Very happy with my experience with Steven! I’m American who has always had amazing stylists in America and Dubai. My first hair appointment in Brussels was a disaster by a highly recommended salon in Ixelles. I let my hair grow for two months and immediately when Steven started to look and consult me on my hair and what the other salon did incorrectly I knew that I was in good hands! World class experience thank you!

My mother has always cut my hair, and as an expat this was the first time i needed to seek out someone else to cut it. I went to another hair salon here and I got the worst hair cut I’ve ever had in my whole life. I immediately ran out of that place and came here (I had passed it a few times since moving here, no clue why I didn’t come here in the first place) nonetheless, Steven saved what little hair I had left and frankly gave me with such a classy little hair cut that I’m loving as my hair regrows back out. I’m coming back in October for another trim (that first disaster hair cut truly left my hair chopped left and right so it will need to be progressively corrected as it grows back) and I give him my full confidence to do whatever he thinks it needs to help my “recovery” so to speak. He’s a talented stylist in the way he double and triple checked every cut he made. Thank you to him and to all the other people here in the Dessange team who consulted and welcomed me in as I was bawling my eyes out. I’ll go nowhere else.

I walked in here spontaneously having gotten straight off a flight, and they were really accommodating and friendly. Hats off to Marwa for her professionalism, friendliness, and kindness! She made the whole experience enjoyable, and I felt comfortable - something I think is lacking in a lot of hairdressers places. Bit on the expensive side though (maybe thats just how Brussels is).

They saved my hair after I died it red at home. I was able to go back to blonde without damaging my hair. They were super kind and helpful. Great experience from beginning to end!

They treat you like royalty! Here, you're not just going for a haircut, instead you get a whole relaxing experience including massage chair while getting your shampoo, headmassage during washing and you leave the salon feeling rejuvenated.

I am deeply disappointed with this salon. Despite the staff beeing friendly, the result of my balayage was a disaster. Although they tried to rectify it upon seeing my reaction, the final result it's still unsatisfactory. I have unwanted tones of orange and multiple colors in my hair. After paying the full amount, they said I could come back for one more free fix. However I won't let them try any more experiments with my hair. I am still shocked, trying to understand how a colorist, supposedly experienced, could achieve such an unsatisfactory result.

The team of Dessange Grasmarkt saved my life yesterday! They repared my wrong colored hair (which the hairdresser of another salon colored the day before).
