Had a table reservation at 6:30 but we were only seated at 7. The restaurant was empty when we entered. They did not offer any apperetif while making us wait. Then, the starters were not freshly made. They substituted what we asked for without informing. There were long waits between bringing the food. We were there till 9:40 for one dinner for two people and we had asked for the menu. The chicken was precooked so don't know why they were taking so long to serve mediocre precooked food. Presentation of the food was good. So maybe there is room for future improvement. The food was too expensive for what they served. Not recommended.

Just got out of the restaurant. The one star is only for getting our bellied full when we got there on empty stomachs. Service: none. Poor. Non-existent. Appalling. Waiting 1 hour 15 minutes between ordering and getting your starters. ...Oh my!!! No nibbles to make you wait, no apologies...when you ask if there is any chutney and popodom while waiting for your dishes, answer is no but they would not offer anything. Waiter got us to order the House Menu, then when the sky-high bill comes, waiter (John, right?)denies that he ever got us to order that...wow. Disgusted by the whole experience. We'd rather have ordered from our local Indian restaurant, better quality and good service. Avoid the place, it's going down down down.

First time I've been REALLY disappointed with a restaurant. We had a group of 8 . Some went to the buffet and some wanted to order from the carte. It took FOREVER to lure the waitstaff over to take orders. Folks who ate off the buffet were finished with dessert before the individually ordered plates even arrived at the table. The food on the buffet was marginal at best. Definitely not worth the price.

The food is good, but even their 3-star dishes are too mellow for me. Don't come here if you are looking for something spicy. The decor is wonderful, but you pay for it.

Apart from that they were a bit slow and the lamb in the Roganjosh was a bit dry it was good! Received a little deepfried broccoli piece with a bit of soup in a shot glass as we were waiting for our main course. I tasted the dishes of my company and they were very delicious too! Just use fresh meat next time and I'll give you 5/5

I had a great evening there: they have a menu with a bit of everything, and there wasn't a single dish I didn't like. Every bite is an exploration of new tastes. The service was good, the food delicious, the wine was excellent, and the atmosphere was friendly. What can you expect more of a restaurant?

The food is mediocre at best: bland (as in lacking perfume and spiciness as well as heat), badly cooked (as in dry, tasteless chicken), made with poor ingredients (as in rubbery lamb). And it is extraordinarily, horrendously expensive: the total bill for 4, including 1 bottle of cheap wine, was in excess of 250€. The staff is thai and European, which may explain the lack of authentic indian taste. The guests: business visitors on expense accounts (who, since they don't know the city, can't know any better), and couples - not long-established ones, mind you: on the night I was there, mostly men desperately hoping to impress new women. I was last there three years ago and wanted to see if anything had changed for the better. Sadly not. One bright note, however: the staff may not have been Indian, but they are terribly nice and helpful. So, message to management: fire the kitchen but keep the guest-facing staff.

Lost some of its former glory. Bathrooms need refreshing urgently. Still nice rooms and good indian food.

Good service, nice place but the Thali had almost no flavor! Very dissapointed. Half Indian and had to eat 3chillis to get some heat

I am glad I went there, the people are so nice, food is good as well. Loved their punjabi chole. If you are looking for a good indian place to eat after a stressful day, go there, you will not regret.
