Fair prices, good sandwiches and paninis

I go there for lunch every now and then and was always satisfied but the last time I ordered a panini sandwich on a very quiet moment, one of the ingredients was no longer available but I still had to pay the full price. It would not take long to prepare it “5 minutes”… after 12 minutes it still wasn’t ready even though there was not a single client anymore; they had forgotten my order. When I finally got the panini I was surprised how small it was and it really had no taste (I’m serious), was it because of the missing ingredient that I had to pay for? I don’t think I will go there again soon.

It used to be very good and nice, but the staff changed and now barely listens, forget orders or move on too quickly. The prices are increasing but the ingredients are downgrading in quality and quantity. We used to come often and the service was always good and personnal, now it feels like they are on a chainwork and impersonnal. i'd rather go to snack Rossi just a block away !
