👍 My new favourite place in Brussels for brunch and/or lunch! A 10 for the Benedictine eggs with salmon, the crispy chicken with almonds and hazelnuts and the cheesecake! Carrot cake a bit dry, but still nice! Loved the big windows, the airy space, the light in the whole place, and the fact it is surr... It is one of my go to places for Brunch, there’s lots of options and the restraint itself is a nice setting in the park. The vibe is even better when it’s warmer and you can sit outside on the huge terrace. The food is really nice, there’s veggie options and plenty to choose from fro drinks from fresh juice mixes to mimosa. One downside, that the service can be hit & miss and item times slower and inattentive.

My new favourite place in Brussels for brunch and/or lunch! A 10 for the Benedictine eggs with salmon, the crispy chicken with almonds and hazelnuts and the cheesecake! Carrot cake a bit dry, but still nice! Loved the big windows, the airy space, the light in the whole place, and the fact it is surrounded by gardens. Looking forward to sit in their terrace with good weather! Quick service, and lovely waiters. The only downside is the constant noise, the reverberation of sound from people talking that gets to the first floor. Maybe it was very busy because it was a Saturday. A must anyway!!!!

Really nice and modern location inside a little parc. Food, drinks and staff was good/friendly but it is a bit pricey. Had a cappuccino, fresh juice and eggs with salmon and Toast for ~26€

Nice place to have breakfast or brunch, with both outdoor and indoor seating available. Wasn't too busy when we visited on a weekday, but it would have been nice if the full brunch menu was available on all days. Scrambled Eggs were good, and I really liked the coffee. Very friendly staff, and prices were okay.

Went on a Saturday for a brunch. Had no reservation. Huge place and found a spot. The service is quick. The food arrived quickly. Hollandaise sauce was too sour, everything else on Eggs Benedict was good! The Pain Perdu (French toast) was not french toast, it was a toasted dry brioche - I do not recommend to try this. The service was ok, fast and efficient but I missed a bit od a personal touch. This is a factory indeed! I would maybe come back to give it another try.

Love this place. Great service, in particular the welcome desk team, delicious, well presented food. It is one of the best places for brunch/lunch in the city. Fantastic environment. Dedicated staff.

The food here never disappoints. I absolutely love the combination of flavours and textures which always incorporate greens and has a certain lightness to the food that I really enjoy. I feel the food also very much matches the atmosphere of the park and even the inside seating where one still feels they are outside. Make sure to make a reservation on busier days to get outdoor seating if you would like that. The service is great but getting the order in can initially take a while.

The atmosphere is nice, and it’s nicely located in a park in the city centre of Brussels. However, despite the fact we reserved a table, the server told us to wait in the line and we needed to wait 15 minutes in the hot sun (!) before being seated. Especially we could choose our table and just sit anywhere apparently. The food is nice and they have vegetarian, vegan options as well, but the portions are small. I’ve paid €15 for three falafel’s with a small salad and €6 for a juice.

Smart little oasis, plentiful outdoor seating with tree canopy and cute garden. A beautiful option for brunch or drinks with friends on a sunny afternoon. Coffee and veg-forward dishes. The toast avocat says it all — in terms of menu and ambiance, feel.

Food is on point here, and the ambiance is great. Gotta come early (or late), as during weekends, it's packed for brunch (especially when the weather is nice as they have great outdoor seating as well). Definitely recommend the Mexican eggs! 🙌

We stopped for a quick coffee and had to try the pancakes. The atmosphere is just perfect to relax. The staff is friendly and the service was fast. Definitely recommend!

What a lovely place to eat in summer. A bit like a secret garden. Eggs royal were very well prepared. Just funny that they checked the watch and only allowed to order lunch at exactly 12:00. This created more work for them and the kitchen, as at noon everyone wanted to order at the same time. Alternatively they could have just taken orders before but said the kitchen will only start preparing at noon.

Very tasty food. Very friendly staff. Personally, I think it's really good value too. Extremely quick service. If you're in the center of Brussels it might be a bit of a trek but not at all disappointing. Also very good coffee.

Would recommend booking in advance if possible on a weekend with good weather. We got very lucky and managed to secure a table immediately for brunch, but 15 mins later we could see a big queue. Staff were nice, although they were probably understaffed given how busy they were. Hot drinks were served quickly but food took a while to come. Poached eggs were cold on arrival so had to send back, although replacement was served in better time. The taste of the hollandaise sauce wasn't great and the flakes of sweet potato or whatever it was on top wasn't to our liking. Others may like it though! Seating outside was nice and there was a covered area too which is good if it's raining a bit. However the combination of the wind and the gravelly ground does mean you end up leaving with a coating of dust on everything.

Setting is great because it’s a park, oasis in the middle of all that concrete. Popular and very crowded. Seating outside only on weekends we were told and only brunch menu available which we saw from the website. Got a table easily enough but we were surrounded by smokers throughout lunch. Service was quick though businesslike and that might be due to the hectic pace. Eggs Benedict were good not great, the fried chicken and salad same. Flat white coffee was very good, would’ve been better if we could’ve spoken French and asked for cream on the side. Breakfast tea was very good but in a glass with teabag so just the one drink, not a pot. Expensive for the food but I guess that reflects the setting and lack of competition in that spot. Worse visiting to get out of the busy Waterloo boulevard

Although it's located in a really nice spot and the food options are great I had a hard time with the noice. This place is not for the sensitive, I wanted to have a nice brunch with my partner and I could barely hear her. For reference we sat upstairs. Very friendly staff though. I hope to come back in summer when their outdoor seating is available.

Absolutely fantastic. Their juices are delicious and the breakfast is very freshly made. I can recommend the chicken bites, which were spices really well and are a great addition. They were fully booked from 11:30pm on that Saturday, but we got to spend a good hour there. They were friendly enough to say that they'd figure something out if we needed a few minutes longer.

The name is in every list for brunches in Brussels, there is a reason why. Original menu items, friendly and professional staff. Would highly recommend !

I really enjoyed this place. We went there for a saturday brunch and we had a reservation, however upon arrival they put me to wait in line which was contrary to the whole culture of making a reservation. I don’t think that the reservations in this place mean anything, they actually gave me the first available table and it didn’t mean anything if you’ve made the reservation first. I had to ask for a better table. The food and drinks were perfect and fast to arrive - we had mimosas and crispy chicken with fries and for desert we had an awesome cheesecake! The interior and exterior of the place is amazing, however it can use a bit of music. Also, my husband commented that despite having a lot of staff, they seemed a bit unorganized and constantly in a rush. This place has a lot of potential, but few changes need to be made.

I had come to this place other times and, unfortunately, this time I have to give a not positive opinion. Premise: the location (outdoors) is wonderful. It is immersed in a beautiful park in the area between Sablon and Louise. Extremely beautiful. Service. We stayed on Sunday with friends for ol Brunch. I don't remember a smile from the staff; attitude, at times, even a little annoyed. A hasty and careless way of doing things. I ordered an "orange juice" and they brought me a "fruit juice". Really not good presentation of the dishes. Minimal portions. Food. I ordered some eggs “poché” which arrived cooked. I ordered muffins which were more brioche. They don't have yogurt and Brunch is not "Brunch" enough. Perhaps excessive cost compared to the quality of the food. Last note: we asked to be able to pay the bill for each one ("split"); can not be done! What can I say: nice place but I recommend having brunch anywhere else in Brussels.

Very cozy spot to have brunch in Brussels. It’s really well-known so you absolutely must book a table many days in advance (on weekends). The food is really tasty except for the fact that the eggs weren’t warm, as well as the apple crumble - it would taste even better warmed up!

Nice place for weekend brunch in the sun! Food is good, but nothing amazing. Portions are on the small side

I enjoy brunches at La Fabrique: many options for food, good coffee and an awesome set up in the park. Hidden gem just steps away from busy streets.

Very nice spot, just off the high street hidden in a green haven. Juices and food is tasty. I preferred the buffet brunch formula, but i guess Covid got the best out of it. You can sit inside, outside in shade, in the sun, protected from the rain. Often packed, better if you book ahead but you can always find an available table if you wait a bit. Population is diverse, trendy and there to chill. You need to test!

Very nice place in the park! Good brunch, nice drinks. Reservations are useful as there is usually a queue at the entrance on weekends

Fabulous location in a quiet sanctuary despite being in the very center of Brussels The terrace is fabulous and staff very nice, friendly and efficient. Love the inside too but I havet a huge problem with the acoustics. The sound bounces around in that high open space and makes very noisy even when only half full. Food is great and the weekend brunch is a treat. Would recommend it any day of the week 🙂

Very pleasant place, specifically when the sun is shining, in a small park. Only had drinks and a dessert, but dishes around looked very nice. I will try the brunch in the coming weeks.

Great setting: outside dining in the middle of the lovely Egmont parc, a well hidden gem in our capital. The food is good and service is fast and overall in line with what La fabrique offers elsewhere: a choice of ~15 dishes with fresh ingredients, some surprising combinations, yet always tasty.
