NOT PET FRIENDLY AND DISGUSTING. The booking sites all say pet friendly and Bring Fido thought so as well. They have a sign at the desk that specifically says no pets. They don’t have “do not disturb” door hangers, so how would we have any faith they wouldn’t enter while we were out? There were literally dead cockroaches on the floor. When we addressed the poor quality of the room, the management did refund one of our two nights we paid for.

I have to give this place some credit, it's under new management, and they are working hard to clean and fix it up. They have replaced the old railings, started remodeling the rooms, now they have nice tile floor. Replaced the door numbers, hired housekeeper and maintenance. Prices did go up but at least it's making improvements.

Roaches, dirty floors, dilapidated in every way except they put down tile recently. It was 70 for the night, which isn't bad but this place should charge half that when you can get a decent room for the same price elsewhere

Budget is and understatement. Seen rooms advertised online for 50 but wouldn't honor that price when we arrived. So find you somewhere else to stay dont let these people here have your business. Wanted $75 For ONE NIGHT King Bed. Please be careful if you book this online because she dont want to honor that price. And place looked really shady, people walking around the parking lot and looked like one that charges weekly or monthly for living there.. Find another hotel!!

Coming out of Florida on our way back to pa we stay here. Granted it’s not the fancy hotel chains everyone is use to. The place is currently renovating some rooms and it’s way off the beaten I-95 path but the bed was comfortable but they do need new pillows. It’s more of an efficiency place than hotel but quiet by 10pm and we slept great.

Disgusting place to stay the night for $75. The bed sheets had pee on them and so much stains it looked like no one cleans the sheets or pillow cases. The bathroom was also gross, looked like nobody cleaned the toilet or the toilet seat at all. There’s hair everywhere and the walls and sink are dirty. The towels they give you are stained or as it looks not clean. We asked for another room, the room looked a LITTLE better I kept finding hairs and stains. They have roaches crawling everywhere in the rooms. It stinks inside the rooms. This place makes me so itchy I will never come here again and I do not recommend you come here.

I visited someone staying here. It was more expensive than it should be and the laundry facility is always out of order. I wouldn't recommend this place unless it's your last choice. I'll have to mention the residents were kind and one of them stopped me to tell me that the cleaning person stole his wife's debit card and made charges and was caught doing so. Although there seemed to be no surveillance cameras it appeared to be fairly safe and I was there late at night. Some of the residents look out for one another. I honestly did not see bugs or feel unsafe but overpriced for sure.

The rooms were clean. The beds were alright. A little hard to find if you don't have gps or Google maps you will not find it easily. It is actually better than it looks from out side. If you are looking for an inexpensive place to stay minutes from St. Simon Island this will be the place.

Very nice place to stay. Good and friendly staff. Nice rooms with good room service.
