Hotel Residence Le Quinze has an amazing location in the center of Brussels with a perfect view on the grand place! From the hotel it is easy to walk to The Royal Palace, Mont des Arts and Manneken Pis. And there are enough restaurants nearby to enjoy Belgian fries and waffles.

Nice little hotel in front of the great square. Fantastic view through the window. Friendly host. Room was clean. With kettle, no fridge. Lots of power sockets.

Fantastic place. The man running it was extremely professional and very friendly. There were some cancelled rooms so he even moved us from our side room to a room facing the Grand Place. And what a VIEW. Seriously, the hotel is worth every penny if even just for the view. Just absolutely stellar, rain or shine. It's a fantastic location too- all the major sites are easily walkable, and if you wanna head further out the metro is close by. Highly highly recommend!!

I had the best stay at Le Quinze, It's a stunning hotel right in the centre of Grand Place the view was spectacular I could have sat by window for the duration of my stay the view there was too beautiful! The gentleman on reception was beyond helpful and accommodating he was lovely to chat to and extremely polite. The room was spotless, deep cleaned daily! This is probably the nicest place I've stayed really felt comfortable and at ease. I loved it so much that I will come back and ring in the new year here!

The view from this room is extraordinary. The best location possible in Bruxells. Covid has made it difficult for the breakfast. The person in charge did his best to make the stay easy and pleasant . There is no full time reception and the entrance looks like a hostel. - but that said this place out shines anything else you could find

This location is a was my wife's dream. The view to the iconic Grand Place is stunning. Rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable. Overall was a good experience but the rooms are not very well maintained and beautiful, but for the cheap price, its very reasonable. The manager is a super kind persone and always there to help you. We will go back again.

There is no more perfect location in Brussels to stay. The view is obviously incredible, but from the minute we arrived Said and his staff took such great care of us. It was incredibly hot during our stay, and he actually went out to purchase additional fans for our room (we already had one in the room, but they brought us a second). Also, we are a family of four, which can be difficult to accommodate in Europe, but he added an additional bed to our room, so each of our children had their own separate beds (not fold-out couches).

Phenomenal hotel in the heart of Brussels. The owners are amazing and you feel like you are back in time with an innkeeper who knows your name and is there to help you and make your stay the best it can be. The pictures you can take from your room overlooking Grand Place (Grote Markt) will be ones you’ll remember for a lifetime!

Incredible! We stayed one night in January 2024 and it was perfect for our short stop in Brussels. The view from the room was exceptional, an absolutely perfect location. We keep the curtains open all night just so we could see the view anytime we woke up. Beds were extremely comfortable and room was quite spacious with tall ceilings and a nice bathroom. I would recommend this hotel to anyone! We also didn’t know breakfast was included with our stay which is a lovely benefit. The hotel owner was extremely kind and accommodating, we so appreciated him allowing us to check in a bit early. One of the most beautiful hotel views I have ever enjoyed.

Room was very spartan and has no air conditioning. You must walk at least three blocks in any direction with your baggage to get to your car or taxi! The hotel is situated on the Grand Place with an excellent view except for the grandstands that were erected for the Festival celebration. The management was very helpful and anxious to help get to parking and carry my luggage part of the way. We would not stay here again as more accessible and modern facilities with similar prices are nearby the Grand Place.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a week and was very happy with my choice. Said and Lauir were outstanding hosts and I have never stayed at a hotel anywhere with a better location. If you want a fancy lobby or an otherwise grand hotel this is not for you. If you want a boutique hotel in a spectacular location and with an outstanding innkeeper, stay here!

STAY AWAY!!! This is one of the sketchiest hotels I have stayed at - when we checked in no one checked our passports or credit card - the manager laughed at us for providing it proactively - which is very unusual - it was not air conditioned - a room fan was provided that did very little on a 30 Celsius day - was promised a breakfast voucher but no one was at reception to provide the voucher in the morning even though it was 9 am which is the worst as no one is as the reception before 8/9 am or after 6/7pm so it’s very inconvenient for check in/ check out - we checked out at 7 am obviously no one was there and then get a super sketchy WhatsApp message to wire transfer money even though they had our credit card information on file - complained to Expedia but the manager kept messaging that he was going to file a police complaint - sounded like an internet scam to me so just told Expedia to take care of it - not customer friendly and is not very accessible if you have mobility issues

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff are fantastic, very friendly with great advice. The location of the hotel is amazing. I had room 12 that faced the main square. An amazing view and the sound proof windows worked perfectly. The room was good, not fantastic. Everything worked well and the bed was comfortable. The WiFi worked well. The hotel does need a bit of a freshening up, painting, new carpets in the foyer and stairs etc. The breakfast is nice, it's across the square at a lovely old Cafe with friendly staff. All in all a great stay.

We highly recommend this hotel obviously for location but also because of service. Said and Lauir provided went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and relaxing and met all our needs. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms with view were phenomenal!

The location is great, but the rooms are quite warm and the hotel in general looks not very well maintained

Best view in Brussels make sure to book a grand place view. Staff was very nice, hotel was old and a little dingy in parts. I would still book again. The building is a part of the Christmas light show during the holidays, so you will get a Birds Eye view of the spectacular. The hotel is about a ten minute walk from the central station, but be aware it is hilly and has a lot of cobblestones.

Stunning! The location is perfect, and the beds are very comfortable. However, what sets this apart is the front of house team who are exceptional. From first email contact to welcome on arrival and throughout my stay, both gentlemen were warm and friendly with a genuine desire to make all their guests happy and comfortable. Would stay again for sure.

What a fun place, centrally located, EXCELLENT staff, perfect experience. Pretty decent rooms for such an old building, elevator made me nervous. Would I stay here again? ABSOLUTELY

Hotel situated at No. 15 Grand-Place in Brussels. One of the seven houses which make up the Maison des Ducs de Brabant. The rooms are functional and spotless. The service is second to none. But what sets this hotel apart is the view from the bedrooms overlooking the Grand-Place. It is mesmerizingly beautiful. By Day and by night. The breakfast is served at La Brouette on the opposite side of the Grand-Place.

*Cozy and convenient boutique experience* The hotel was in the best location for the Christmas light show (get the Plaza view!) The manager Siad was so warm and welcoming. He communicated before and during the stay to ensure comfort and satisfaction. Breakfast across the plaza was the perfect start to the day (made to order eggs, pastries, coffee, juice). The beds were comfortable with extra bedding if needed and the room had an adjustable heater. Plenty of shops nearby to stock up on room snacks and essentials.

This is definitely a beautiful little hotel! And you can’t ask for a better setting. The only downfall is this hotel is definitely not easy to get to my car. Cobblestone streets with a rolling suitcase is also not a fun task but definitely a charming hotel in a great location

The hotel itself earned its 1 star rating. There is black mold in the shower and the mini fridge looks and smells like something died in it about 20 years ago. There also isn't any air conditioning so if you close the windows to cancel out the noise you basically melt. You are paying for the location and the view. It is breathtaking and worth every penny. The people who work in the restaurant on the first floor are very kind and helpful.

Check-in is a little funny. No one really mans the desk. You have to call the number that they list on the door behind the reception desk. Once you get past that, the hotel is awesome. Yes the bathroom is a little old like other reviews say, but the location and the view are AMAZING. Literally took photos from the middle of the Grand Place of my wife looking out of the window. I can't imagine a better place to see, photograph, and enjoy the Grand Place. And, because you're right there, it's always easy to find the hotel! SUPER close to everything. We didn't walk more than 15 minutes to get anywhere we wanted to go. Overall a pretty great place.

A great place for a short stay, fantastic location with views to the grand place, at the very centre of Brussels. The train station is 6 min waking distance. Very helpful staff.

This is a beautiful, historic residence and the incredible view of the Grand Place is its main attraction (and drawback). There is probably no greater view from any other hotel in the area, as you truly have a direct view over the busy square. Throw open the windows and you'll have a postcard view of the area. However, the noise levels are something to consider as our room had no air-conditioning. To keep cool, we had to leave the windows open, and a steady stream of noise (including loud music and laughter) accompanied us at all hours, even very early in the morning. You can decide for yourself if the truly majestic view is worth the trade-offs. The building's age also shows in the worn amenities, such as chips in the bathtub, the aged wood of the windows, and the peeling paint of the walls. However, these are small issues compared to the glaring fault of the room we were allocated: the broken or missing locks. The main deadbolt of the door was broken, so the automatic lock (by keycard) was our only protection against the outside. Oddly, our room had multiple doors, including one for the bedroom and the bathroom, but the locks had clearly been removed, as there was a hole beneath each of the door handles. There was no safe in the room either. This was the biggest problem we had with the room. These issues aside, the hotel manager was very warm and friendly, and I found him to be most helpful, whether it came to answering questions, providing information, or helping to move suitcases up and down the steps to the hotel.
