Cheap stuff and handy to have around but staff aren't friendly nor helpful and when you need something you can't even ask them cause no one knows where anything is in that store. Such a shame. Also many times I hear staff members bad mouth their customers where the customers can hear them. Look its quite simple if you don't like your job don't take out your negativity on customers or just don't do retail. Because customer friendliness is free and anyone can put a little more effort. I don't see anyone doing that here.

We went to Action in Bruges ( Veemarktstraat) We were looking for some cushions. One of the staff members a lady with short dark hair wearing glasses were extremely rude to one of the jobstudent. She was throwing cushions on the floor and ask him to rearrange them on the rack. I ask the lady if I can have a look at some cushions where she was standing and he reply was “ why do you think you can’t? “ with an attitude. I told her that she was standing on my way and that I can’t have a look. She gave a look with disgust and still stands on my way. I don’t think this is appropriate at all. First of all this not acceptable how to treat your staff/intern. Second, it’s a No No to treat your customers in such a manner. I was stunned the way this lady behaved and I think the management should take action in this matter.

People here are very rude and not very helpful. Its the second time something like this has happened even when i tried to apply for a job here the people were very rude and were not ready to talk when i tried to approach them
