Lovely and clean studio, fully equiepped, close to the EU institutions. Good bus/tram connection. Many grocery stores nearby. Excellent communication - The land lords are very nice and always present in case of issues or if help is needed. I stayed for 6 months and can highly recommend to stay with rezidentz. The owners are always kind, available and helpful. Extra thumbs up for also being a family (business) 👌☺️ The Studios are fully equipped (I mean 100%) and with attention to details and style, to make you feel at home. The building is secure and you can access it with an electronic badge. A quiet neighbourhood but with everything you need in the vicinity. I would highly recommend this place either for a short or a long term accommodation in the very centre of Brussels!

We had the pleasure of meeting Jo, Elie and the Rezidentz team in December 2022 and stayed in the appartement till March 2023. Thank you so much for your help & professionalism during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed it & would definitely recommend to friends, family and colleagues. The location of the appartement is fantastic, central and right next to the EU district. The flat is fully furnished with high speed internet and everything you need to live comfortably. From check - in to check out the team is reactive and always reachable. A cleaner also comes once a week and does a fantastic job. Keep up the great work!

I rented a studio apartment at Rezidentz for one year; from August 2022 to August 2023, and enjoyed every single moment of it. As an expat it was great to move straight into a fully furnished apartment – even the flowers were included. The size was perfect, and I loved how the ceilings were very high, and the mix of colors made it look even bigger. I also liked how Rezidentz facilitated the residents to meet for different activities such as yoga, chocolate workshop, after work etc. Both Jonathan and Elie were great landlords, and I did not have any problem getting in touch with them throughout the year. The area where the apartment is located is super nice – close to both the metro, the canal, st. Catherine and grand place, and a perfect place for young people who wants a mix between living in the middle of everything, but also wants a quiet atmosphere. All in all, I was very pleased with my stay, and staying at Rezidentz made my experience in Brussels a lot better.

After dealing with several different landlords in many countries, I can safely say Rezidentz was one of the best experiences I’ve had. All the processes are digitised and convenient, the Rezidentz team are super helpful and responsive, and the quality of the apartment’s furnishings and facilities is high. If I’m ever in Brussels again, I’ll know where to stay - and I would recommend rezidentz to students, professionals and friends alike!

I've been living here for 3 months now, nothing to complain! The room is quite spacious, noise-free, newly built and regular cleaning service is just amazing. The owners are also organizing activities to make neighbors mingle together like ceramic classes, spinning and so on. Though one thing you might want to know in advance is that they don't have a freezer.

Rezidentz offers great accommodation which I highly recommend. Their studios are new, beautiful, clean and fully equipped (oven, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher and coffee maker). Also, the process of signing/ending the contract is very easy and quick. Everything is included in the rent, even regular cleaning of the studio, which is quite helpful 😊 The owners are very nice and helpful, they always responded very quickly when I needed their help. Moreover, they organize regular events for the Rezidentz community, so you have the opportunity to meet new people and even try new activities (ceramics, yoga class, chocolate workshops and many more).
