    The worst store ever and actually the way she took our order was ridiculous!! We were give drinks way too sugary too rich to drink and my husband was gagging n coughing instantly the donuts were atleast 3 days old that they gave us very hard and nasty. Wont be back at this location and we've never experienced this at any other Dunkins anywhere.

    Lady at the counter has an attitude and didn’t even ring up the correct drink. When I informed her it was wrong she said “oh well” and walked away. Poor customer service.

    Very much in the Christmas spirit! I loved it! Staff was really courteous and friendly! Even the donuts were decorated for Christmas and They were priced normally! All in all one of the best Dunkin's I've been to in awhile!

    Refused to serve hot coffee 15 minutes before closing. Unexceptable, ESPECIALLY when you are OPEN, and have people driving there from I95!! I've worked for Dunkins, don't tell me you have to stop serving your STAPLE MENU ITEM early to fill the carafes with water and cleaner!! YOU are PAID to do YOUR JOB!! NOT to CLOSE EVERYTHING DOWN EARLY just so YOU can leave early. You do NOT make YOUR OWN RULES when you work for a FRANCHISED business. The icing on the cake was when the guy smiled and told me to have a good day, knowing I was upset (which I was not rude by no means). Seeing all the recent bad reviews, I'm not surprised now. But I will be calling corporate first thing in the morning. If you don't want to serve customers and treat them as your top priority, find a different job, you're in the wrong field.

    Very poor customer service, person who took my drive thru order had a bad attitude, was not professional. Ordered a sandwich by describing what I wanted on it and she made sure to correct me and inform me of the proper name of the sandwich which was unnecessary. When we received the order the employee simply gave us the order and closed the window. The people who work there are unhappy and it projects to the customer with their negative attitudes. The food and drinks are not good enough for this negative experience, I wouldn't recommend anyone patronize this location if they value respectful professional interactions.

    Had to wait 15 minutes for iced coffee…in the meantime we discovered the frozen one was “Pumpkin” 🤮…asked for a “new” frozen CARAMEL coffee and got ANOTHER PUMPKIN. You CAN’T go to Duncan in Altama in the afternoon, PERIOD. They ain’t got it, the order is wrong (sometimes more than once) and it taste funny. New mgmt hasn’t changed afternoon issues. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

    The girl taking orders at the drive through today 09/10/2023 and making the coffee was being so rude and nasty. I will not be back to this location. I get everyone has a bad day but that doesn’t give you the right to be nasty to customers that were nothing but polite when ordering.

    I go through this drive through every single morning and get the exact same coffee order. Without fail, it is made different EVERY SINGLE TIME. I can even repeat what was put on the sticker ticket on the cup from the day before and it will STILL be made different. It's almost comical at this point. Please, catch everyone up to speed in there on how to make drinks! It's ridiculous.

    This is third time they have not made my drink right. Amso sick of this morning crew. I will not be going back to this one again. Sad service. Charging for things did not even put in. If you can not make drinks right why make them? On Christmas they closed before 12pm. Turning customers away not cool. This morning was their last strike with me. Shame

    I come to this Dunkin almost every morning before work, and usually I don’t have any issues except for attitude from workers which is expected because it’s Dunkin. It has been more than usual recently, and is strongly encouraging me to make coffee at home lol. Walmart of coffee shops, go elsewhere.

    I order the same thing every time I go here (I’m the guy with the scooter) and at least twice they’ve completely forgotten about my iced coffee. The food is great, though!

    Since the new owners, this dunkin has been top tier. Today I ordered my usual frozen coffee with no whip. I got my coffee and it had whip on it. I kindly told the girl at the window that I asked for it without whip and to see if she could just scoop it off. It clearly irritated her that I ask for so. She did so anyways but when she came back to the window and I thanked her as she was handing me the coffee, she gave it to me and closed the window. Not even a smile. I'm mainly posting this because I want the girl to know she screwed herself out of a tip 🤷🏽‍♀️

    wasnt disgusting but still the worst caramel macchiato ive ever had. left my throat in pain after drinking it, and their cups are also the worst! they ALWAYS spill from having a bad seal with the lid!! also no military discount. might as well just go to starbucks or wake up instead. staff was nice, so wont give 1 star

    Super rude workers. Sat at the speaker for the drive through for 5 min. only one other car was infront of me and their order went super quick. I asked the speaker in the drive through "hello" to see if maybe they were closed and I was told with a super rude attitude to "hold on".No "please" or "ma'am". When I pulled up to the window, the employee still had an attitude and the coffee I ordered was made incorrectly. Having a positive attitude isn't that hard. do better

    The coffee first thing in the morning is not fresh. It tasted like I should have a chest full of hair it was so strong. Like leftover coffee from the night before. The only reason I gave it a 2 is bc the food was decent. It’s only the one on Altama whenever I get coffee there.

    They lie.. I asked at the drive speaker if there were French cruellers and was told yes.     Dunkin’ has the best iced coffee in town. Their iced coffee is consistently great, their donuts are good and cheap. Their little hash browns are usually hot and fresh, crispy. The staff is very friendly and helpful, orders are quick.

    Another patron suggested a coffee that the barista had made for her (creamy peanut butter) and it sounded so strange I had to try it... It was AMAZING!!! Just a subtle hint of pb on the back of your tongue that was perfect. I highly suggest it!

    My favorite place to get coffee. They are cheaper than Starbucks, have larger sizes, and they don't make their coffee as sweet. Also, their coffee also tastes like coffee instead of just cream and sugar. All in all 10/10

    Coffee was really good, Sadly staff is very unfriendly. They act like they don’t want to be bothered during work hours… one had a video chat going while we were there which is something that should be done during off hours!

    this was the worst service i have ever received. our iced coffee wasn’t iced there was no cream or sugar in our drink when we asked for it, then when we asked for them to remake it because it was not what we ordered the lady tried to argue with us and got disrespectful.

    They don't mind saying things about you in front of you to their coworkers. Bad attitude top to bottom, starting with the managers. I must have come on a bad day and ordered too much because they simply couldn't handle a $53 order and ring it up right without complaining.

    The service was decent and quick - I did a mobile order - and everything was ready when I got there. The food was decent for take-out. One thing about the pickup that warrented the lower rating: I picked up at the drive thru and right before the entrance for the pick up window there is a MASSIVE pothole in the drive thru lane. That seriously needs to be fixed before someone damages their vehicle and/or gets stuck there.

    I do not understand why the owner chooses not to be there especially with hiring shortages, product shortages, etc. When I go during the evening hours, that is to say after 3pm, the Brunswick location seems to run out of product. I find this interesting because when I frequent the business on Altama Avenue during the day (before 3pm), there is normally a delivery 18-wheeler parked out back bringing in product and my orders are never an issue. I am guessing it is because there is no leadership in the store and the franchise owner "believes" they are making money (or not) based on staff. I am here to say that the staff in the evening hours do not work hard at all. If I am the only car online, it takes forever to make my order which normally is done by the time I get from the speaker to the pick-up window. I normally only order one item so this is mind boggling to me. Sometimes when there are 2 to 3 cars online, they make the cars wait until the car at the window has left and then they take the next order and then wait for that car to completely leave the drive through before taking another order. Many times, not just a couple, the staff at the drive through will say: "At this time we are unable to make "this", or we cannot make "that". This is the most frustrating. I have to mention that if I go in the evening and they are unable to make my order, if I go the very next morning, early, they now can make it. I have spoken to some of the nicer staff that there are workers who just are there for the paycheck. The reality is that the staff is doing a disservice to the customers and the franchisee. Just my 2 cents. I am surprised there are no "check rides" evaluating their own business. Thank you for reading.

    Thoroughly disappointed by this Dunkin. Generally I'm a big fan of Dunkin Donuts, but at this location the interior was sad, the employees were mean, and then when our food came out they put the wrong names on the food and never told us that it was our food. We sat there for 10 minutes waiting for our food, and then when I asked where it was they rudely told us "it's already out there." Mind you, we were the only people in the shop, and they never even bothered to tell us the food was ready.

    12-8-23 I walked into a Dunkin Donuts to get serviced for a cup of coffee. No on greeted me or told me they were busy. I am an African American woman. A white man came in behind me and was serviced immediately. I stood at the register for 10 minutes no one stopped to service or even acknowledge my presence. I was the only customer in the restaurant. Finally I ask one of the employees would it be easier for them if I made a mobile order because I had been standing there a long time. She said they were short staffed (I counted 5 people) and no one could work the register. That yes I need to make a mobile order to be serviced. I sit in the restaurant and try to download the app to my phone when 2 other white women enter and go the the register. They are immediately helped. Soon a line forms and no one says to me we can take your order now. No one greets me still. All those people got helped and i had to download an app . I had to leave without being serviced. Do NOT go here if you actually want good quality service.

    I normally don’t post reviews, especially bad ones but this needed to be shared. I placed an online order for drive thru pick up and got to the speaker to be told my ticket didn’t print so I had to tell her what all I ordered. I told her how I wanted my coffee TWICE and she ignored everything but one thing I wanted. There are better Dunkin’s around here so I’ll never be coming back to this one. Just poor customer service
