Just ok for the price. Worth it. Not secluded but not much activities around either. But brunei itself has not much of activities. Recommeded.

Receptionist was friendly and super helpful, room was good, spacious, clean and comfy. But the restaurant not so much. Tried to order room service but they didn’t answer the call for 3 times. Went down to order which at that time there was no customer at all, asked them to send the food to our room and it took them 1 hour and 40 something minutes. Good thing is the food taste good with good portion for the price worth. Hope they’ll improve as they have potential. The other facility like gym and swimming pool are well maintained 👍🏻

It's a nice 3 star hotel with very helpful staff. But the WiFi is limited and slow. Food is cheap but mediocre. Only 2 lifts and spa and local cuisine is not very impressive. No alcohol or smoking allowed for sale by law.

Friendly and helpful staff. We have comfy stay here and got swimming pool for kids with 'mini pool playground'. Location near to Jerudong Park. Unfortunately the hotel's restaurant is not open at night except for Seoul Garden Restaurant.

3 stars is apt for a 3 star hotel. Though room is dated, it is still well kept. Disappointed that service failed to shine. Breakfast starts at 7 and they are unable to accommodate for a simple request of packed sandwich breakfast at 6. Nearest attraction is about 1.5km away to Jerudong Park. Overall, still a comfortable place for the night if you are on a budget or got to be nearby here.

The hotel is clean and my room had a living room and small kitchen but no utensils. It also had a very nice bathroom, so it was quite a large overall area. Maybe it was on the 2nd floor where the conference rooms are the reason. Still had good value for money. It has the usual tea and coffee facilities and an area to talk. The Internet access was very good as the video link to work was clear. There were some local convenience stores by the hotel, so I was able to purchase some home type food. All the power sockets are the UK type, but there were USB power sockets available. The breakfast area was the reception hall and was located at the far end. They catered mainly for Asian people, but there was limited European food available and both sufficient types and quality. Everyone spoke English very well and, as usual, helpful. There were local newspapers available in both English and the local language in the lobby area. Overall, it's a good hotel.

Staff were friendly especially the van chauffeur who drove us to and fro Jerudong Park. This was efficiently managed which we like so much. On the other hand, amminities towels were not available. Luckily we brought our own towels! Pool is very small and when there are a lot of people, it becomes overcrowded. Breakfast is decent, nothing special. Price per room per night is good. There're two Indian retail shop within walking distance; one next to and one opposite the road. All in all, a good place to stay if you're planning to go Jerudong Park and plan to stay there till late at night.

I had a good experience staying there, it's away from the hustle bustle of the city as i feel, well being my first time in brunei, i loved their service Let's talk about good things...it's way very neat and clean, peaceful, quite soundproof inside the rooms. Housekeeping is upto the mark. Room service is exactly on time. The aroma inside the hotel is pleasant. And the cons are Non smoking rooms (reason could be due to the restrictions in brunei) Not satisfied with the food as there is nothing in indian cuisine. And yeah WIFI is really very poor. Rest everything is perfect. Thanks.

I am disappointed by the room service here. I made an order for breakfast at 9:40. They then called me back at 10:30 to say that they've made breakfast for me, it was Sahur (fasting food in the mornings). I am not fasting. I was saving that meal(Sahur meal) for my lunch. I wanted to order something else for breakfast. They kept saying "but we've sent you the Sahur food). I repeatedly explained that I was not in fact fasting. To which they replied, okay hold on let me talk to my supervisor. That was around 10 am. I then got a call from someone, he said that I had a Sahur meal. To which I replied again, that I was saving that meal for lunch. That I wanted some beans, potatoes and sausages for my breakfast. He said he would call me back. He called me and I was still adamant on my order. Then I waited for an hour, at 11, I called him and he said " I'm sorry now the breakfast menu is not available it's lunch time." Then I replied "I've been waiting to eat for more than an hour now". "sir you made that order at 10+" I said, "No, I made that order to your female colleague at 9:40". When the breakfast menu was available. "Okay sir, would you like to order lunch?" Unbelievable. They tried to blame it on me in the end for their lack of customer service and negligence. The rooms are nice, but the staff are so incompetent. TL DR; Ordered food at 9:40, staff said we gave you food, I said I didn't want that food, kept delaying my order. Didn't get breakfast in the end because it was too late.

Very disappointment with the service of the restaurant

My experience here is terrible.wifi is bad, service very bad doesn’t even tell the guests that some service are not available like the pool but asks in package have pool , dine-in breakfast but instead they made us go back to room and wait for so long.

Reasonable price, cozy, good accessibility and nice for a family/group short stay. Free shuttle service to JP and Airport. Seoul Garden breakfast buffet is below average but other things are A ok. Keep up the good work.
