Never, ever stay here. It was a nightmare from check in to check out! The only good thing about this place is the price. The room was barely clean, they took our towels and never brought them back. So no shower for the second night stay. I wish I had never booked a room. Budget was tight because it was my daughter's wedding weekend, so I thought for the price it would be a great help. Never again will I stay at any stay express.

We checked in, only to check right back out! The rooms needed some TLC. My sisters room had mildew inside of the toilet and hair on top of the toilet. The lady at the front desk was very nice and apologized. The price was good, if only they would get someone to clean the rooms good.

Checked in for an overnight stay while on the road traveling. Parking lot was busy with activity for the people who apparently live there. LOTS of people hanging out in parking lot sitting on curbs, watching as we entered. Very creepy. No room number on exterior of door and room was absolutely filthy upon entering. Twin box springs were nailed together with an exposed 2x4 at foot of bed. Carpet totally disgusting with stains EVERYWHERE. Bedspread had multiple cigarette burns throughout. And no blanket was available. So, one fitted sheet, one flat sheet, one severely disgusting duvet cover (but no duvet) and three very small pillows on a king size bed. Asked for a blanket, and was told by guy at front desk that he’d see what he could do. Two hours later no blanket was provided. Went back to front desk because there is no phone in the room, and guy had to go to another room to pull out another thin duvet cover. This was Not a blanket, just a thin decorative cover. It smelled as if it hadn’t been washed EVER. Bathroom... shower curtain rod not secured to wall and was falling forward. Water stains on ceiling tiles. Only two thin small bath towels provided. Ice machine was in a separate building on property which I had to drive to. Had to walk through two foot tall grass to get to filthy machine. Absolutely no landscape care at all. Ended up leaving same night as entire experience was beyond belief. No care of property, and no one there really cared anyways. Will not EVER STAY THERE AGAIN. EVER EVER ever ever ever ever EVER!!!!! Went to a Motel 6 several miles up 95... a gazillion times cleaner. And, there was actually a phone in that room!

I live about 2 miles from this hotel. When an ice storm knocked out power at my home I checked in to this Stay Inn Express with a small crated dog as it had power. I stayed in the Inn section rooms for 1 night, not sure how the Extended Stay Room Suite's are. Check In Front Desk Agent Courteous 3 Stars Door Lock-Card Key 1 card with room more cost 3.00 each. Worked fine. Deadbolt but no hotel style inner latch to crack door with. Had the old chain style. Rated down for charging guest for extra card 1.5 Stars The room I stayed in was reasonably clean but barely so. 2 Stars Room rate pet non-smoking King bed 66.00 including taxes 3.5 Stars Walls painted some artwork hung no flaking and were clean 3 Stars Carpet Stained but Vacuumed Slight Odor should be replaced 1.5 Stars TV -Cable 32 inch some fuzzy channels 2 Stars Furniture Old but serviceable 2 Stars HVAC Unit typical hotel unit worked fine looked new 3 Stars Bedding-Sheets/pillows/blanket low quality w/stain on sheet 0 Stars Mattress Soft Worn 1.5 Stars Lighting 1 Lamp bedside did not work 1 Star Microwave Small Worked fine 3 Stars Sink Area Lamp shade off placed in corner, faucet leaked, no bowl stopper, no hand towels 1 Star Bath/toilet room. Serviceable. Roller left with around 10 paper sheets on it. 1 extra roll shower/tub worked fine 2-Stars 15 areas=30 total Stars so bang on 2 Star rating which seems to be the overall rating from others who reviewed. My family was away I am a male. I would stay here again by myself, however, not with family, This is a motel style Inn. I did see one permanent guest. That's a lot of writing for one small motel, it has a restaurant on site and numerous casual others close by.

The room was not clean. It was dead bugs in the window and side of toilets was dirty. Also the shower curtain look like it haven't been clean in some time. Wish I could post pictures. Also the housekeeper was nice but the front guy was not friendly or patience. Need some work.

I stayed here 1 evening. Horrible. No room number on outside wall. The key to the room did not work and the owner opened the door. He did not give me a key that worked. The fridge was not plugged in so i couldnt keep my water cold. The shower was not working and the water wouldnt even turn pn. And for my nice inexpensive price i got to sleep on a really hard bed all night. I had to conduct checking in outside through a window. Doesnt make you feel very safe. Not a good idea!!

It was clean and quiet. I only needed a bed for the night. A bit over priced but the bed was comfortable. My only suggestion to the owners would be to invest in new plumbing fixtures. Other than that, I have no complaints

165 dollars for two nights at this place is a joke. Would be better off to spend that on a tent and stay in a parking lot somewhere. Bathtub backs up while trying to shower, so you have to stand in dirty drain water while you wash, towels and rags stained up,(having to be returned twice), one of the two beds in the room had stains on the sheets, tv not even hooked up, when it got hooked up there's only like five channel's, smells awful, and the toilet seat was even cracked!
