My girlfriend and I bought a box of chocolate each that was 30 euros. The attendant promised that there was 32 chocolates- 16 on each of the 2 layers. It was originally seashell chocolates but we were happy when the attendant said it was okay to change to the assorted ones. However, our happiness was short-lived as she was quite grumpy afterwards and did not arrange the chocolates properly. Also, when we opened our boxes subsequently, there was only 28 inside; 16 on the top layer and 12 at the bottom. Sorely disappointed by the dishonesty and poor service given. 2 stars given for providing samples and reasonably better price than other shops.

Firstly I am amazed by the designs and the flavours of chocolates that they made. I have took many gift boxes of chocolates to my family and friends in India. They tasted amazing and delicious. He was so polite and explained me which chocolates can stay for long, how they have to be stored.

Amazing chocolate, my sister, unlike me, is a chocoholic, eats it for breakfast, so I promised is bring her back chocolate. This shop makes their own chocolate... And, wow, I bought 1 chocolate for myself and my friend just to honor the chocolate tradition in Belgium and was amazed, so so yum, my sister will love her Belgian chocolates back in Ireland but me and my friend have decided we'll go and treat ourselves in the morning when the shop opens. I bought some rum n raisin chocolate, I love rum n raisin, in another shop, tasted like nothing. Lesson learned, go here, pay the little extra, massive difference

One of the few family made chocolates around Brugge. All of them tastes great and high quality. We always end up coming back here whenever we are in Brugge.

Very bad treatment.. The employee is immoral and a thief. I bought once from him and regretted it. I do not encourage anyone to buy from this store. I have paid for the damaged but you were attaking me to take my visa cart and shouting and saying i will call the police as if i have stolen you! And i was looking for a solution that is convient for both of us

Very tasty vegan chocolates available here. Though didn't like the behaviour of the girl in the shop but the guy was very nice. 5 stars as vegan chocolates were available, very tasty too and the guy was good.
