared our rooms and checked us in. We had to leave early on our last day so wouldn't be about for breakfast but the night manager put together packed breakfasts for us each to take with! Fabulous!!

Separate toilet without sink. Absolutely unhygienic. No comfort and much too expensive. Never worth 4 stars. Would never book again.

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Bruges. Accommodating and friendly staff, clean rooms and a great selection of breakfast items and a well-stocked bar!

If you're looking for a hotel located in a place of absolute perfection this is it. The hotel is about a two minute walk away from the heart of brugge. Immediately the staff were very helpful and welcoming. We ended up parking in nearby interparking instead of utilising the €19 hotel parking and saved around €5. The hotel rooms themselves could use some updating; they are rather outdated with red carpet etc, however they were very clean and the beds comfortable. The common areas were wonderfully modern and very pleasing to the eye. Me and my partner had an evening with a couple of drinks on the shared courtyard which was very pleasant and bizarrely quiet for the hotels location. I would say this was very expensive and not entirely worth it due to the rooms state but it is still a good 4* hotel in my opinion.

Really nice hotel near the historic city center ! Easily accessible by car or by foot . Affordable price for top of the class spacious rooms that have everything you need . Breakfast are a good addition to your stays if you want to get your boost for a day of walking in the beautiful city of Bruges !

Location of the Hotel is really good, right next to the center. The rooms in the hotel just seemed really old, the doors, the toilet, the sink, it all needed an update. It is good for a good night’s sleep, but not more than that.
