Upon arrival an employee asked us for passport and bank card number. As this is a business trip, we told him that our stay at the hotel is entirely paid for and we have vouchers for it. We asked him why the hotel needs our card numbers. He said just in case we use any other services. The same day an amount of 150 euros was taken from my account, and from my colleague's account too. I was not told that it will be taken or how much will be taken, I did not authorize the payment with signature, pin code or in any other way. I did not sign any agreements as an agency had made reservations for me. I believe it is somehow illegal to take an arbitrary amount of money from someone's account just because you happen to know their card number. And I will report them to my bank and ask the bank how it is possible to give this payment without my authorization. After leaving the hotel: One day after leaving the hotel, my money is not returned. My balance is still minus 150 euros.

absolutely negative experience. my room was at street level, I could not open the curtains of my bedroom. I could feel as if people gathering outside my windows were chatting and staying in my room. the apartment was dirty and dusty, one of the outside windows was broken and somewhat fixed, but the broken lines were there, as well as the broken pieces. The worst part was with the luggage room: allegedly there is one at -1 level though you can only access it if a member of the staff discloses the secret number to open the door. No way they're going to give you the instructions before the check out, I emailed them the day before it saying I had no time on the check out day to wait for instruction as I had an early business meeting in town; they reassured me that they'd have answered immediately...it did not happen. I tried to call them several times, I was late to my meeting and could not anyway leave the luggage in the storage, I had to pay for an external storage at gare central. awaful

Many difficulties regarding check in and check out. We were not able to enter the building upon arrival. We were not able to use the parking we have booked prior to our arrival because we were not provided with the correct codes. When we called the emergency number of the hotel no on answered the phone. We were stood outside the hotel for about an hour before being able to reach someone to provide us with the correct codes. Staff was very unfriendly and weren't very helpful at all.

We had a good experience here. It is very close to all restaurants and attractions. I wish there was a reception desk and the possibility to change the room temperature. When we arrived the hotel door was closed and we had to call the number on the window. It was easy to manage. However, you must have a cellphone to call their number.

We stayed in the hotel in Jan 15 on my birthday. The rooms were so cold that it was impossible to take a shower without getting sick, the sheets were dirty, pillows were not sufficient and there was construction inside the building. So even if you are not working you have to wake up early to the sounds. There was nobody to ask for more heat or more pillow nor clean sheets. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Ps: the internet connection is so so so bad that it is also impossible to work from the room.

My friend used her credit card to make the reservation and the hotel made a invoice of 50 euro. They told us after our check out ( which happened on march 09, 2019), they would unblock that amount, but after 10 days they haven't made it yet. For those reasons their business dont look serious to me and also it looks disrespectful for the customer! I would not recommend that hotel!

The hotel has a self check-in service, which was not a problem if the procedure had been communicated correctly. They mention in small print that you need to contact the hotel before arrival to be communicated the checkin procedure. I suggest that you would be more considerate for your guest. I mean i am paying in advance and i still need to call you to get me the key? I understand you are cost efficient, reducing as much as you can your costs, however sending an email to your paying guests, is free. So disappointing experience. Also it really feels like a hostel inside not a 4 star hotel. How is it possible to trick your customers into believing you are 4 star? This is a disgrace!!!! And you should be ashamed!!!

Received an email that my card was declined, so I called to leave a different credit card. The attendant was rude, and after "trying" two other cards (which my bank shows were never queried for an authorization) he hung up on me. I'm left wondering if he just wrote down my information and I should cancel my cards.

I booked this hotel through Expedia and was very excited about my trip. The Covid-19 pandemic hit and I was unable to take my European trip as planned (very small problem in the scope of everything going on in the world). That said, I went through the process of trying to cancel all my hotels and flights. This was the ONLY HOTEL that refused to give me credit or refund me (they charged me the full amount of my stay), even though I'm literally not allowed in their country on the dates of my stay! Expedia reach out for me and got no where with them. This is insane! What's the harm in at least giving me credit? I obviously want to visit there! I just can't due to a pandemic! Well, when things do open up again I WON'T be staying here!

The location was good but durin the night the area was disgusting. The room was okey but you could see many use marks in the sofa... It was dirty, so we didn't use it. They took 50€ extra for my credit card without saying that It was for the insurence and after all they didn't pay the money back. The fire alarm was ringing during hours and they didn't want to come to solve it area was

I stayed here in Oct-23, the only good thing about the place was the location and the fact that the rooms were somewhat clean. Otherwise none of their 3 wifi connections were working, the central heating was also not working properly and although the reservation was for 3, we only reveived one key per apartment 😔

DO NOT STAY HERE. Someone broke into my room in midnight while I was sleeping, stole my cash. AND I’M NOT THE FIRST AND ONLY BURGLARY CASE. I didn’t find out until I check the google review after. And later I found out that the room door were not closed properly unless you pushed it hard, though it appeared to be closed, which could be how the burglar entered my room (and There’s a very similar case in the review). I told the staff but she thinks it’s not a problem at all. What’s worse is that the hotel management and staff DID NOT offer any help or assistance. They refused to call the police, and I had to ask for a room change and later an early check out and refund, all handled by myself, they DID NOT send any staff to help even I Requested over the phone. Throughout the whole process I had to call them every time I asked for anything. And til now they DID NOT offer any compensation, which has been over a month. There’s serious security problem and the hotel staff and management are not professional. There have been quite a number of similar burglary happened during the last 12months however I couldn’t see them doing anything to rectify the issue. There’s no staff at the front desk (except maybe just an hour in the afternoon when they come to sort out the key card and other supplies), although you need to enter the passcode at the entrance, I doubt if they ever change it. There’s no other locks at the room door, just the key card system, and it looks like the burglar is very familiar with the place. Despite the fact that it’s very close to the train station and other tourist spots, and the room is larger than some other hotels given the rate you paid, its proximity and convenience didn’t worth the risk of getting your properties stolen, and the insecurity and anxiety it brought. P.S. The reviews on booking website are filtered and manipulated, didn’t show mine and probably the other poor ones.

Awesome hotel with spacious rooms located in the heart of their downtown district. The standard package comes only with the room so food would be an additional cost. The concept of an unstaffed hotel is interesting for someone who travels a bit. It's refreshing and rather speedy to press a few buttons to get your room key

Fantastic location very easy to check in and out. The only draw back was it is quite noisy at night outside but that is to be expected in such a central location. The apartment was a good size and very clean. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there in the future

The location was good, the concept off codes for opening the doors was good also, very secure. The room was big and clean. Good bathroom. The service was good, i had a problem and they solved it correctly. Only the explanation off the room and facilities could be better. The laundry room is in the parking lot wich is not really comfortable.

Literally minutes from Grand Place with its Restaurants, bars and shops. Appartment is large and well furnished, although some of the furniture starts showing signs of age. Garage (max height 175) is extremely convenient and with direct access to the appartments. Check-in and out are self service. Reception is unattended over the weekend. I suggest you ask for the number of keys you will need beforehand and directions/instruction for the garage.

Location is excellent. The apartment itself is nice, if a little worn out. Scuff marks on the wall, skirting boards hanging off and scratches on tables and the TV are all easily fixed, so it took a bit of the shine off of things. Bed was comfortable, plenty of towels, and the room was cleaned to a high standard during our stay.

This aparthotel is my preferred residence in Brussels. The checkin/checkout procedure is easy. The suites themselves are modern, spacious and clean. I have stayed here four times now and will stay again on my next visit!

Great place to stay in Brussels! It is conveniently located close to the Grand Place and within a very short walking distance to Brussels Central Train Station. There are some great little restaurants and bars within the vicinity of B-aparthotel too! Would recommend to anyone who is choosing somewhere to stay in Brussels. The only thing is the beds in the rooms are King-Size only so not ideal if you are going away with a friend and don't want to share (but they were huge)!
