PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL BECAUSE OF THEIR FRAUD AGAINST CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!!!! Firstly I booked this hotel using booking.com website it was written that there is non-refundable policy but I didn't notice the danger in this place. We arrived too early before the check-in time, wanted to leave the luggage in the hotel to not carry them around the city, but from what we saw and what happened we change the mind because firstly the reception area was really dirty and we thought maybe we mistaken with the place. Then i called to the property by phone that was in booking.com, the owner or employee who picked up the phone was very very drunk and didn't understood anything what I was asking. When I asked that I want to leave my luggages they said "Leave the keys on ground". Conversation was horrible with the drunk person so we decided to leave and call Booking.com customer support for help. Everything what they told is that we come to early for our check-in time. So we came later on time. The person who was working at the reception explained us that he can't give us a room and also can't give a refund because Booking.com is the one who should refund my money. As he said I need to raise a cancelation for this and they will confirm my refund. Anyway the booking.com raised the cancelation and they disagreed for free of charge cancelation in front of my eyes but where lying that they haven't received any emails from booking.com. Everything was recorded by voice record, and they were acting that don't receive nothing from booking.com even when I was on phone line speaking with customer support. So this hotel are lying even in front of the customer and acting that they don't know nothing. Now I'm still trying to receive my money back, but they don't pick up the phone calls and don't answer my emails.

Good value for the money, but no air con and the rooms get extremely hot, it made sleeping unbearable in the heat. Free parking was actually on street parking and we ended up 1k away. If we didn't arrive in a heat wave we'd have enjoyed the room and its only a 10 min walk to grand place.

Absolutely Horrible Hotel. Firstly, Nobody at the reception for the check in or anything else that you may need. They provide a phone number due to "pandemic". But nobody picks up the phone. Next in the room, the towels are dirty, the bathroom is unclean, toilet was dirty and we had to ask for the toilet paper. To enter the hotel, somebody from the staff needs to open the main door, but you have to stand outside for for very long and call them for someone to open the door. There is no wifi no AC , room is heated like an oven. The whole stay was so shady , we felt very unsafe with our stuff inside the room, when we were out in the city. The one star is only for the concept of game of rooms, but don't fall for it.

Worst hotel experience, no locks on the washrooms, no clean bed linen, washroom and bedroom have the same floor which is why washroom water leaks in to the bedroom. One star for the functioning lights in the room. Wouldn’t recommend it any further.

ACHTUNG!

It keeps its promise, I mean of course it ain’t the most luxurious hotel ever but what do you expect for 35€ for one night. The Room was clean, we had a separate bathroom however I can agree on the staff problem. There was also a Maschine going off the whole night which was kinda disturbing but as I said earlier, you can’t complain for the price.

This hotel did not offer us even the minimum basic facilities. The bathroom and toilet are installed in cabins with open roofs inside these small rooms, which really gives a bad feeling to a person. When taking a bath, the water goes out from the cabin floor and flows on the parquet, and the damp smell is strongly felt. In addition, the room service did not have slippers for inside the room or after the bath. There was no toilet liquid or soap to wash our hands. The towels were dirty and apparently not washed. There were no hangers to hang clothes. There was no refrigerator. Overall, we had a bad experience at this hotel and would never recommend it.

Horrible hotel, better to stay away and don t believe a thing whats written on there website. We booked it coz of FREE parking, but thats a big lie, there is no free parking, never ever. So if you re by car and you are out of luck, parking could be 50 € for 24 h. We wasted almost a whole day to check parking possibilities instead sightseeing. The location is ok if you know there are big building sites around. Hotel staff is not helpful at all, just not answering the phone. The rooms are bit dirty, open bathroom near the bed, running water in the toilett 24 h when guests in other rooms using it, stinky from the burger restaurant in the building and we got one towel and one toilett paper for 2 people staying 3 days. And 76 Euro a night is not so cheap that you should cope with such horrible conditions. So just stay away...

They send the instructions by booking to acces the entrance at your arrival. They ask you to call but they don't answer the phone calls or wp. No personal for check in and during the whole stay. Rooms don't have a bathroom it's just a panel that separates the bed and toilet so odors are uncomfortable. Not clean at all. The ketle had rice inside once we opened. Sheets were no clean either. Bathroom was not clean. No toiletteries just shampoo and two towels during the whole stay. The heater didn't work. Sometimes they fill the water bin sometimes they don't. Rooms smell like cigarette. No cleaning service. Acces through little stairs. They are good restaurants around but the one next to the hotel expensive and not good. Metro station limonnier close and metro station Gare du midi close too. Wouldn't recommend!

Worst hotel I’ve ever been. Its a disgusting place, everything is so dirty and stinky. None is at the reception. Once we got into the room, we left right away, even if we didnt have refund from the Hotel. We booked through Booking and the pictures where totally different, maybe from the opening day.

We had a concert in Brussels and we needed a stay for the night, the hotel did its job, but the hotel really looks creepy in the inside. There were no towels in the rooms, even though we asked for it, we didn’t get anything. The wifi didn’t even work. In some rooms the toilets are with an open ceiling to the room!! There was also no handsoap or shampoo. The locks of the doors work terribly. My advice is if u need a stay in the city centre for a night, this hotel is good, but not for anything else.

There was no-buddy in hotel after midnight. No buddy pick up the phone. We didn’t check in to hotel and we had to look for a new accommodation at night. In the hall was so dirty and smelled terrible. Definitely the worst place I ever booked. No support from Booking.com

That hotel it’s one BIG joke! We arrived at 4/5 p.m. and nobody was on a reception desk. Thanks to people which where were staying there we came in. We spent an hour calling to hotel service and trying figure out what to do! Nobody appeared… We decided to find another hotel. After 2 hours, million calls and booking help service intervention, we got a call from hotel” madame would you stay in our hotel?” I’’M SO SORRY BUT BIG NO!

The b&b was in a central position, next to the train station of Brussell Midi ca 9 min to walk. In 10 min you can arrive in the centre of bruxelles where you can see the grand place the most important place of the city. there’s manneken pis, one of the symbol principal of the city. The central station is closer The room is not more clean, you need to do a lot of steps for arrive in the room. And we’ve had to use our personal towel to dry the floor because when u take shower u have to be careful ‘cause the water goes on the floor u could slide. The door of the shower didn’t close well

The room was OK and the staff polite. However, there was no wifi on the third floor, the staff are not always there (you need to call them anytime you wish to enter the hotel), and no lift so think twice if you have big luggage.

Worst place we've ever stayed, including our trips to cheap parts of Asia. Service was horrible, reception had phone numbers to call to request check-in - all numbers weren't even connected. Lobby was full of people with same issue. Smelt like urine. Waited an hour for a receptionist to stroll in. Received the wrong front entry door code and no wifi code. Found a few other staff walking around when reception was empty but they didn't care that the customers were banking up, and only spoke French. No one said anything, just felt ignored. Receptionist took a photo of our IDs on his personal phone. Thanks man. When receiving the wifi code after arguing, recrptionist showed us a bad quality photo of the router and the code on her phone. Rooms were horrible. Tacky furnishings, dirty carpeted corridors of the hotel. Door was difficult to lock and felt insecure. Bathroom and shower doors are just temporary installments, not fixed. They don't close properly nor allow privacy. No handwash soap provided. Toilet roll was half used when we arrived. That night, we came back late, about 10pm, a dodgy character smoking a cigarette followed close behind us after entering front door code. He proceeded to snoop around the rooms and check if doors were open, probably to steal belongings. We had to sleep with the inside of our door barricaded with chairs and I slept with a knife to feel safer. When leaving in the morning the check out card drop box was falling apart and room cards were just scattered everywhere. Any dodgy character off the street could let themselves into your room if they wanted. Bad security, horrible room and worse location.

•Staff were not welcoming and acted as though we had inconvenienced them by checking in •Bed was dirty and uncomfortable •Bathroom was just panels of flimsy material separated from bed •Banging on the door and walls all night •People shouting in the hotel all night •No sign outside showing where the hotel was, looked dodgy

Only thing good about this "hotel" is the location. No staff,no cleaning, appliances falling from the wall, no shower gel and not all the photos match the reality.

First of all the hotel was hard to find, it was in between two restaurants leading to a very tight corridor and small reception. From the moment we stepped foot into the hotel, we could smell unpleasant odour and the floor (carpet which was originally red) was covered in so much dirt making the carpet look so much darker. The guy at the reception seemed okay (basic ) He took photos of our passports with his personal phone, which we thought was very weird. Our hotel room was deep within the hotel. (Between the two shop areas. Very unstructured and badly organised. Even though there were signs of no smoking, the corridors were filled with cigarettes making it more unprofessional and uncomfortable. Our hotel room; It took us 15 min to find the card reader to allow us to turn on our electricity. It was broken (ripped out ) and we had to put it in a specific angle to allow electricity to pass. The room itself looked like a walk in through horror film. The lights where tilted, toilet door hanging on a thread. And the inside of the toilet bowl was dirty. There was no additional lock to the door. We felt very unsafe, thinking someone could easily break in. We decided to leave as soon as possible. We found a very nice hotel called Yadoya hotel a little bit more expensive but much more worthwhile. Staff were exceptional, location was so much safer and cleaner. Overall do not recommend and will never be going

Worst Experience ever!! Don't stay at this hotel, save you the money, stress and anger. There is no free parking, you have to park far away on the street and the neighborhood is dangerous and there is a lot of people asking for money. There is no one at the reception and we got treated bad, the receptionist, he just gave us the room key and left withouth explaining anything. Staying at this hotel pretty much ruined my stay at Brussels.

We were a little skeptical because of the low rating, but we were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and tidy. The hallway to the suite is a bit funny with a dirty carpet. Visibly in need of minor renovations. The room was satisfactory. -The temperature of the shower water changes suddenly by itself. All of a sudden the water becomes very hot or icy.
