Did not have good experience .... Several inconsistency of information from staff. Pool was closed due to a function and wasn't inform to the guest...kids were frustrated. Toilet lock not working. Were not assisted to the room upon check in and we got lost. Wedding function create inconducive crowd to hotel guests at the reception area.

The staff was very polite and the 2-bedroom apartment was clean and comfy, however the wifi was not good and slow. There has a supermarket, food courts and restaurant inside the building too.

The staff is very polite and the room is clean and spacious but most of the outlet had switch that was broken and WiFi is very slow. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you are looking to use the WiFi.

all good, suggestion for apartment better give a utensils and a pan for cooking and the wifi was so lagg. Its takes time to send a whatsapp.

The room is spacious,clean and cheap. Thats all the good stuff. The basement parking is a nightmare! Why sooo many reserved parking!!! And whats up with the open wedding ballroom being in the pathway to our room!!! Its soo ridiculous! Overall feeling ridiculous!!!!

Truly my worst hotel experience in Brunei to date. Dirty, noisy, uncomfortable hotel. Be prepared for the music of power tools and angle grinders by day and the clattering of trolleys up and down the corridors at night. Don't bring your car as there is nowhere to park and no baggage as there is no one there to help with it. The aircon is broken so bring a fan too, perhaps a mop and bucket to clean your own room.

I have stayed here for three times already. (hotel & apartment) My first time stay (no swimming pool yet) was great cause the receptionist was very friendly and helpful since it was newly established. My second and third experience weren't as pleasant as the first one since the receptionists and staffs were not friendly and helpful. During my third time stay(most probably gonna be my last one), early of this year, this hotel already have swimming pools which excite me and the kids the most! I have asked the staffs what time is the closing time, and they told me it will be up until 9.30 pm. So, I brought my kids for a swim at around 8.30 pm since it was quite packed in the afternoon and ended nearly 9.15pm, and guess what, they have already locked the door causing us to be stranded outside. Luckily, there was a staff passing by and unlocked the door. I've asked again to ensure on the closing time, and he confirmed it is 9.30pm. In addition to this, when we checked in (1pm+), the room was not properly set up, no power (because they forgot to on the main switch) and there was no light in the toilet. we called the reception several times and the maintenance team only came and fix nearly at 7pm. such a disappointment on the services.

The rooms are spacious and comfy, they clean your room each day with care. It’s fine if you go sightseeing all day and just look for a comfy place to sleep at night. The pool is very small, shallow and not really clean. Breakfast doesn’t have much variety.

Overall good hotel, friendly staff and many accomodation provided. Witness 3 weddings ( because the reception counter near the hall) new experience for me😃. There are many restaurant provided in the buildings too. The room has a washer and dryer which i found it really convenience👍🏻

The room at PH floor was spacious clean ... But hotel information wise not good.. pool closed at 6 and it should close at 8

The room quite big, nice, located at shopping mal and there's a lot of store downfloor for groceries (not restaurant), and the swimming pool closed at 9pm. The other just another standards 3 stars hotel. But wifi was good, fast n unlimited number of gadgets. The hotel lobby on the 2nd floor used as a wedding place. The breakfast restaurant on 3rd floor was not a restaurant.. we spent 3 nights and the menu always the same. But there is a space for kids play on the left side. I just realized that we didnt ever took a picture while in the hotel 😂

Convenient to have all our different sessions on the same floor.

Clean and comfy. There is a supermarket within the building to get your necessaries and more. Overall stay was pleasant, staff was helpful and wifi is sufficient.

no bath towel..only one pillow provided and when requested, no xtra pillow left..food for breakfast taste.weirf 😏

Stayed overnight at the 2-bedroom apartment . Comfy bed and clean bathroom. Although the 2nd bedroom seemed like it was placed in a ‘closet’. terrible parking, unless you are checking in during the weekend or at night. waterpark was moldy, looked unsafe for kids. The swimming pool was a bit difficult to find, since there was no direct access from the hotel. Had to pass the restaurants and shops in my towel. The kids pool was clean, however, the main pool was green and had algae growing at the bottom, but it was still open?😭😭 the space and bar by the pool had litter and stains. The customer service? gurll wear your masks when you’re speaking to your guests at the reception 😭😭

Yeah right rented the PH apartmen with good expectations. Apartment looks nice from the pictures shown from the ads. The apartment did not meet any of my expectations at all. Expecting an apartment with spacious sitting room and bedrooms,with nice kitchen, ended up with an Apartment like a University Studio accomodation (which is plentiful if you are going in solo) But not when you are with your families. They ve prepared a nice stove, however there are no utensils at all, no plates ,mugs, bowls ,spoons etc. So whats the use of the stove? Even microwave is nowhere to be seen. Not to mention we had aircon issues so half the night we had to endure a sauna like sleeping activity. They also charged $10 for anything extra u might want, including mattress ,pillows ,duvets per ea Was about to suggest the tv shouldve been a smart tv but might be a useless suggestion as the; Wifi is trash dont even bother connecting to it as you cant even do anything with the dreaded buffering circle And also during my stay, there wasnt any parking space available for us, during my stay, they've barricaded most of the basement parking space as they were reserved for some chairmans during the weekend
